Good view, good service, mostly standard Morton's dining experience. Best meal we have had the past couple days in Niagara Falls. Dining across the border here in Canada has been disappointing until we dined here tonight. Finally a good meal!
Met our expectations of a Morton's Steakhouse.
Steak couldn’t be eaten at all. Returned twice. Server was asking us it’s too much food “do you still wanted bread and butter”?
Worst birthday experience ever!
Was expecting an experience like we had in Chicago, world class service and ambiance. Got nothing like it. Enexperinced wait staff, no dress code at all! (Guy across from me in jogging shorts and flip flops.
There are many other high in places on Niagara try any of them!
We’ve been to several Morton’s around the world and this was outstanding in every way. Never a bad meal at Morton’s of course, but the view and the service was terrific here. Our waitress, Miriam, was particularly excellent. Personable, helpful, attentive, and expert in her menu Couldn’t ask for anything better
Excellent food and service, wonderful views and ambiance.
Very disappointed food was not up to Mortons standards.
Wouldn’t go back.
Very attentive staff that was both friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to make our visit the “special occasion” that it truely was.
Service was excellent, food was satisfactory except for the steaks . Both my wife and I had different cuts — neither one of them tasted like prime beef. More like a run of the mill Outback at best.
Would not return.
The food was great. The server was helpful. Overall a great experience
It was a great restaurant. WAY overpriced and our steak came out medium well when we asked medium rare.... But it was nice to try something different in the falls. It also had a nice view which is a bonus.
Excellent, this was the first time we had the opportunity to try Canadian beef. Fantastic. We regularly dine at top US steakhouses and this was a great dinner.
Dinner was very nice, our server Erin was exceptional... Very helpful with menu recommendations...friendly staff
Have been to Morton’s in Chicago, New York, & Hackensack. Delicious every time. We know we are paying premium for good steak quality. Our dinner steaks were both cold and rib eye was extremely fatty. We were extremely disappointed.
Everything was great! Food was awesome, I would go again!
Very kindly accommodated our request for a window table to celebrate a birthday. Staff was wonderful and helpful.
Didn’t feel special.
We saw a picture in the elevator of a Tomato and Blue Cheese salad, not on the menu. They made one up for me that was nothing like the picture. Expected thicker tomato slices and more crumbled blue cheese. Steaks were very good but a bit below expectations considering the brand and the price.
The view is amazing but other than that the restaurant is nothing special. Waitress was attentive but again we did not find the service exceptional as we are accustomed to at most Marriott properties.
The taxes were about 35% of the bill, ouch!
We’ll save our money next time to avoid the high end restaurants in Canada.
My girlfriend and I drove 2 hours to have it. The restaurant speaks for itself great food and great service.
Morton’s was a fantastic experience overlooking Niagara Falls.
We had a great table overlooking the Falls and enjoyed the conversation at the bar, but the rest of the experience was meh. I really didn’t appreciate that my medium rare steak came out well done, and didn’t want to wait for them to make it again since it took way too long as it was. For that price, we expected a better experience.
It is worth a one experience if you don't mind over paying for food.
Food quality was good (oysters was our favorite out of the rest of our order) and over priced.
For the same quality and experience your better going to the Skylon Tower for dinner with a full view of the falls and same price for food.
We had wonderful server, her name is Charlotte, who made our experience at Morton's very welcoming and more enjoyable. (THANK YOU!!)
This would be a perfect place to go for drinks and appetizers with!!!
The food was amazing! We both had perfectly seasoned and cooked Filet Mignon. The waitress was friendly and warm. We were seated right over the falls in time for the fireworks with our meal. The staff had no problem adding 2 people for dessert when the people we were in Niagra with showed up mid-meal. It was a wonderful experience all around.
I have been to plenty of Morton’s. This one was a disaster. Extremely slow service. I had to hunt down waitress - twice. Cooked my steak wrong temperature - yes, at a friggin steakhouse. NYC prices with service that would embarrass a grubby corner diner
Went to celebrate a birthday and was quite disappointed the food was ok once we got it. We did get a perfect seat near the window We had 8 o’clock reservation with 3 children and did not get our food until almost 10 one person who got a rare filet came well cooked and all the kids were starving and restless by the time the food arrived Also they would one give a birthday dessert comp to specific dessert and the birthday person wanted chocolate and that wasn’t the birthday choice The broccoli came out frozen also Not a good experience for such a well known restaurant we were very disappointed
Fantastic view across the Falls. Interesting discussion with our server about the area. Excellent food with good portions.
Food OK but nothing particularly special. View of the falls limited.
Service was sub standard. Brought second course first. Forgot half of entree. Very disappointed.
The venue is great and the view amazing.
Excellent 35th anniversary dinner, and the view of the fireworks was outstanding. Definitely a place to visit in niagara falls.
Only good thing was the waitress we had. Other than that it was bad from the start. We waited about 15 minutes for the valet workers to notice us ( about 3 of them were standing around not focusing on us). We then got to our table and the waitress (shayeah) was very good. My only complaint with her is that she never provided refills on water. When it came to ordering food, my wife had a bowl of dressing with salad on the side (or it seemed that way). It was very concentrated with dressing. Then I ordered ribs....the waitress came back and said they were out for the next hour. So I did the safe thing and had a burger. For $19 USD it was horrible. The bread was soggy and the burger tasted like it had been frozen for 2 years. It stinks, we had high hopes here. But it was just 2 badly overpriced plates. I could have gone to burger king and gotten a meal for 1/3 of the cost and be more satisfying. I'm sorry, but stay away. Even on our way out the valet gave us our keys and told us we had to wait for the driver of the other car (blocking us from leaving) to move. Waited another 15 minutes). This will be my last time visiting this place.
We visited Niagara Falls and Morton’s was in our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, friendly service and our beautiful view of the falls.
Our experience was phenomenal! As I celebrated my birthday Todd, Lisa, and Dusty service went over and beyond. The staff was accommodating and attentive. I will return to this location, it was worth the 7hour drive. Thank You
This Morton's has a view of Niagara Falls from Canadian side...BUT the view is blocked by trees so now a perfect view. The food and service were excellent and our steaks were perfect. It seems to be difficult getting a good steak out .
Given Mortons is a high end, Steakhouse chain-restaurant, I feel like I have to compare it to other high end chain Steakhouses, specifically Ruth Chris. With that said, I think I have to prefer the 3 meals I have had a t Ruth Chris as being better then Mortons.
We ordered 3 appetizers and overall they were mediocre. The PIE muscles were very small and they sit were charging about $3.00 per - so that was disappointing.
My steak was cooked perfectly but the finishing sauce was a little salty.
Like I said, overall it was a good meal but i think Ruth Chris may be the better choice and may offer a better selection.
Steak was under cook - service and food quality was below average for a Morton’s.
My wife and I had a reservation to celebrate our 25th anniversary, as well as mother's day. After ordering our food, we waited an hour and didn't even receive our appetizers. Needless to say we left the restaurant. If you are planning on celebrating a special occasion I would consider an alternate option. In my opinion they were terrible!
Nous avons adoré notre expérience au Mortons! Si j’ai à retourner à Niagara Falls, j’y retournerai
Best view ever! Excellent good and service! Wonderful for Mothers Day!
my steak was well done ( almost burned) I ordered Medium well. I was very hungry so I did not complain. It was dry and the baked potato needed a bit more baking, it was not soft enough.
Amazing, great food, great views staff was great. Best new york strip ive ever had.
