   Always incredible service and the food is top notch. We went for my husband’s birthday and it was a fantastic evening. We celebrate most of our special events here and Mr. Chow’s never disappoints.

   It started with the outside of the restaurant. Under construction or whatever it looks very uninviting. The restaurant is very small, seating is very uncomfortable because lack of space. The bathroom was deplorable, I alerted the staff and it was cleaned but this should never be The menu was underwhelming. The food even more underwhelming, there was a spicy sauce given to us with appetizers that I had to request be given back after appetizers to use on the entrees to make the food edible. My filet mignon came out tough and rubbery when I requested a medium cook. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable on the menu. I’m shocked that this was my experience, I though MR CHOW was top notch.

    Although it’s pricey it’s still one of my go top’s. Delish! If your willing to spend the food is fabulous and the service is impeccable. The space is small so make sure you reserve your favorite table. Then sit back and enjoy!

    This has to be one of the if not the best Chinese food we’ve ever had! However, it is also the most expensive we’ve ever paid. That being said, for those with a finer palate, who can afford such a meal, I highly recommend it.

    The confusion and upselling in the menu is beyond painful. We were told if we don’t order pri fixe we will get smaller portions Absurd. $58.00 for a plate of crispy beef that was tiny. One of the worst experiences I’ve had

    I read plenty of bad reviews but I wanted to try this restaurant for myself. Conclusion: Overrated, overpriced, small portions. Not the best service which i would expect from this type of restaurant.There are much better restaurants in the city. Do not recommend.

    We dined here for our son’s birthday. The service was phenomenal from the time we entered the front door until we left. We were greeted with smiling faces and everyone was so attentive. The food was amazing and the server’s recommendations were spot on. The staff celebrated our son with a dessert and song. It was fabulous!!

    Food tasted like a chain restaurant and for $700 for 3 people you would think one dish would be delicious, nothing was! So disappointed and not what we remembered. Will not be back, so sad.

    The noise level makes the experience poor (it seems you are at a basquet ball game, not having a nice dinner). Tables are too close to each other. You cannot even leave your table to go to the bathroom without bothering the table at your side. Food taste good. Staff is the positive outlier (above standars in NY). For friends that like busy/noisy places, I could recommend Mr Chow, but for thise that like to have a quiet dinner, I wouldn’t. =) so the response for the next question would be “it depends the profile”.
