The entire team from the bartender to the server was extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Cannot compliment the head waiter enough. Truly and outstanding team.

Came in to celebrate my partners 55th birthday! ABSOLUTELY amazing ! Our only complaint was the tightness with the tables, no real opportunity to be intimate publicly if you know what I mean, but otherwise, we will be back, the duck was amazing!! And the vocal ability of the staff! Bravo!

Overpriced and small portions. This restaurant has become a bit of a tourist trap resting on its past laurels from when it used to be a celebrity dining destination. Our bill included items that were not ordered or served to us (which the restaurant corrected, but not without arguing about it).

I reserved a quiet corner table and arrived at 6 which is when the restaurant opens- but was not given a corner table although one was available and not filled until we had almost finished dinner. It was therefore very difficult to have a conversation because the noise level was unendurable

Had 7pm reservations on Monday night for 3 arrived 7:05 and did not get table until 7:55. Place was full just not sure why you make a reservation and wait 60 Mln. Ordered 2 drinks 4 apps and 2 mains with 2 sides. All portions were embarrassingly small. Shrimp toast for $26 was 1 square piece of bread cut in quarters. The noodles potstickers both really small. Main courses looked like sides. Crispy beef $58 barely enough for 2. Mgmt didn’t seem to care as we were there for special occasion and nothing no dessert drink .. this is definitely a 1 and done. For $275 it was laughable and never even an apology for 50 min wait.

All was well with the food. The waiter was not the best. I have been to the restaurant for years. When I started to place the order he was very rude I saw someone trailing him and thought hopefully he won’t treat people like his mentor. My bill was expensive BUT worth every penny

Really poor service, we were pushed to order and eat fast, the waiter forcibly added items that we did not want, food barely ok. This was a NY staple, turned into an expensive fast-food, NY rip-off. Impossible to have a conversation due to extremely loud room. Won’t go again

We went on a Friday night and were seated along the mirrored wall so closely to others that the only way to get in or out meant they moved the table. Service was prompt. Food was delicious. We had Ma Mignon, sea bass and shrimp fried rice. Portions were smaller than expected. Three people came buy to collect the check and we had not signed it yet so that felt a bit like they were trying to turnover the table. We were in and out in one hour so it’s not like we were taking our time. Chocolate cake was delicious too.

Sonya, the lovely Manager, Is always so great. She found us a lovely corner table, which was better than any we have ever had.
