We had a great time here celebrating my wife’s 38th birthday. Service was fast, it was our first time, so the waiter suggested all kinds of things and we ordered it all and it was great no regrets. During the holiday season, I have a drink called “Tis this season”, and I mean it was delicious and straight to the point.

Usually really great experience but was disappointed with service and food quality this visit. I think because it was Thanksgiving they were understaffed as I had to ask twice to get bread and our salads came out before the appetizers. The lobster ravioli was cold and had to be sent back. The turkey dinner was underwelming but the pork chop was good.

It was Thanksgiving, so while the food was good, it was not at its best. Pork chop was so so, lamb chops were good but only two. The sprouts were awful, no crunch. The others in our party had the Thanksgiving special and said it was ok but nothing to write home about. Service was excellent.

Our family had excellent service on Thanksgiving. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. The entire restaurant was clean and inviting. Those who had steaks were extremely happy with their meals. Those that had the turkey dinners were disappointed. Let's remember this is a steak house and not a turkey place. We will be back.

Dinner was excellent except we had a waiter who kept going missing for very long periods. We had three children and tickets for Cirque du Soleil. Got there right at 5pm and at 7:15 when they still hadn’t brought our dessert (cheesecake) and we hadn’t seen our waiter in 25 min we went to the manager and had to pay and leave without dessert. Very frustrating to spend $600 on dinner and the waiter to be that bad. Ruined our experience.

I came in from Cincinnati where Jeff Ruby is the best steak house for fine dining. The prices were comparable to Ruby and the steak was “almost as good”. This was a great experience however, for the price… i think the server was a little delayed checking on us. I do wish there was less noise here. I asked for a private table on Open table but this was not even close as it was center in the middle of all the hussle and bussle and all other table. Overall, I would be back but if I had a choice of Morton’s or Ruby- i wouldn’t hesitate to choose Rubys. The Filet here was delicious!

I WILL NEVER GO TO MORTON'S IN CLEVELAND EVER AGAUN. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY HISTORY OF DINNING IN CLEVELAND. THE GM JOSH WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH HIS 3 OTHER MANAGERS. BO COMMUNICATION. LAST FRUDAY I WALKED INTO MORTONS TO ORDER TAKE-OUT. ORDERED $250 WOTH OF FOOD AND LEFT $50+ TIP. WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR FOR FOOD TO GO HOME TO RAW STEAKS. CALLED AND SPOKE TOBM HEATHER, ONE OF THE 3 MANAGERS AND SHE ASSURED ME I WOULD BE COMPENSATED 1 WEEK LATER I WALK IN TO HAVE DINNER, NOBODY KNEW A THING ABOUT MY SITUATION A WEEK AGO. AFTER 3 DIFFERENT MANAGERS ADDRESSING THE SITUATION THEY FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED MY SITUATION. WORST MANAGEMENT IN CLEVELAMD. I KNOW IF I CALLED FABIO, IT WOULD BE ADDRESSED AND HANDLED IMMEDIATELY. NO QUESTIONS ASKED..!!

Service was amazing! It was a Friday night and they had a bunch of steaks sitting out in plastic vacuum packed bags which was weird. Felt cheap and took away from the ambiance.

They were a little confused at the hostess station upon arrival, not just us but the 2-3 parties in front of us. When we go seated, we waited about 15 min with without anyone coming over when I flagged down a manager and told him what was going on. From that point on Immediately after that the rest of the visit was first-rate. Josh was a great server and our steaks were phenomenal.

Celebrated my 50th birthday. Our Sever was incredible. He took our picture and framed it with a happy birthday message on it. I had crab cakes, French onion soup, and lyonnaise potatoes. Very tasty. Husband had filet (ordered it medium but it came out medium rare), baked potato, and broccoli. We’ve eaten at several other Morton restaurants but this was our first time at the Cleveland location. We will definitely go back.

Food was not good, especially considering the cost. Husband’s 8oz filet was cooked as requested but had a significant liver-like taste to it which indicates low quality cut of beef. My Miso sea bass was over cooked & chewy while the bok choy was undercooked - almost raw - I could not get a fork in it . The lobster mac & cheese was very dry with little taste - very little lobster in it. Very over priced! The highlight of the meal was our server. He was wonderful and very attentive. We enjoyed our cocktails and the house chopped salad we had as an appetizer. We chose not to complain about the food and simply enjoyed our time together.

After not having dined at this Morton's for over a decade (bad experience last time), we were pleasantly surprised and excited to have Max as our server. He had received rave reviews from others on Open Table. He was FANTASTIC!!! We will go back only if we can have him each time. We are long time patrons of the Pittsburgh location. Max made our return very satisfying and worthwhile.

Our first time at Morton’s ! Will certainly be back ! We had a wonderful meal. Our waiter, Max, was very attentive & personable. He was very knowledgeable about the Menu explaining in detail the day’s specials. Couldn’t have asked for a better waiter. My husband and I both ordered the Maine Lobster Ravioli. One with Asparagus & one with Spinach & button mushrooms. Delicious ! Meal came with a warm onion bread loaf. Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming and personable.

It was absolutely amazing. Rick was our server. He was professional, funny, and made our night even more special. We celebrated birthdays, they gave us free dessert. They take your photos and print them for you—that was super special. Food was INCREDIBLE. Recommend the Cajun Ribeye and truffle butter, lobster Mac

The staff made the experience a one-of-a-kind. My husband and I flew into town for a visit to my old home town and an NFL game, and I wanted to surprise him with a nice little meal. We will be back when visiting Cleveland again!

2 months ago had dinner at Morton’s in Chicago and was treated like trash this Morton’s in Cleveland was absolutely amazing with great service and food. I believe Morton’s need to send a management team from Cleveland to Chicago to show them how to run a restaurant. Will never go back to Morton in Chicago I will eat at McDonald’s first in Chicago. Outstanding job Cleveland keep up the good work
