    All is perfect! But the only thing is that we decided to return for a brunch on Sunday around 12pm, the place was closed but we didn’t see any info about it on Google or OpenTable.

    New menu was appreciated, but there was an error in that the “handhelds” were listed as coming with fries, soup or salad - this was not the case for the shrimp tacos. Food was very good but service was lacking - had to ask for water 4 times. Otherwise would revisit.

    Host was great. Server was kind and prompt and food arrived quickly. Unfortunately there were multiple children which was unexpected on a Saturday evening. No fault to the restaurant. It was still nice to book a last minute reservation while running errands and quickly get seated.

    I ordered the Chipotle Mango Chicken and it came with green beans, and the butts were not cut off. It's my little pet peeve about green beans. Had to cut off all the butts before I started to eat my meal. It was very delicious the chicken was perfectly seasoned.

    We were 6 seniors and seated right behind the bar, it was so noisy. The waitress started out fine, but when we wanted coffee I had to get up and ask someone to find her, also had to ask to have our table cleared before our coffee was delivered. Dishes were cleared but there were still 4 menus left there. Three enjoyed their food, three thought the food was just ok. We've been to Moxies at Yorkdale and were never disappointed so we picked Moxies as we were going to Roy Thompson Hall

    I'd been to Moxies before and had a good experiences, but this time everything seemed off. It was a Tuesday so it wasn't overly busy, yet the service was pretty poor, and the food was delivered so cold and just overall lacking. Was disappointed!

    I really enjoyed my time at Moxie's-University location. I've been there a few times for work. I only have a few issues that came up during my visit and left me a bit unhappy. My original booking was for 3 and when I tried to update my reservation to 5ppl the app said the restaurant was fully booked. We tried calling but no answer on the line. When we got there, the restaurant was clearly empty and the hostess accommodated my additional guest, but stressful to see it was empty yet the app said something else. The chicken wings were undercooked, but my group and I were in a rush to catch a show, so returning it was not an option. The waitress was great and put our order in as soon as we sat down. That was very thoughtful and shows she knows her job and aimed to please. I did unfortunately I had to send my drink back as well as one of my guest as it did not taste as it was intended. The mojito had some other liquor in there, but we couldn't figure it out. I guess the bartender put it in error. Overall the experience was okay.

    The wait staff was good and just attentive enough. The food was good and nicely presented. We arrived a half hour early, but were accommodated. The restaurant was busy and noisy, but all restaurants are noisy now.

    Food was fine and not expensive. Restaurant was a lot quite than expected for a Friday evening. Server was pleasant and no issues there but big gripe was mains arrived while we were still eating our starters and although we pointed this out the mains were just left with us.

    I had ordered the steak and got stringy, horribly cooked veggies with it and the restaurant didn’t do anything to rectify. Waiter even agreed they were really bad. Would not go back!

    Food is ok, nice cocktails and very poor service, all the basic thing has to be asked. When I am dining out I don’t want to see waitresses underwear too, maybe management should control uniform better. Asked one of the waitresses to help our table out, and I didn’t like her attitude and response ( she haven’t done basic thing as “she is not our waiter” had to wait for salt and pepper for another 15 minute before our waiter showed up. Ps. In the begging of the dinner I said that there will be a person joining us, after another guest joint they took his order, brought food, but never got us utensils and a napkin, so we had to share napkin with my boyfriend. And there is no valid phone number of the place, so you cannot even notify them if you are running late etc.

    Service was awful. Ignored by waitress. Food was partially brought out and then waited ~5 min for remainder of table to be served… initial food was cold by the time everything was delivered. Minimal follow-up by waitress; only some plates cleared; had to flag her over for the bill at the end. Have enjoyed it in the past, but, all in all, a very disappointing experience this time.
