    The service was fairly good. The food came in small portions, steak had lots of fat, one meal was served 5 minutes after the others were delivered. Very expensive night out.

    Went to dinner with friends and the service was accomodating, pleasant and efficient. Our steaks were cooked correctly but I found part of my sirloin a bit sinewy. No one else had any problems though. The rest of the dinner was very nice.

    The staff was outstanding, but the food was not very good. My pasta dish was $30, overcooked and bland :(

    We were there on a birthday reservation and that was not recognized We order a few meals but one came out wrong and the server noticed it was wrong and said she would not charge us Long behold, after finished the wrong wellness of the steak, apparently the manager cooked it was right but spices have changed that’s why and the sauces- well it never came either Asked for a drink special and it came wrong but she was apologetic Very sad and underwhelming and we come every month Sad birthday

    Mr. Mikes is still a good place to eat. A tiny bit of my steak was chewy on one corner, but other than that it was an enjoyable meal.

    Our server was one of the best we’ve had in a long time in a restaurant. It was Saturday night September 23rd and we sat at the table by the doorway. He was patient, new the menu well, kept the water full and was sincere. I wish we had gotten his name. Best restaurant experience in a while. The food was great too. We were an older lady with a walker and my husband and I. Great job!!!

    We have not been in a Mr.Mikes in many year. We are from Campbell River and seen it from the hwy. I’m glad we stopped. Fantastic!!! I had the sirloin Oscar, my partner had steak ( can’t recall the type) son had a burger …. We had appy and drinks as well, all very good! Thank you

    Food was perfect, service was excellent, staff were delightful. Perhaps the air conditioner didn’t need to be on though 😉. If I lived in your wonderful country I would be back, often. Maybe you could open some branches of your restaurant in Australia!

    We love Mr. Mikes, we took our friends out for an appreciation dinner yesterday and they were so impressed. It was the best steak they'd had in a long time! The server also remembered my daughter from our last visit and made her feel special! Keep up the great service!!

    Overall, it's OK. If I was paying $20 bux a meal, I would have thought it was good, but at $40, it should be comparable to a Keg steak, and it was far from a Keg quality steak. If you want a $40 steak, go to the Keg!

    For people who like Surf and Turf with a great quality steak without ruining your wallet, great concept! I got great food with a waitress that had attention to details. Thank you to all the staff who made my supper a great experience yesterday.

    I can always count on Mr. Mike's to make everyone happy! It was both my Dad and My birthday and not only could WE agree but both of our dates were more than pleased with everything as well! The food, drinks, ambiance, service, choices, prices. You name it! You guys are killin it!

    We had a great time. I’ve never been to the restaurant before and was curious. It did not disappoint at all! Food was great, and our server was fabulous. Will definitely go back again! Love OpenTable, so easy and convenient to use!

    We had excellent service and the food was great. Only problem we had was the screeching child next to us that kept screaming every once in a while and the parents were not able to correct her nor did they take her out to get her to be quiet. When she was screaming at the table next to us we were unable to even hear each other talking. I understand that children can have issues (I raised four children) but when it is obviously disturbing other patron greatly (and we were not the only ones) perhaps someone could have found a way to politely advise the parents their child needed to go outside to calm down. Other than that we had a fantastic time and thank you for making my mother's day special.

    Tasty food, and it came to the table very quick. A few service hiccups like we had to ask the server to clear the appie plates - she put our mains on the table but left the dirty appie plates. Dessert was advertised on the menu that it came with cherry, but 3 of us ordered it and none had the cherry. I think server was trying to go home and we were the last table, it def seemed she was trying to rush us out at the end. Table was very sticky and menus need a good wipe down.

    The server was pretty pushy. Kept coming back literally after every 3rd bite of our meal. Brought out the bill before asking if we’d like dessert…..just put the debit machine in front of me and waited for payment. Wasn’t overly happy with that server

    The overall experience was very good. We had a pleasant waiter who was attentive in just the right way. He had a helpful attitude, was professional and had a smile on his face the whole time. The food tasted quite nice and I really enjoyed the shrimp and mashed potatoes! I did not give a four star as my steak was slightly underdone and my partners steak was slightly overdone. We both agreed the favours of the steaks were very good but the temperature was slightly off on both. For a weeknight meal out, it was very enjoyable.

    our server was great. Mike's was slow when we went at 5pm, got seated 15 minutes early. Food was good. Steak was quite small for 40 bucks....but understand tenderloin. My wife loved the food.
