Food was good. Booked on open table but when we got there the hostess said there was a 30 minute wait both inside and our. Explained we had a reservation. When we went through restaurant, there were many open tables and the patio was almost empty.

We were seated at the patio. The server was very pleasant. The only critique I have is my steak was medium not the medium rare that I ordered. Other than that a very pleasant experience.

When we arrived for our dinner the restaurant was closed. Why did it allow us to make a reservation if it wasn't even open.

Service was quite slow considering they were not very busy. Appetizer was served quickly, but over 50 minutes for our meal after that. Rib Eye Dip bun was over saturated with butter. Steak was only lukewarm. Mushrooms were shriveled and unappetizing.

Went for an anniversary dinner, with a reservation. Ended up not even really needing it, was one of three couples in the entire dining room. Server was very polite and pleasant. Food was excellent, had the Shrimpin’ Sirloin. We were in and out in about 45 mins. Great experience.

Booked a reservation for Friday night as we knew it would be busy. Received confirmation that our reservation was accepted. Showed up to find out that they somehow missed our reservation and didn’t have table for us. Front door staff didn’t seem to really care that she missed our reservation and offered no explanation or compensation. It’s too bad because the food is great at this place.

We went here August 22 it was a complete waste of almost $100. It took a hour if not longer too get our food, people who came in after us were already eating before we got ours. When we finally did get ours my steak was med rare instead of medium, my husbands steak was burned and wasn't very good, our grandson tried it and said it was gross and ate his own steak, both of our mashed potatoes we cold. We made a point of staying the night in Hinton just so we could go for dinner at Mr. Mikes instead of driving straight too Vancouver. Was the biggest mistake and waste of $260.

While the restaurant wasn’t busy, out server seemed to take forever to remember that we were still there and when she did arrive it was very hurried and distracted. We had a gift card, but still we thought it a bit pricey, the food was mediocre so the chance we might go back are very slim

I received a gift certificate from my real estate agent for Mr Mikes Steakhouse, otherwise I would have not have been able to go. The prices are WAY too high for my budget. There were 3 of us- my daughter, granddaughter ( 9 yrs ) and myself. My daughter and I each had 1 alcoholic drink and we all shared a dessert and our bill was $150.00 ( which included a very nice tip for our young & nervous waiter ). I realize for some people that's reasonable , however it's double what we can normally afford.
