We had a lunch for a party of 6. After we were brought our food we were ignored for the rest of the meal. No drink refills, no checking to see if everything was okay, no bringing us the bill. We eventually had to go find the server to ask for the bill. This is understandable when the restaurant is busy but it wasn’t busy.

An empty hotel restaurant, quite good food and decent value. However, even with several staff around, service was extremely poor. Food came out too quickly for main course (we weren't finished or cleared with starters), and we had to chase multiple times to get staff to take a drink order or provide our bill. Overall a mixed experience.

Moxie's was our favorite restaurant while visiting Calgary. Our server was amazing, informative and attentive. The food was delicous. It was overall a wonderful experience.

I celebrate my birthday there. I reserved a table weeks ago. We got a place where it was smelling like gas it was really awful. After that we got a different table but we had to wait at least 20min until the waiter was coming again to get our order. The food was good

this is a very bad experience we arrived no one at the front we keep waiting and decided to sit ourselves lady approached us after 10 mins of waiting what is our order, didn't give us any water didn't introduce herself waiting long time for the food the servers keep chatting at the back at the kitchen not prioritizing customers. food doesn't taste good and caesar drink is awful it's time to checkout and no one is coming to give us our bill even we had our jacket on already so upsetting to visit another province to relax and have a service like this

Everything went so well! Was a 21st birthday dinner with 8 people, our server Brandi handled multiple different allergies and a big table amazingly! Thank you for everything!

Service was very good despite problems with them making a mistake on gift cards we had. They should tell you ahead that they only cover $8/table for parking despite parking costing $18.90. We didn't have time to look for other parking when we found out in the parking lot. Food was quite tasty. Loved the complimentary rose wine sample.

We had a party of 20 that ranged in ages from 1 to 80. Our server Khedi was excellent. Like a true professional she made it look easy and really enhanced our experience! Well done!

I had reserved a table for my birthday there for a party of 20 (but there ended up being closer to 10 people). Get there and instead of one big table or two tables together it was split into 4 different tables in the main area, which was odd. It became obvious we were being a bit too loud for that part of the restaurant so they asked us if we wanted to move to a different more quiet private area which was great, we could all actually sit together there. The first hour and a half we had great service, we ordered a lot of food and drinks with no issues. After that it felt like we were completely forgotten about sadly, I had to go find our server and ask them to come see us. This ultimately lead us to leave to go somewhere else the rest of the evening. Overall, 3/5 wouldn’t plan another large gathering there but the food and drinks were fine.

Happy hour pricing was ok but nothing great. Food was very good. Was nice to have happy hour hours extended to all day. Waiting staff had a few problems bringing our food out with some of it not being ours and wrong order size. Waiting staff need to ask patrons for Sandman parking tickets to credit meal. Staff needs to be trained on how to do credits. Manager provided a work around for us.

The food was really great but the service was not. Service started out great but waitress forgot too enter two of our orders. Instead of telling the truth she blamed the kitchen. The manager tried to make it right and comp’d us the two meals. We sat outside, which was quite noisy due to the C-Train and fire trucks on 7th Ave.

This was our second disappointing experience at this location. Our drinks took forever to come out, and didn’t come until our food arrived. The guacamole we had was unripe, and had multiple pieces of avocado that would not mash because of how unripe they were. The service was not great, which was disappointing as there was only a few tables, and a lot of staff who were hanging out in booths. Probably won’t be coming back
