   Excellent food and atmosphere! Celebrated my birthday. I had the sea scallops to start, 8oz filet mignon medium rare, jumbo asparagus, gouda potatoes, and bread pudding! I just had to list everything because it was all scrumptious! Husband had the casino grilled oysters (best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many places, including the gulf) and dry-aged New York strip. They win the award in excellent cuisine in my book! Of note— valet parking is run by a separate company, and they charge $7 then you add tip and wasn’t what I was expecting though the convenience was worth it. We weren’t aware ahead of time. We only brought tip money, so I we paid by credit card and there was a $2 convenience fee. While this shouldn’t completely matter, it’s worth knowing to bring enough cash.

   Morton’s was a nice venue. The food was pretty good, prices normal for the area l. The waiter could have been more attentive, the person who brought the food out literally put all of the food in front of the wrong people and had to keep moving it. The ATMOSPHERE, the venue beautiful dress code business casual. However; there were people in there wearing flip flops ripped jeans, dirty work boots shorts and TShirts this was definitely NOT the same experience as Morton’s NY or Chicago. For this reason and this reason alone I would not recommend this specific location. I spent $1500 on a dinner in a beautiful venue to be surrounded by people who looked like they were dressed for a bar at the beach

   A lovely quiet delicious meal. Sea bass and filet were wonderfully fresh prepared . Our server Grace was delightful and knowledgeable about each dish. We enjoyed our conversation with her. The rest of the staff was top draw as well. Great mixed drinks , nice pours.

   As always, the experience as a whole was very good! My particular dish was good, not exceptional. The Miso Sea Bass was not as good as I expected. It can be better, I know it, because I’ve eaten Miso Sea Bass before in other Morton’s. But, that does not ruined our experience. We keep loyal to the chain. Happily loyal!

   We drove to Nashville from Atlanta for a birthday weekend. The birthday girl wanted to eat at Morton’s. We had a party of 9 that was split between 2 tables. Our servers were outstanding, the restaurant had the right ambiance but the food wasn’t good at all. I realize that the servers don’t control the kitchen, so this review in no way reflects on them. My crab cake was cold and FULL of filler. Unacceptable for a supposedly jumbo lump crab cake. My waygu meatballs were ice cold with hot marinara sauce. The miso sea bass was decent, but the time it arrived, I was over Morton’s. The manager apologized profusely and remove the crab cake and meatball from my bill, as he should have but they REALLY need to get that kitchen together. Serving cold food is unacceptable and unfair to the guests who come for a wonderful dining experience.

   We had 9 ppl, two streaks were rare and were suppose to be medium . One ate it and the other ask to make it a little more medium rare bc she couldn’t even pick it up with her fork. The sides need like a little more salt and pepper . Dessert was delicious we did the chocolate cake and crème brûlée. We got there for 5 ( 5:15 apt ) and we didn’t leave till 8:45pm. So I would def make early apts if you got things to do lol . I probably wouldn’t go back , even tho the favoring of the meats were good . I just think I like other streak places a lot better that have the same concept as them :/.

   Try the Lobster Bisque, rich with fresh lobster meat. Chopped house salad also enjoyable. Filets done to order, medium rare. Service was good but could have been more attentive time wise.

    Terrible experience. Tonight, May 14, 2023, the waitress Stephanie was the cause of the worst experience in a fine dining restaurant. Our reservation was at 6PM but we arrived at 5:40PM and were seated around 5:45PM. Stephanie was friendly at first but it took her about 25 minutes to bring the drinks and bread. When it came time to order the entrees, I was clearly specific that I didn't like the butterfly cut filet mignon. Order a 12oz filet mignon with bluechese butter on top. When the food arrived, she brought it in the form of a butterfly, just as I had told her that I did not want it. The filet was well done, so they told me it would take time to do another one. The manager came to the table and excused himself and said that I could take the mignon (butterfly) and they would make me another anyway. However, it took him 1hr to return to the table to say that he didn't know what happened. Apparently, they gave my mignon to someone else by mistake and they would make me another one and I wouldn't have to pay for the main courses, just for the drinks and starters. The waitress, Stephanie, was absent for most of the time. We asked her for the ketshup and she spent around 15min without bringing it, so we had to ask another employee to bring it and then she came with the ketshup. While I was waiting for the mignon, she brought out the dessert menu and my wife told her we would order when my mignon was brought and I ate it. Not 5min passed and she brought back the dessert menu indicating that there was no hurry. In the end, after 2 hours and 40 minutes, I ended up paying $121 dollars and I didn't leave a tip. But the most disappointing thing was that when my wife waited inside the restaurant while I was asking for my car from the valet parking, Stephanie showed the receipt to the host at the front desk and told her that it was a shame not to have left her a tip and then left. Then she moved to the bar and continued with the comments. Her actions only denigrate this rest

    Steak was undercooked. Took 2 hours for a meal with 1 appetizer. Didn’t get a menu for 10 minutes. Drinks took another 15 minutes. No apology about undercooked steak until it was time for the tip.

