    I have been going to Morton’s Palm Desert for years. But, I have to say this was our very best experience. Our server was J.J. What an amazing young man. We were celebrating our 44th anniversary and from the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP’s. The hostess (I didn’t get her name). was wonderful. She took us to our table made sure we were comfortable and came back later in the evening and took a lovely photo of us celebrating and presented it to us. Then JJ started and he gave us some different suggestions for dinner and we ended up with Perfection. He checked back with us and he was super fun, attentive and shared with us what was coming up in his life. AN AMAZING SERVER AND YOUNG MAN! My husband had a wedge salad, a crab cake, and a perfectly cooked filet. I had a watermelon arugula salad, crab cake, and salmon. Extremely well prepared meal. We were so full we couldn’t possible eat dessert but JJ packed it up for us to take home. All and all this was such a great night. Thank you Morton’s and hang on to JJ for as long as you can. We will be back!

    Our food was fantastic and our waiter was absolutely the best. His name is Nick. Ask for Nick when you come in.

    Our experience has always been great with the service everyone that works there give the best experience and service they are like family. We have been going to Morton’s for many years not because the food but because the great hospitality we receive. Tonight was a very sad night to hear that it was Auturo’s last name get as our bus boy he has severed us for 30 plus years always a smile on his face and has our bread and water there within seconds of us arriving at our table I was very disappointed to hear corporate did not do something special for his years of service not even a card he’s been a great worker to Morton’s if it wasn’t for the staff we honestly would not go there as much. Josh, Moises, Jesus, Brian and Cate and Roque, Oscar and the rest of the staff keeps us coming back. Thank you Auturo for many years of service best wishes for your retirement keep on smiling.     Awful service. Seemed like the staff was out of it. The food was not worth the price. I asked for more ice in my water. I got a glass of ice and no water. It all started from there.

    Our waiter was not very engaged. From the start it felt like he was just doing a job, not happy. Caesar salad was made with soggy romaine leaves and heavy dressing. My lobster was good but filet pretty tasteless. My husband’s filet had to be sent back to be cooked more but also basically flavorless. They charged us for two cocktails when we only had one. Had to re-do our check. We’ve definitely had better food and experience on prior visits.
