We initially got served no salt and no pepper dry ribs. And it says salt and pepper dry ribs I believe on the menu. The server just said oh ok I’ll get you another one like it was nothing! It’s why scored it low.

I have been to this Moxies location for several times. and never disappointed me. Our server Nick provided excellent services, and made good suggestions on Appetizers, drinks on Specials for that day etc. Had a good time there to chill out with my friends. Keep up the good work, Nick :)

Highly recommend! Excellent hostess service our reservation was very efficient. Our waitress was excellent and all her recommendations were 10/10. It was 1/2 price bottle of wine night on Wednesday and even close to the Fairview Library Theatre which we went to after dinner. Great choice overall

Lots of potential here but didn't hit the mark. Decaf coffee was bitter. Garlic bread with salad was soggy. Told the waiter who didn't seem to care. Restaurant does well because it is in the mall and accessible. That is the only reason why I would come back.

The menu always sounds better that the food is when it arrives. The salad with chicken was really nothing special. A pile of lettuce with very few strawberries and avocado. They forgot my chicken and brought it later. Service was ok. I would say they tried hard, but the experience was underwhelming.

When having a businesss lunch it’s always good when your servers know when to check in and when to give you some time… the staff at this location know how to do that well. And kudos to the manager who was active in helping his team ! Good team work!

Had a very good dinner here today. I never thought I’d say this about a salad but the Cobb salad was just great! Very fresh with lots of everything and a very juicy chicken. Everybody at our table was happy with their meals as well. The waiter even brought in an extra dessert for our daughter (it was her a birthday dinner) with dry ice for extra special effect. She was delighted.

The steak my mom had ordered was not cooked properly. They had it re-cooked which was much better. Our server was so busy, which is not his fault, and he was fantastic, but we had to ask the hostess to bring him over when we were ready to place our order. They brought us dessert on the house, to compensate for the steak being undercooked, but the dessert was also a bit undercooked, and not enough sauce on the brownie.

Didn’t not have Diet Coke, didn’t have some menu items and the server didn’t mention this prior to us ordering which had us taking time to decide not to find out they didn’t have it. The server also never checked my n us during the mean for refills or to clear the dishes. Very bad experience

Delicious sirloin, wine, and salad. Good bang for the buck, particularly on Wednesdays when the wine costs 50% less. A little too noisy for me, but the rest was flawless. Totally recommend it.

Hostess at entrance was rude when we got there when we told her we had a reservation. When we finally sat down it took ten minutes for someone to come to our table to offer drinks. We ordered, they brought the whole order and then for almost 30+ minutes we didn't see a single server come to our table to check if we needed anything. Finally flagged someone down who looked like a manager and he took our order for desert and had other people helping. We basically did not have a dedicated server to our table. Even when we wanted to pay for the bill it took like 10 minutes to get someone's attention again because no one checked on us. If they are understaffed on a busy night, they should at least have someone to check tables regularly to make sure no guest is ignored. Very poor service . Will not be going there again even though I love the food there's. The dining experience was not worth the bill and the lack of service.

The server was so pleasant and attentive it made our day even more memorable. Everyone's dish was very, very delicious. We enjoyed the whole experience and have recommended Moxie's to our friends already.

Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times. The food came quickly and was very good. We were hoping to enjoy a nice dinner while watching the Toronto Maple Leafs game. Although the game was on multiple TV’s, the volume was on mute while pop music was playing loudly. Perhaps this was the reason quite a number of patrons left after their meal. I will definitely return again, but not on a night where the Maple Leafs are playing.
