We chose Morton's for date night and to celebrate my birthday. I have been to several Mortons in Illinois (Chicago), but since moving to Texas in 2022 I was missing a great experience. Some things have changed since COVID (ie bringing the cart of steaks to your table) but the food is just as good. The staff was very nice. I appreciated them acknowledging my birthday. Our server Gabby was great. I had the miso marinated sea bass and my husband had the bone in ribeye. The food was prepared perfectly. I also received a complimentary crème brûlée. I never get dessert but this was perfect. My husband got the whiskey flight and I got a lavender cosmo. If they only had a tequila flight the night would have been a perfect 10! Definitely recommend this place for a date or special occasion. They go out of their way to make you feel special and the food is top notch. Definitely recommend this place for date night or a special occasion.

The best Steakhouse in Dallas. There was 4 birthdays in our party and the manager made everyone feel special individually. They took pictures of our party printed the pictures. They also printed happy birthday on the menu.

Terrible service. We could see other tables that arrived later than us getting their drinks, food, dessert before us. Complained to the manager who only apologized and said we should come back for a better experience lol. 😂😂

We went for our 24th anniversary. It started out good, bread was delicious and it went downhill from there. Service was extremely slow (it was a slow night so it didn’t make sense). The lobster bisque was delicious but there wasn’t much to it. The steaks had to be sent back as they were both dry. Much better 2nd time around. Because the service was slow, we were pretty much full by the time we got the new steaks. Desserts were so so. Nothing spectacular. We were underwhelmed by the whole dinner.

We were going to miss our original reservation time by about a half hour so I called ahead and was warmly accommodated with a revised arrival time. When we showed up at the desk, Wendy recognized us from the phone call and had one of the hostesses seat us right away. Our server Gabrielle was pleasant and informative, made recommendations (which we rejected in favor of OUR favorites), got the order placed without incident and kicked off with a ceasar salad and the unbelievable made-on-premises bread. Steaks were prepared to our liking and anyone complaining that Morton's 'burns' the meat doesn't understand how searing keeps all the flavor trapped inside! We ordered the creme brulle which was outstanding - all in all a fine dining experience.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated like long time customers, and they made my friend's birthday dinner something to remember. Our hostess made us feel at home from the start by acknowledging the birthday girl and printed menus with her name on it. She was sure to take a picture of the birthday girl which was later presented to her along with best wishes. The food from the onion bread to the chocolate lava cake, and the bacon steak and filet mignon in between was delicious. I can't believe I haven't been here before, but it definitely won't be the last time I enjoy what Morton's has to offer!

We have been dining here for years and sadly, observe that the quality of the food and value have diminished. My husband and I were celebrating a birthday as we have for past years and were disappointed. The bread and steak were very good as well as the poivre steak sauce (upcharge). The spinach was fair; the potatoes were OK. The desserts and wine offering (pinot noir) were OK. In general, a decline in the experience we had truly enjoyed in the past.

I ordered a filet mignon well done and jt came completely black burnt but my wife tried to eat because I don’t like to send food back to the kitchen. I already put like 3 full spoons of the lobster mac n cheese but my wife couldn’t eat it. I sent it back to be redone but my food was already in the table. I ate by myself and my wife was still waiting for her meal. Not the best experience because we traveled from FW only to have an excellent experience. Still the server charged me for the burnt steak. I paid it because I don’t like to argue in front of my family but I was dissatisfied.

Celebrated my mother birthday here and it was such great service. Our waitress was so kind and very personable! She was quick and efficient. The personal touch on her menu saying happy birthday and the free printed out picture of the entire group was her absolute favorite part. Thank you to the entire staff for making my mothers birthday very special!

I´m a customers from Mortons from many years ago. The Menu seems pretty short. I did not see King Crab legs any more. Mac n Chesse with lobster we returned it. It was pretty bad. Steaks we order Filet Mignon and Cajun Rib eye. The Rib Eye was not good at all. It was burned on the outside. I ordered it medium rare. Flavor tasted burned. Filet mignon was ok. Would had loved a recommendation from the sommelier on wines. Would had love to see the cuts in rare before ordering. Overall experience did not felt as "Mortons".

Food was up to normal excellent standards, but the service seemed a little off. Server seemed a little unfamiliar with items on the menu and somewhat disengaged from our table. Apps, salad, steak, dessert were all delicious (which always surprises me when I eat at a 'chain' restaurant, but it really was great.) Cocktails and wine were very good also. Manager was really nice. I am not at all complaining about the service, I'm just mentioning that compared to previous visits it seemed less professional and not quite up to par. I was also surprised the restaurant wasn't even half full on a Saturday night; I hope it doesn't mean it will be closing anytime soon. Overall, we had a really nice dinner.