    I have been to Morton’s many times and always love the service and , of course, the food. They say that you can never make a second first impression and our first impression this time was well below expectations. The two ladies at the front desk seemed totally uninterested in being there (one was even out her cell phone). They were not friendly or engaged. Felt like we were at a Logan’s Roadhouse rather than Morton’s. Everything after that was great (as usual), from the person that sat us to the server and support staff.

    I’ve been there several times and never had an issue with the temperature of the food. All of our meals were cold. It was a holiday so I do understand that they were very busy but cold steak and potatoes was a surprise.

    This night the service was very slow. Uncommon for Mortons. Also rather loud. The food was great but also pricey. The Manage did come up and apologize for the wait for our food. It wasn't the waiters but rather the food wasn't ready. The manager was actually serving table their food to help out the waiters. But I would go back again.

    I planned a birthday celebration at Morton's Nashville and it was wonderful from the booking to dessert. Derrick planned my party perfectly with a private room and a personalized menu. The private room was awesome in size and decorated tastefully. Our servers Heidi & Christopher were wonderful and accommodated my party of 10 perfectly. Food and wine were excellent and we all had a wonderful time. Kudos to the staff at Morton's Nashville!!!

    There are many choices in Nashville to enjoy a steakhouse experience. I have eaten at other Morton’s around the country and had great meals. Being an upscale restaurant, I expected better service and better food. The length of time from ordering drinks to receiving them was crazy. The wait was even longer for our appetizers to arrive. Between courses, I happened by the staging area and there were many plates of food sitting waiting for staff to deliver. It was disappointing to say the least!

    My steak was ordered to be medium, but it came out as rare. Our Au gratin potatoes were ice cold. The restaurant did make everything right; however, for a $300 meal, I expect better than Texas Roadhouse quality service.

    Food and friendly staff wonderful as always. It was more crowded and noisier than usual. The food came out haphazardly; some of our party had hot food in front of them while others were waiting. Then only part of theirs came out; then it was the wrong item. The restaurant wanted to make it up to us by giving a free dessert, which was nice. When we couldn't eat it all they boxed it up, but left it out of our "left overs" bag. Disappointing, but we will be back.

    Great experience! Our host gave us custom menus that said happy anniversary, which was a great starting touch. Oue server, James, was very personable and knowledgeable, gave us great suggestions with very quick service. The food was phenomenal. First, I had the chopped salad, which had this vinaigrette that was great. I had the cajun ribeye as my main, that had "bacon steak" as a topper, which was amazing in flavor and presentation. Every angle of service had a great touch of hospitality. I believe every manager was present and active on the floor, engaging guests. There were a few occasions that they made personal visits to wish us happy anniversary. Will highly recommend.

    Great restaurant, we felt very special celebrating our anniversary there. The staff were very attentive, we had our own menus and they even gave us a photo to celebrate.     Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Upon walking in, we noticed there was an armed security guard patrolling the dining room. (Nothing against security, but it was very odd). Our waitress was also terrible. She was unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the menu. My salad came out with brown lettuce (was told that it was balsamic vinegar? however there was no dressing on the salad). The final straw was that after an hour, the waitress came back and told us someone had thrown away her order book and she needed to re-take our order. We ended up walking out. The manager was very apologetic, but overall one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant! Sad to say but we’ll never be back.

    Awesome date night!! My wife and I had a great meal at Morton’s - wild mushrooms and crab cake apps were outstanding; lobster bisque was delicious; and filets (plus lobster tail for wife) were perfectly cooked. Sides were equally delicious…and the chocolate cake desert was a great way to end the meal. Our server was also fantastic - very attentive and a great sense of humor. We’ll definitely be back. Only one negative for the evening. We pulled up in front of the restaurant to valet park, but were told by the valets that they did not have access to the garage, so we would need to self park. We had just fought through a ton of traffic and barely arrived on time as it was for our reservation. My wife went in to get our table, and I drove around for 10 minutes before finding a place to park. Thankfully I know the area, so it wasn’t too bad. But it was disappointing that we had to do this…and to pay the steep parking rates for the garage we used. I hope they will address this in the future.
