Just down the street from Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain Station, Moxie’s is conveniently located on the corner of West Georgia and Cambie Street. We are in the base of Sandman Hotel Vancouver City Centre, right beside Shark Club Sports Bar Grill. If you can get Dawson as your waiter, your evening will be perfect. His wine recommendations were spot-on as were his entree suggestions. His charming demeanor and competent ease added much enjoyment to our table of 5!
We visit here several times a year, usually when attending a performance at QE Theatre. Service is always fast and friendly. Food is usually excellent but on this occasion we were served burgers that had either a) been on the grill way too long or b) been cooked earlier and reheated - as in dried out and with enough char that the meat had a bitter taste. Not their best effort but this was also not the norm - we have never had a food complaint here before - maybe someone was having an off night.

We were there for early service so it was quiet and relaxed. Our server was very helpful, patient, and informative. Unfortunately, there were not many true vegan options so my one request is to expand your menu to include true vegan options rather than having vegan customers have to adapt an existing menu item to meet their needs. The noodle dish would have been good without the egg except that it was made with pork broth and egg noodles!
Otherwise, we had a delicious and enjoyable experience!

I'm often underwhelmed by the food, and the price is way to high for what you get.

Excellent lunch meeting in the room in the back. There were 7 of.us, but room can easily accommodate 10 or 12. Great food, service and fair prices.

Poor wine selection. Didnt have the only bottle of Italian red wine. Food is not good.

We enjoyed the food and service. Most Restaurants usually offer a Happy Hour menu. Disappointed that we chose to dine on a Wednesday with no special offers and deals. Service, ambiance is one thing. Value is another with many great establishments near by.

Very busy and loud... Hard to hear our friends at our table. Food was okay, but not great. Husband's beer was luke warm. Really didn't feel that our time or money spent was valued.

It was a toss up between Moxie’s and browns. Never been to Moxie’s. My Tuna salad was tasteless, tuna tasteless, dip (mushrooms) forgot what it was called, was so bad, the bruschetta tomatoes were tasteless and dry.
I really would not recommend this place to ppl even though your name sounds good, not good food.

I go to the Moxie's quite often before concerts, plays and sporting events. The last few times that we've been there it hasn't been great but when I was there on June 24th before the Oprah Winfrey show, things were back to the Moxie's that I used to remember. I think that it had a lot to do with our fantastic server! The food was great and I've never received better service at this location. Our server was fun, friendly and efficient!

My fellow high school classmate and I attended the Gladstone 2019 graduation ceremony across the street at the Queen Elizabeth Theater across the street and decided to catch a early dinner at Moxies. The service was excellent. The food was ordered and was brought out quite quickly and it was delicious. The price was good. Wet much enjoyed our experience and we would highly recommend moxies to anyone else who jo is thinking about eating at this fine establishment.

We were in Moxie's the same night as the Andrea Bocelli concert at Rogers Arena and the last Raptors game, so the place was jammed. But the service was good and we never got rushed out as my husband was sipping his coffee to see the Raptors' game on TV. This is a very handy restaurant when you are going to entertainment in the area, so we will be back.

I’ve been to Moxies many times but this time was not a good experience. First, the noise level was intolerable. You need to install acoustic tiles or some form of sound dampening. Second, the waitress did not provide good service. When I asked how hot the beef Vindaloo was, she said it was mild. In fact, it was extremely hot. When I complained, the waitress did not offer to substitute a meal. She appeared to not really care. Our waitress, Tiffany, seemed to care more about looking and acting cute rather than being attentive to the customer. Thirdly, the back ribs were dry and not very tasty. I’m afraid Moxies will be off my list for awhile.

The frozen vodka and soda was to die for! That's what happens when you use Tito's as your 'house vodka'. Well done!
Service was excellent. We come before the ballet and the restaurant is so convenient and very cozy as we like a large booth. I was very specific about my order as I do not eat bacon or cheese on my chicken burger and the waiter was very good and ensured me that he would take care of this which he did. Very pleasant server - I did not get his name.

I ordered salt and pepper wings, but they seemed only breaded, no pepper flavour at all! Waiter brought wrong beers, but did replace them, no question. Very busy as it was a concert night, but we still really enjoyed it. Staff was great, most of the food was awesome.

Over priced and poor atmosphere. It was practically empty... maybe 2 other tables, yet the waitress never came by, never refilled our drinks, and messed up the bills. If you're looking for a big restaurant, just go to Cactus, Earls, or Joeys.
