I will be writing a review on the Morton's website as well.
Firstly, we had requested a reservation by the window if possible.
When we arrived at our reservation time, it was indicated that they were aware of our request and were just cleaning off a table for us. When we were shown to our table, it was in the back row farthest from the window. That was a surprise.
Next, after asking for carbonated water, two young ladies came to the table and proceeded to fill 3 of the 4 glasses with distilled water. Not a big issue, really.
As the evening progressed, we were surprised to see the all sides (veggies, potatoes, etc) came at quite a hefty price...$12 for mashed potatoes??
We placed our order and first part of the appetizer was served, but the soup came later. Again, not really an issue BUT, we did not get our Entree until 10p.m.!!! We arrived at 7:45 p.m. Our server, was apologetic and worked hard to make sure our dinner experience was a good one.
But by that time, the restaurant had emptied substantially and we could not understand the delay. Our friend's $47 steak looked like a well-done hockey puck and tasted the same. Another friend's hugely marketed double-stacked burger was tiny and a sad comparison to the advertising streaming throughout the hotel. The fries were cold and the final straw was getting my order of ribs and with a hair in them...yikes!!! Sent them back and won't BE back...Avoid at all costs!!

Possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had and I actually never complain or write a poor review
Poor service, huge wait time for drinks and food, wrong orders delivered, Med rare steak delivered well done then 30 minutes to replace it
Rest of the table was finished 10 minutes ahead
In the end 100.00 off a 700.00 meal
Manager was clueless

Went to Morton's for our anniversary dinner and loved it! Great service, great view, and a fantastic meal. I made a reservation in advance so we were seated right away. The wait staff was friendly and tentative. Our appetizer and meals came out quickly and were cooked to perfection. And all of this while enjoying such an incredible view of the falls. It was a perfect night with a casual, yet romantic feel to it. I recommend this place to all those visiting the falls!

A pleasant place where my wife and I dined on our anniversary. Food was nicely prepared and prices were good considering the great view and ambience. The server, a very nice gentleman, was a seasoned professional and attentive in just the right measure.

Table by the window was a great surprise. Ordered a dozen and a half oysters. Yum, but had to ask for cocktail sauce and horseradish...salmon was good, burgers and pasta were all okay. A 20% added fee to the bill was exessive though. Drinks were weak too.

The meal was disappointing to say the least. However the service was commendable. The onion bread had burnt bits of onion all over it and was cold. The steak dish was very medium and not medium rare the salmon was OK. What was a surprise was the baked potato arriving in a dish with nothing pretty about it. Just a spud in a bowl. Admittedly the server could then add stuff but at first blush it was a very unattractive way to serve a potato.
The Tom Gore wine was fantastic. So glad that you had that. The view from the restaurant was marvellous and a redeeming factor.
Finally the ladies washroom was a disaster. Not at all a level of cleanliness that I would have expected. You had to be brave to go in there. All in all a disappointing experience for me as the reputation had me expecting more.

The service was genuinely warm and friendly and above approach; however, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered an 8oz steak and it was extremely dry and tasteless. And it was $50 without any accompaniment. Ridiculous!! I ordered a loaded baked potato (which cost $12 extra) which was also bland. So I had an unimpressive meal for close to $100!! I went to The Keg the next night and ordered a comparable meal that cost half the price and tasted twice as good- also with a view.

Huge portions, it would be great if you could offer half portions for half the price.
The waiter who brought the salad was not knowledgeable.
Sparkling water should be available in small bottles too.
The rib sauce was a bit sour.
Beautiful view!

When people order an appetizer, plus a salad, plus a MAIN, you don’t serve and charge them for a LARGE salad when there is a small option. The waiter should have clarified. It was all super expensive.
There was also a $25 charge added to the bill which we asked about and were told it’s a tourist service charge. He didn’t tell us it could be removed. The next day we called back after reading reviews to have this removed!! How many people don’t notice and just pay?!?!?! Sneaky.

The food here was excellent and perfectly prepared. We dined on the early side and enjoyed impeccable service. My husband is a pescaterian so I usually do not get to enjoy a great steak. He had the salmon which was also quite delicious. But, the ultimate was the white chocolate pecan bread pudding!

