Server was inattentive and didn’t ask about drink refills or dessert. Menu is way overpriced even for Happy Hour I spent over $150! And servers are doing basic service and spend more time in back area talking and flirting with each other. Won’t be back anytime soon.

We ordered the Chicken Alfredo without the chicken, Tomato and Feta Cheese dip, and finished with the Sticky Toffee pudding. As vegetarians, there is a good choice, but isn't as varied as some of the other places with a similar menu-style. Food was regardless, tasty, and we left with a full stomach. Jordan was looking after us, and from the amount of time it took, seems like he was the only one for quite a few tables. Still, he was great and cheerful.

Horrible service. Steak was not cooked to what we asked for. I honestly did not enjoy my time at all. I wanted to leave within 5 mins of being there. It took them a while to come to us. Just horrible service. Def won’t be going back

I don’t know if the restaurant is under new management or staff has changed… the quality of the food and customer service has really gone down. One the worst experience I’ve had today. Our server name MARIA yes MARIA she was so busy chit chatting with customers n didn’t even care that she has other tables to attend to. She took the drinks orders and she started chatting again with the customers during the billing and she didn’t care to bring the drinks while were waiting for 15-20 minutes. Appetizers were ok. We ordered two plates of the chipotle mango chicken for the main course. Chicken was too salty and uncooked and we told the server its not cooked properly and manager came to us and she offered to us that she wont charge us for the dish but who pays for the expensive dish which doesn’t taste good and cooked properly… the other plate was like that too but we didn’t want to complain again and make them think we don’t want to pay for our dinner at all. So we instead asked for the bill and pay the bill amount and the server didn’t apologize for the bad experience instead she said thank you… they could have done something extra for the customer so they should come again but after todays experience Moxies out of my list. I booked my table through OpenTable and mentioned we are celebrating birthday they didn’t care for that too at all.

Horrible server. Tried to tell us that 15% gratuity was automatic because we had said originally it would be nine people. The policy of the restaurant is a that table of 8 or more guests is automatic 15% gratuity. We only had 5 guests attend. She kept insisting. Then I asked her for change for a $5 bill. I give her the $5 She comes back with the correct change and says you owe me $5. I said you took it when you left to make the change. She insisted no. Demanded I give her another $5. Which I did because she was becoming demanding and rude in front of my guests. HORRIBLE SERVER. DESERVED NO TIP.

Moxies was a pre-COVID favourite of my family, and we were excited to come back for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, while we didn't have a *poor* experience, it wasn't nearly as good as we expected. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but knew nothing about the wine list. The fellow she asked to serve our wine broke the cork, then when he returned with the open bottle, he immediately poured full glasses for the table without allowing me to smell, taste, and approve. While that's not awful, it's not what one expects at a restaurant that markets and prices itself as upscale. Furthermore, all of us at the table ordered steak. Our meat was frankly tough and gristled, even though it was cooked medium. I've had better steak at an Outback or Montana's. And yet the meal was not nearly as inexpensive as it would have been at one of those establishments. In summary, Moxies has changed: while it continues to market itself as an upscale choice, both the food and service are no longer good value for the prices charged.
