Food took an hour to get to our table. Service was so-so. We had to ask for cutlery and ketchup. Salad price was too high but very good. Not worth $22.

Food was good however 2 of the steak dinners were very overdone. The manager took care of us though with crediting one of the meals and giving a discount on the other. Thank you for acknowledging this

We chose Mr Mikes for a birthday dinner and found the menu to have many options and the service was great.

steak bites were dry, was told nothing came on them but there were chives. burger was dry and tasteless,

Our service was great. And the food was excellent. My husband had the Seafeast Fettuccine and he was impressed with the amount of seafood. I had the Chinatown Stir Fry and it was very good as well.

My husband and I ordered a rib eye steak and shrimp to share with a side Caesar salad. Our steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it arrived cooked to medium well done. The restaurant kindly split our meal onto 2 plates, which was appreciated and they offered to cook a new steak for us. As we did not want to waste food or be eating after the other people in our party, we opted to keep what we had. The manager took the meal off of our bill. The Caesar salad was heavily dressed in a bland dressing and my friend's drink was overly sweet. I would rate the restaurant 3 5 overall, with high marks in their efforts to make things right.

We had to send back the kids steak meal twice as we asked for it to be well done and it back first time bloody and second time medium. Very sad because the last time it came back it was soo dry from being cooked multiple times

Our order got bumped for an online order that came through. Restaurant was empty and it took over 60 minutes to get our food. Food was subpar. Beef Dip grisly. Ribeye tough cut.

If I could please get some clarity, as we do not bump orders as they are done in the order that they come in we do not jump orders as they are all timed so we know and can get them out all fast. If you could reach out to me that would be great as we have never taken 60 min for any order as we follow a very Strick standard and again all our orders are timed and tracked so I can assure that we uphold this standard. Also for the Beef dip, Our meat is a shaved rib eye which is very lean so your again your help would be very appreciated as to see why it would be grisly as it is a very lean shave.