During a special trip to Niagara Falls with my granddaughter, I booked Morton's for our first night, since it was conveniently located in our hotel. She ordered the salmon (which was delicious) and I ordered a Chef's cut ribeye. We ordered asparagus and au gratin potatoes as side dishes. Much to our surprise, the salmon was served to my granddaugher and the au gratins were served to me as my entree! The waitress, who had a trainee shadowing her, admitted that she completely forgot to order my entree! We also were surprised when an entire loaf of bread was delivered with no knife to cut it. Just a loaf of bread plopped on the table. Not the great dining experience we were planning on.

I was disappointed in the food. Our steaks weren’t cooked to our specifications which isn’t good for a restaurant specializing in steaks. The steaks were of good quality, just undercooked. The food was extremely expensive for what we got. We were given a complementary dessert for our anniversary which was very nice.

Amazing food! I would drive back to Canada just for their mac and cheese!! The steak didn't need any additional seasonings; it was perfect. Great service, delicious food.

The only problem I had was that we had requested a table by the window to enjoy our dinner with a Falls view, and once we got there we were told their were no tables available so they seated us in a both, then we noticed the waitress and the same host put 2 tables together by the window for a party of 4, so we were denied our reservation request for a large party that could of gotten our both that seated 4.

What a wonderful evening! We place a high premium on good service, and we weren't disappointed. Our server was helpful and informative without being overbearing. She was intuitive about knowing when to check in with us. Courses were served at an appropriate pace, not rushed, but didn't keep us waiting, either.

An absolute fantastic night. Made a reservation for our 20th wedding anniversary dinner. Food was great. Our server suggested a wine for my wife that she loved and then talked to us about some local wineries to try. Then to top it off they brought us a dessert to celebrate. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

Let me start by saying that this is not a Morton's Steakhouse -- if this is what you want, go to Ruth's Chris which is nearby. Morton's Grill has good food and service at reasonable prices. It also has a nice view of the falls; however, if you are staying at the Marriott (where the restaurant is located), the view is better from your room -- so get room service.

This restaurant was advertised as "fallsview" dining. Unfortunately due to the trees the falls were barely viewable. I knew they were there only due to the illumination lights. We had dinner at other restaurants during our stay and this was our least favorite. Our server was very good and attentive.

Morton's Grille was fine. Please note "Grille" means they don't have the usual Morton's fare.
No seafood. Horribly wine selection. Food was just ok. Service was very nice from the moment they say hello to the service at the table.

Convenient because it was in the hotel, but the view and food are better at the Keg next door.

This restaurant is special because it over looks the Niagara Falls. However, one can only see the Falls faintly at night (after the sun goes down the National Park lights up the Falls with LED lighting). So, the great appeal of Morton’s is its great steaks. Our steaks were perfect ... tender, juicy, tasty, cooked perfectly! Outstanding ratings for food and service!

We decided to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary with a date night at Morton's. Although they were able to seat us at our reserved time, they gave us an option of waiting an additional 30 minutes for a table with a better view. I was so happy they gave us that option. We got a romantic corner table with an amazing view of the falls. While waiting for our table, we sat at the bar and had great service and conversation from Kim. At our table, our server Marilyn was very friendly! She made sure we had everything we could have possibly needed. I would definitely come back.

Our 10th wedding anniversary. When we told the host (who turned out to be the general manager) they moved us to a corner table overlooking Niagara Falls. They treated us like royalty, making this an evening that we will never forget....Oh by the way, the steak was heaven.

Disappointed with this new 'Casual Morton's' model and atmosphere. Trying to be too hip with very loud edgy music we had to raise our voice to hear each other. Thought we were at an Appleby's on steroids. Morton's is a classy restaurant and a 'Cold Play' genera would have served them better with all the grey hairs with money vacationing at Niagara Falls. Service was good and the meal very good...but its all about 'presentation' to seal the deal isn't it?

Good food and service. Ambiance is okay, but it is a Marriott buffet during the daytime and some of that is obvious for the night time dining (poles look like Spanish bathroom tiles).
