   After making a reservation for the restaurant side, not the bar a family of four with young kids we were led to the bar side of the place. I rejected the table outright and the staff seemed genuinely perplexed by this. Another table was found and we hoped the hiccups were over. The server was friendly but useless and preoccupied. It was a Saturday evening and I noticed our server spending lots of time behind the bar making drinks, there was NO BARTENDER ON DUTY ON A SATURDAY EVENING and our server looked to be the only one old enough to serve liquor. The attention he gave to our table was dismal and our drinks were not refilled. After ordering we waited 38 minutes before the food arrived, although other tables who sat after us were already eating. When the food arrived 3/4 meals were correct and cooked properly. Mine didn’t come with all the components and the ribs were so dried out and barely sauced, i was only able to eat half of them, when the server finally checked on our table for first bites( 10 min after getting food) my concerns were brushed off and dismissed, Completely gaslit by the server/bartender/social butterfly. He told me they were smoked slowly all day and impossible to be dry, I was also told that there would be no substitute as i was eating them anyway. (I never asked for an alternative either) There is clearly no management led training or quality control here. The staff was observed socializing with each other instead of catering to the guests.’ Don’t bother coming here, It’s a complete waste of time and money.

   Service was prompt and friendly BBQ ribs were good… but a little dry Burgers were excellent… spicy and flavor full

   The waitress was friendly. She came over in between meal asked if everything was good if you need anything else. She was prompted let us know Doir Dash was finishing and you food will be ready soon. Thank you Daniel & Helen S.

   We got our table quickly by prebooking. However, no crayons with the kids menu. Asked the server but never got them. Asked for ketchup, and never got it either. We gave up… We also didn’t know there were extra cost for cheese on the kids garlic toast, and the loaded potato. Not on the menu and server didn’t tell us. The amount was also not clear on the receipt. It was just added on without the details. Asked for no toffee drizzle on the apple crumble, and they took off the ice cream too… You may need more servers so they can be more focused on customers needs and not miss these items.

   Ribs were very good. Really enjoyed the loaded potato and baked beans. Good value.
