Food was fine and not expensive. Restaurant was a lot quite than expected for a Friday evening. Server was pleasant and no issues there but big gripe was mains arrived while we were still eating our starters and although we pointed this out the mains were just left with us.

I had ordered the steak and got stringy, horribly cooked veggies with it and the restaurant didn’t do anything to rectify. Waiter even agreed they were really bad. Would not go back!

Food is ok, nice cocktails and very poor service, all the basic thing has to be asked. When I am dining out I don’t want to see waitresses underwear too, maybe management should control uniform better. Asked one of the waitresses to help our table out, and I didn’t like her attitude and response ( she haven’t done basic thing as “she is not our waiter” had to wait for salt and pepper for another 15 minute before our waiter showed up. Ps. In the begging of the dinner I said that there will be a person joining us, after another guest joint they took his order, brought food, but never got us utensils and a napkin, so we had to share napkin with my boyfriend. And there is no valid phone number of the place, so you cannot even notify them if you are running late etc.

Service was awful. Ignored by waitress. Food was partially brought out and then waited ~5 min for remainder of table to be served… initial food was cold by the time everything was delivered. Minimal follow-up by waitress; only some plates cleared; had to flag her over for the bill at the end. Have enjoyed it in the past, but, all in all, a very disappointing experience this time.

The noise level from the music was FAR too much for conversation to take place. As the place filled up, the music was excessive. OTHERWISE a great experience. Too loud if people want to carry on any type of serious discussions. For this reason, I would not return to this location, nor would I recommend it.

One member of our party has a number of food allergies, so we are always on the hunt for restaurants that can accommodate. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and drinks along with attentive and efficient service. The staff were on top of ensuring allergy requirements were met and I would definitely recommend it for a great meal downtown!

Always a safe bet for pre concert or game. Consistent service, Happy Hour till 5 pm is great! Fun, busy and always happening. Music is loud, sure, but it’s a busy resto, not a library… be sure to enjoy and have fun!

Steaks weren't cook how we ordered them, also had almost no flavour. Ice cream with dessert had big pieces of ice in it. Our server was great though. Very friendly

Tried one of the new pasta dishes on the “summer menu” but found it a bit dry. Could have used more sauce and less garlic cloves as there we probably at least a dozen in the bowl.

Our last visit to Moxies was a disaster as the service was horrible. Sam contacted me via email to try to arrange for better service. We finally headed back to Moxies with a $50 dining certificate (which was interesting considering we spent more than that when we dined the previous time and had a terrible experience), the calamari was decent but mushy and the feta and rye bread with roasted tomatoes was extremely salty and we had to send it back. One redeeming quality was the service. Our server was super kind and helpful. Both the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Sauvignon Blanc we had were very good! Overall, this was not a great experience and unfortunately, this will definitely be our last time at Moxies. If you’re looking for a quick spot to grab a bite AFTER you’ve already dined elsewhere.

Food was hot and fast so no complaints there however our appetizer was brought out at the same time as our meal. Also wasn’t even asked if we wanted dessert the waitress just brought the bill. So we went elsewhere for dessert and more drinks.

Having been to various Moxies locations over the years and with family in from England we thought this would be a good stop on our way to a TFC game, we could not have been more wrong. One in our party is a Celiac and having been told over the phone they could accommodate this our waitress informed us that a dish he wanted would be Gluten free which it was not. He decided on a steak and salad and then was told after some time the steak was not available. He said just the salad was fine and after getting it another person came up with the original order which by now we did not want but they tried bringing back twice. Our waitress didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing although we don’t blame her but certainly the training she could not have been given. As we left we also noticed a dog sitting at a stool alongside his owner at the bar, surely this should not have been allowed and if we had seen this earlier (he seemed to be trying to hide it) we probably would have left. Overall we were totally unsatisfied and would have been better going to my daughters first choice of the Loose Moose although when we tried to book they said they didn’t cater to Celiacs which apparently neither does Moxies. We will not be back!!

waiters were on their phones at all times. Barely got checked on by our server. Drinks were full of ice little liquid in them. Food was cold and bland. Our waiter even said she didn't want to be working on canada day and that her shift was horrible and boring. Why work there if you are gonna have a nasty attitude. Never going back! waste of money. I have pictures of everything and will be reporting and sending it to management.

My pre- teen and teen grandchildren rating tups up. Son and daughter-in-law sam. Slmon was cooked to perfection. Our service provider was outstanding. End of school year treat was well received. Looking forward to returning to celebrate future accomplishments, birthdays, etc.

Our server was great although the restaurant seemed understaffed. The hostess wasn’t helpful at all. We were able to make a rez on open table pretty quickly. We were sat at a table that was a throughway by the hostess and when I asked for a booth she said none were available however there was one. Our server quickly moved us. The food was great and the ambience was ok. The bartender forgot the orange slice garnish for my beer and it’s not that big of a deal but it was noticeable. I do love moxies so I chalked it up to a busier than expected evening.
