2nd business meeting here this month, around 4th or 5th this year so far. Arrived at concierge, where there were two staff working on something for another guest, had to wait 5 min before I was able to provide my reservation before being shown my table. Sat down, waited for another 10 min before I met my server and could ask for a glass of water. Waited for quite a while more before we saw him again to place our order. Truffle parm fries lacked the same truffle and same parm as last time, a bit disappointing. Calamari was great. Blackened chicken, loaded cheeseburger were good, but shrimp tacos were TOO SPICY. My guest can handle spicy (think spicy hot pot and then chili soy on the side) but she found everything to be too spicy to be too much for even her, including the guacamole! Server came around at appropriate times during the meal to ask if we were okay, as well as clearing our table for us to have our meeting. But later on we had to flag down another server to ask to see our server again for the bill. Perhaps it was an understaffed day or his serving area was too large, but he was a good server... when we did see him in our area or passing by, which wasn't often. Noise level was high but it was a very busy evening with many big groups, and not too overbearing in my area.

We were a party of eight for lunch. Server was very good at the beginning taking our drink order. The restaurant is very loud and not really conducive for a group who wants to socialize and talk as it was hard to hear conversations. It took a long time for the server to come back to take our orders. The food came in shifts with 2 salads coming about 5 minutes after everyone else's orders came to the table. The server did not come back to check on the meals and did not refill waters. I had to go up and get our check as the server was no where to be found. Overall the food quality was quite good as per everyone at the table.

Great ambience with absolute delicacies. The Calamari topped the list among the dishes I have ordered. The staff were great checking on us for every 10 mins about the food and the rest.

Had the soup and sandwich for lunch. Soup was outstanding but the Caesar salad was very bland. Almost no garlic. Need to give it more taste. Waitress brie was terrific. Very pleasant and attentive.

Server could use some server training and guidance. While he tried, he wasn’t very attentive for the most basic of things. Just seemed a bit lost - maybe just very new to this gig. Our group was definitely not the demanding type. The space is great for gatherings and conversation. Many other places are too loud to actually chat and catch up with friends.

Been here many times but the noise level is not conducive for a business meeting. The food was overpriced for the portions. Todays service missed the mark on many things like bringing a steak knife for a steak and checking to see if everything was good.

We always love going to this location. Even when there is a larger than usual crowd, it never feels like you have to wait very long for service. The noise level at lunch time is manageable, especially if seated away from the bar.

Tenderloin came cooked mid well as requested but though I started with the meat not any of the sides, it was cold. Sides portions were small. No served bread and butter. Too expensive for the quality of the food.

Better experience this time than last. Steak Frites tasted great and was above expectations, Avocado Dip was good value. Half priced wine was decent value for a restaurant (100% mark-up instead of 200% mark-up). Dining room was still a little too loud for chatting without raising my voice, but manageable. Server was polite and well mannered, but wasn't great that I had to ask him to refill my glass of water a couple of times, even though he had come by to pick up plates etc. Would have been nice if he spotted the empty glass and came back with the pitcher. He also seemed new at opening the wine bottle, left a lot of the foil at the top. Otherwise he was fine.

There was a screaming 3 year old at the table beside us and the child was having a complete tantrum for a minimum of 20 minutes before I spoke to a manager. The manager did do a great job of taking care of us and resolving the situation.

First and foremost, callout to our server (Berge?) who was excellent and very proficient. We ordered dry wings with sauce on the side. The wings came out a bit too dark, which could have been a sign of the reuse of oil or it was over fried. Kudos to the Cob Salad, a very creative rendition but lacking in the variety of vegetables compared to more traditional Cobb salads. All in all, a very enjoyable meal with exceptional service!

Many items were sold out. Coffee machine wasn’t working. Popular desserts were sold out. The waitress should notify of any items missing before allowing customers to make their selection. We finished our food and the few times the waitress came to speak with us she never thought to clear our table. Not a great experience…

Staff were friendly and attentive but you can tell they are short staffed. Steak could be better given similar price point to Keg. My Thai chicken salad had too much dressing . L seats more spread out so more comfortable for sure.

Music was extremely loud! It was like a nightclub, felt like the volume of the music didn’t really match the vibe or the crowd. Which resulted in everyone in the place yelling at each other. We have eaten at maybe moxies location and this was crazy! Even the server could hear what people at the table ordered. We are unlikely to ever go back to this location. It is unfortunate because the food and service was great!

Lovely birthday lunch for my sister in law. Very clean and cool place but loud, couldn’t hear my guests across the tiny table. Server was very friendly although the encouragement to upsize the drinks was a little unwarranted. Upon arrival I asked the hostess if we could sit somewhere ‘a little quiet’ . She sat us in the middle of the large room (not a problem when it’s empty) but once it was full, not a good choice. I’m not sure why OpenTable asks if you’re celebrating anything special in the Notes section of the booking because restaurants never acknowledge it. Why bother ask? Or could the restaurant not acknowledge the note?
