I always have a good meal when I come to Morton’s steakhouse I had the restaurant week menu which was center cut fillet and an appetizer and dessert. It was very good. My potato was cold at the beginning, but they replaced it right away at no charge so we were very happy. Our weight staff was very attentive. I would go back again.

I ordered the steak Oscar style medium rare. Upon receiving my state, it was raw in the middle and absolutely drowning in way too much. Bernaise sauce. I did send my food back to the kitchen, but it did not come out much better. At least the ambience and the staff were nice.Probably will not be back.

Before Landrys bought the chain it was a totally different experience. The front desk was far superior in their professionalism and industry understanding..they had customer recognition. now it’s just the reservation data..and drone behavior.they readily accept not being in a first place position on anything.. it’s always a disappointment.. every single time..never returning again.. not ever..we were hugh patrons there once all over the country and globally..they would call ahead when we traveled..the old days dead and gone..

This was worse experience I have ever had at a premier restaurant I’ve been to all the top Scottsdale restaurants The problem was the staff We mentioned some dissatisfaction with our drinks The staff from GM to the manager to the waiter we’re all very unprofessional Actually the manager was arrogant, especially when she put her hands on her hips and said do we have a problem here? I don’t expect that response from my manager. I will never go back to Morton’s in Scottsdale. By the way, I’ve been to Morton’s three locations in Chicago.LV Palm Desert Anaheim and a few others All great experiences They should fire the manager & GM Another point as we walked in at happy hour there was nobody seated at there bar. That says it all

Our service was spotty. I had to request bread and butter three times before the server finally brought it. In the meantime, I had ordered French Onion Soup which I eat with the bread and butter. The soup sat waiting and got cold. The server took it back to be reheated and when it was returned it was burned and dry. I also had the 8oz filet which was cooked correctly but had no flavor. This was an unpleasant surprise from an upscale steakhouse.

We started off with the bacon steak appetizer which was ok. Super fatty which I would hope would be cooked down more. We all know bacon is going to be fatty, but a big slab of 2 inch by 2 inch bacon seared on the outside still traps most of the fat and makes for a chewy, greasy hors d’oeuvre. Our main courses came, I had the aged rib eye and it was sub par, my wife had the filet and again it was just okay. The sides lacked flavor and were bland. We got the crème brûlée for desert and the sugar tasted burnt and over powered the crème which was marginal at best. I’m used to up scale restaurants, and I’m ok with paying more for great service and amazing flavors. This experience however I walked away feeling cheated. The quality of food was below standard. I’ve had aged grass fed steak that would knock the socks off of the steak I was served. We only came because we needed a later reservation then the one we had made earlier in the week. Not surprised they had so much availability. There’s so many better options for steak nearby. Try Mastro’s, or Dominic’s if you can.

Morton's for seafood! They have a great seafood menu that is surprisingly well thought out and expertly prepared. We started off with oysters casino followed by the Lobster Ravioli for me and the salmon for my wife. For dessert, we shared the never dissappointing key lime pie. Ryan, our server is top notch and allowed us to enjoy our time for the evening.

Cold food even after it was sent in and returned to us. That’s right, both my aged rib eye, my wife’s Sea Bass and some potato dish were all cold - not warm, cold. Both before and after sending it back. They offered a free drink which my wife accepted but it was charges on the Bill!

Long fans of Morton’s, our loyalty is waning. If you’re going to charge $54 for an 8oz filet, please make sure it is cooked as ordered and doesn’t contain tendons that cause you to spit it out because you can’t chew it, so gross 2. When your waiter asks if your steak is done properly and you say it is undercooked, he promptly grabs the plate and says let me fix that. Of course the plate has my veggies on it, including potatoes, mushrooms etc. What comes back is also gross. Words can’t express how that ruins the entire evening. It’s not that this can’t happen, it’s the restaurants reaction that ruins the evening. Perhaps you could figure this out.

Worst experience I've ever had at a high end steakhouse. The restaurant was not busy. My steak was overcooked to the point that I had to have a new one made. Second one was cooked properly but was still tough and oddly seasoned. For some reason, they put a ladle of "au jus" or something like it over our steaks. Why? Great steaks don't need that and it took away from it more than it added. My wife's bearnaise was forgotten but quickly brought. The red wine we ordered (a $155 bottle) came at room temp. Morton's doesn't have a wine refrigerator? Got a comped dessert but won't be back.

There was a screaming toddler at the next table (not constant but throughout our 2-hour dining). It’s a loud dining room compared to the several steakhouses we’ve been to in Scottsdale. Great server (Ryan). He was fantastic. Great food. Filet mignon, ribeye, Cajun ribeye, lobster Mac and cheese, au gratin potatoes, jumbo shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque. All excellent. They typed out happy birthday on the menu. So next time we know to put a name. Definitely recommend.

Unbelievably fantastic! We loved our dinner and dining experience at Scottsdale's Morton's . The food was delicious and plentiful; the atmosphere elegant and clean. Customer service formal but kind and attentive. They made us feel special and added a nice touch for my birthday with my name on the menu! Lol. So fun! We will definitely be back!

AMAAAAZZINNGGG!!!! The food was fantastic. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had in my LIFE. We also got the chicken Christopher and the sauce was superb. Sean was our server and he was fantastic and funny and made the dinner that much better!! I would seriously eat here every night if I could. The ambiance was intimate and not too loud and not too quiet. They really nailed every aspect of fine dining here and made us feel super special. 10/10 for everything

we celebrated our anniversary and it was a perfect evening. we were greeted warmly and were comgratulated upon our arrival. Our waitress Kristin was wonderful and explained the menu. She also helped us pick a non alcoholic drink to celebrate. The food was perfectly cooked . I had new york steak and my husband had filet mignon both cooked exactly as we requested.. The surprise desert Molten chocolate cake with huge serving of ice cream was fantastic.. It was a great evening!!

The worst food I have ever eaten in a steakhouse. Bottom line. Inedible. Asked for medium, steaks came out burnt. Lobster tail was dry and overcooked, lobster and macaroni side, was soupy, and lacked flavor.

A Sunday birthday dinner. The happy birthday titled menu was appreciated as was the complimentary picture of us, and having our request for a quieter table honored. Our waiter, Hunter, was extremely personable and attentive. The warm onion bread is always a favorite, as is the softened butter. The drinks are a bit pricey, but still good. We shared a caesar salad, that for $17 was small and boring, the $70 7 oz waygu steak (from Iowa) which my husband loved, the mushroom and onions combo which was wonderful, and the jumbo crab cakes and matchstick Parmesan fries with truffle oil. It was a nice evening, but the tables were a bit too close and the music a bit loud.
