    Everyone enjoyed their meal, I was very disappointed in my steak, it was not a good piece, full of sinew and very little flavour, and it was cold. So all in all very disappointing. The Mike kids burger was outstanding, quinoa salad good and the pasta was good

    It was New Year’s Eve so it was a great night to visit. However our food was cold and one order was incorrect so we had to wait another 10 minutes. Our server was very pleasant though.

    Family night out, made reservations online, service was awful!!!!! Greeted by a young lady that seemed very confused and overwhelmed, running around getting menus from other tables so we had enough. It took over 20 minutes before we even saw our waitress to take our order. We ordered all our food/drinks/apps at once since we didn’t think we would see her again. Food arrived all at once but just warm, it had been sitting for a while in the kitchen. Waitress did not have time to ask how our meal was or if we needed refills on drinks. We watched other customers get up and leave because no one acknowledged them to take their order. Waitress said they didn’t bring in staff since previous Monday was quiet. Waitress we had did her best and to her credit she handled the pressure well and got our order correct but mgmt needs to staff better. Lots lots of sales last night. Not a good experience at all

    So disappointed. Beef dip was drenched in grease. Server was terrible. Very disappointing experience this time. Don’t think we will be back.

    Even though it was not busy at all, we felt very rushed. Our entree came out before we finished our appetizer. The server asked us as we were still eating if we wanted “to go” containers. We ordered a bottle of wine and the server didn’t open the bottle. She just set it on the table. One of the meals was not very good at all. (Oscar sirloin) what ever the sauce was it tasted sour. Very unusual experience here as it’s usually very good. I’m assuming the server was new and not properly trained.

    Disappointed were giving a 25 gift card because of poor food last visit and when we went to use it there was no value took the waitress with the help of another staff 1/2 hr to correct not impressed thank you

    Good was very good! There was a wedding group oh about 30 people so it was somewhat noisy. Server did a very good job. My wife and I enjoyed our evening. Thank you.

    Understandable that servers are hard to find, however our server did not introduce self nor get to us for 45 min or later, not even water! Other tables that came in after us and had different server were on their drinks and appetizers before we had a server to our table! We asked if we could get at least our drink order which was beer we were informed was a backup ???

    I took my Husband to Mr. Mikes for his Birthday, the service was excellent and far exceeded any dining experience anywhere else!. We ordered steak sandwiches which were the best we've Ever had!! The food was AWESOME !! You Must try their panko shrimp...OMG to die for!! Best value I've experienced in such a very long time!! The atmosphere in their Urban Lounge/Lodge is Wonderful, great music too!! Mr. Mikes in High River excelled in every aspect!!

    Food was good, but overpriced. We ate at the Black Diamond hotel the next night, and the steak was much better, and at half the cost of Mr. Mike's. The service was not good. We had to track down our waitress when we needed something.

    We didn’t get the seating we reserved. Our server was way overloaded with the entire dining area & part of the lounge for her to service. Our dirty dishes were still on our table when we were brought the bill. I am not as impressed with Mr. Mikes as I was. Time to find a new favourite restaurant.

    The food was wonderful, however the herb aioli that was on a few menu items contained Serrano peppers and they are extremely HOT 🥵 when you don’t do spice, I think that should be noted on the Menu, but they did replace the one dinner without the aioli at no charge, and it was fabulous!

    The bruschetta was a big hit with the couple we were with. Even with a large number of people in the restaurant, the noise level was low enough that we were able to have a normal conversation. Great staff! Love the Mikes Rewards App!

    My husband’s steak was so tough that he could not eat it. At one point he spit out onto his plate a huge gob of gristle. Our daughter, who was dining with us had considerable trouble cutting it. It looked like it was cooked to his liking, med rare but it was a very poor piece of sirloin beef. We may eat there again but neither of us will order a steak. I will stick to chicken. Our survive was great. The waitress could only give us $7 off our $37.99 X 2 -= 75.98 plus our daughter’s meal. Hue steak and potato was virtually sent back uneaten.

    Our first visit there was on Valentines Day shortly after the QR REP program was dropped in Alberta. The servers were short staffed so it was a bit slow but considering the circumstances we had a great time. Big thank you to Gabrielle for making the best of a stressful situation and still smiling through it all. We'll definitely go back on a normal night and sample more of the variety filled menu.

    I've been to this location a several times and the food is always very good. The staff are friendly and helpful but I notice that last night there wasn't enough staff -I realize it was Valentine's Day and of course very busy but there should have been at least 2 more wait staff . The waitress brought our meal but no cutlery - I noticed she did the same thing at another table - a couple that came in when we did. As always we had a quite a wait to get our bill - it has been like that every time I have gone there. The bar side was very busy too and the waitresses were handling both sides and as I have already said there should have been more wait staff especially on nights like holidays. I hope you are able to get more staff and I know the Covid crises hasn't helped with staff but since High River people really like your place I hope you can improve the wait staff situation. I will still keep recommending Mr. Mikes !

    I had the Rib steak and it was very good and the price was a little high but still okay but it’s the first time I’ve had a steak without garlic toast being served with it.And I noticed a table for two like ours you only get one menu which doesn’t make sense to me.
