Staff was very pleasant. Restaurant smelled of wet hay, more than I’ve experienced it before & it wasn’t pleasant. Our waitress missed items we ordered & had to ask to have them taken off the bill because after mentioning they were missing, the items were never brought. Imagine the reason the baked potatoes were under cooked in middle was due to extra large size. Gross. Overall the experience turned my & my guests off of going to that Montana again…

First and last time at this location. The food was the worst food we have had at a restaurant. Cold! Reheated or microwaved was obvious. The wings were so crisp and over done there was barely any meat inside. Fries arrived cold. Bbq sauce was put in sandwich cold, the meat was very fatty. Rice dishes were crisp and dry around the edges ( microwave?). Do I need to say more.

I haven’t been to Montanas in quite some time as I had a couple of not so good experiences in the past. However on this visit I was pleasantly surprised… the food was great, service was excellent. The only thing I would have wished different is that the table full of little kids (birthday party) wasn’t seated right next yo us. I love kids, have them and had bday parties with them at restaurants as well. I would just seat couples or small groups farther away. That way everyone’s happier.

Server was barely around had to keep getting her attention to be able to order another drink or anything we needed or bill and after we told her separate bills she still messed it up and I ended up paying for a few items that weren’t mine but at that point we just wanted to leave as our kids were getting antsy

Dayna did a great job! The one drawback is in Montana's advertising doesn't sat the specials are only available after 4 pm. Food we chose (chicken wings) were delicious! Didn't know it is Gluten Free friendly.

Open table made it easy to book our reservation with Montana’s restaurant. The ambiance was quite except for my kids(🤣). But it also was Easter Sunday. The food was great and tasty. Good time.

It was nice to meet up with friends. I haven’t seen in almost a year, unfortunately, it closed at 10. I don’t understand that, but then again, I’m from Toronto where restaurant bars stay open until at least midnight. Anyway, we waited an awfully long time for our appetizers. We had appetizers and drinks, and it took 40 minutes for appetizers. It was really odd. Anyway, our waitress Kelsey was amazing! She was absolutely fantastic and I hope that if I ever go back to that Montana’s, she will be working and taking my table.

I was expcting more from a well known chain restaurant. Upon arrival, no host(ess) for a couple of minutes, waiting at the door. The place wasn't even busy. Finally the hostess arrived in casual clothes, couldn't tell if sh was working there. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was rather disapointing. The ribs were lukewarm and the baked potato was dry and hard, must have been a coulle of days old. The grilled cheese samdwich was 2 slices of wonder bread with a slice of processed cheese in between. The chicken sandwich and fries were good. The service was otherwise non existent other than taking the order and bringing the bill.

Our server was great. The food was excellent, my party especially enjoyed the melt in your mouth beef ribs and steak!! Unfortunately our menus were dirty and halfway thru our meal the dinning area became really busy, we had to ask other servers for drinks. We would return again anytime 👍

Very busy so reserve first. We were seated fast having a reservation but others waited 30 minutes. Burgers very good. Seemed a bit short staffed so be patient. Our server was good but covering many tables. Overall still good value.

Upon entry we were greeted by a new employee who did not know how to find out reservation - perhaps new employees should be shadowing a team member for training purposes. Our server ended up being great - although we were seated for our reservation on time @ 8:30 PM, we still had to wait 15 minutes for any service while other patrons walked in, were seated and served drinks to start. Food was just ok.

Main issue was our server did not come back to the table ONCE after taking our order. Someone else brought the food and our drink. We were there for an hour. He showed up at the end to take our plates, then offered drink, but by then we were ready to go. Food was not good either.

We walked in, they should’ve known we had a reservation for that time. We were standing by the door and nobody came to the host desk. There were two waitresses talking at the back and they ignored us. I know Montanas has good food but come on guys. We ended up leaving because when you walk into a restaurant you should be greeted.
