    We ordered a large slab of ribs, but it was overcooked and charred. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium-well, but it came well-done. I was disappointed with both the ribs and the steak. However, the service was good, and the servers were courteous.

    Staff are friendly. For the food, my husband loved the sizzling mushroom. His steak was too charred that made his steak medium (a tad bit of pink at the center) instead of medium rare as he ordered, this is probably because it's the smaller size, nonetheless, he said taste is ok. For me, combo of ribs and wings. BBQ sauce was very good, ribs is a bit dry and the sauce complimented it, honey garlic wings are delicious.

    Server was very friendly. For some reason our food order took 3x longer than anyone else. There were people showing up 30 minutes after us and got their food before us. The breaded chicken serving was half the size it was last month.

    took long time to get served , when waitress came did not seem concerned with our dining experience , rushed and never saw her. Food was great.

    This is the first time in years that I have never had to wait for the extra portions in the 'all you can eat ribs'. The serving staff was great, the (extra) ribs were hot, juicy and just on time. Great Service! Great Ribs.

    Service was not up to standard but then we found out it was her third day. But the server should tell the customer they are new so this way we can understand if there are mistakes(because there was)

    Food was excellent, nice large portions. A bit understaffed for first opening so there was a bit of a wait. Definitely a meat lovers paradise.
