I wouldnt bother reserving here. They dont care if you do or as Jerry would say they dont understand the point of it. You might as well walk in. They literally did not care. Stuck us in a noisy bar on a high table. The food was good. Tasty and fairly priced.

My wife and I had our valentines dinner last night there. We got the worst experience ever. 1. We told the waiter we would share salad and soup. Food came but no extra plate. 2. There were 40% of the calamari tasted like pieces of rubber. 3. We ordered a full rack of baby back ribs but half of the rib was burned. We complained but was told to adjust the price. Only 15% discount as a final compensation. 4. We ordered Salmon poke bowl. Per our 100 more times of experiences of this particular dish every where in Vancouver area, no matter an Asian or a western restaurant, the fish should be served raw. But it was cooked at this restaurant. We complained but was compensated with 15% only for this dish although we did not even bite a bit. This became the first unforgettable bad experiences of our restaurant eating experiences in the world. Sorry for Moxie’s Richmond.

The food and company were great, our server was good but she seemed to be covering too large an area. This isn’t just a result of COVID. We’ve been coming to this location of moxie’s for years and it’s always been like this. Better service would require management adding two additional servers.

I was a bit disappointed as had booked table a week prior for a Birthday celebration. 3 hours prior to dinner time I got a call telling me that they had large bookings and if I didn’t have minors could I sit in lounge as if in dining area we would have to have 2 tables across from each other. Lounge was very loud with the music playing. Hard for conversation. Also the bartender did not know how to make special B52 coffees.

Hopped in for the DineOut Vancouver event. Delighted at seeing 7oz Angus sirloin steak on the menu. 4 entrees to choose from ranging from blackened chicken , seared salmon, & ramen bowl. 3 Appetisers to choose from and the 2 we ordered were superb in taste. Lastly the dessert was sticky toffee pudding with French Vanilla ice-cream , putting a perfect ending to the dinner. Service was excellent

Not impressed. Service was lacking: slow, non attentive hostess and server, had to personally get up and find someone to help us at least a few times. They also have my mom and cracked water glass. We had a large party and was told there would be 20% gratuity. That’s fine but I would expect reasonable service. Pretty disappointed.

Glad to have our table at the indoor patio as we can talk and laugh louder. The incident that happened in between dinner… waitress drops one of our exchange gifts on the floor and unfortunately it broke as it was a glass candle. At that moment, we didn’t know what to do as we would be missing a gift to exchange. After some thoughts, went to talk to the Manager. The other issue that we did not like…no receipt for gift card (bought online) that was presented to settle the bill. How do we know that our gift card got deducted the correct amount.

The restaurant is very cold. We sat near kitchen at 11am and restaurant was empty. Our server was very inattentive and did not offer anything for kids to replace hot chocolate request. Their machine was broken. As restaurant filled up. Our server got overwhelmed with other tables. I did speak to manager and he did adjust bill and we never saw our server again. I don’t foresee any visits to this establishment again. It used to be a favorite and I keep giving it a chance. Not anymore.

Club salad was designed in a way that was impossible to mix elements. Artistic, yes. Easily eaten, no! Prawn curry had 3 prawns and v weak curry. Also no veg and mega noodles. Def not worth it. Mushroom steak was good for third party.

Thai Chicken Salad - Blackened Chicken Burger - Loaded Cheeseburger - Mini Sticky Toffee Pudding - Coffee - Water. The salad was surprisingly large. The Mini dessert was the size of a 'normal' dessert but the scoop of ice cream could have been bigger. Kelsey and Cole were attentive and accommodating. It was a very nice experience for all of us. Because it was so wonderful, we will return.

Unsatisfactory service from server Natasha, last Saturday, November 5th, unfriendly service and very judgy. Bellini was tasteless and watered down.. Thanks Natasha for not making us wanting to go back to Moxie's again!

I had the Mushroom Sirloin, the steak did according to my request which is perfect. However the sauce on top of the steak is cold that makes it awful. No dessert menu . Will not go back again .

The service was very friendly but unexpectedly slow for an evening when a third of the dining room was empty. It took a very long time to get our waitress's attention and much longer to receive the food. It may have been partly due to us being close to the corner of the dining room.

I got the Watermelon Mojoto, it was yummy! My appetizer was the Tiny Tuna Tartar. I loved them. The sauce was perfect combo of sweet and savory. The tuna was supper fresh and the shells were crispy. I highly recommend these if your a Tuna Tartar fan! I also got the Vegan Curry Knish, it was so good! It was a large portion too so you can have leftovers the next day!

I was genuinely surprised to see all of the changes. A lot brighter and better use of space. The food was so good. I especially liked the lettuce wraps. Very courteous service.
