There was a very large group of customers (appeared to be a kids sports team) in a separate section with many children. It was so loud it made it very uncomfortable. We were on a date night. We had to raise our voices most of the time to hear each other and the server. The pre -teen age kids were playing hide and seek under unused tables near us. Not cool. Note to self : never go when there is a large group. Especially a date night.

Very good main meal as always, Mr Mikes burger and fries is great taste and value. However sirloin bites appetizer left a lot to be desired and definitely would never re-order. In fact almost sent back to kitchen based on poor taste, poor appearance and poor value. Yes they should have beef appy, but the one we ordered was very grim. Reservation made for "upper level" never happened as staff said unavailable at this time altogether. My vinyl seat cushion was torn and a leaving a giant hole exposing rubber was low class. Almost requested another table. Finally menus should be left at the table for further contemplation. We felt they were wrenched out our hands and it took a lot of effort to get one back to order something else. I wondered if they had limited copies and needed ours for incoming patrons? Please provide more.

The Hostess that seated us was so great, when our waitress didn't mention the free dessert for birthdays option, the Hostess was kind enough to offer it to us. She was very friendly and did her job quite well. The food was really good, not quite hot enough, but the steaks were cooked to perfection! Bruschetta was delicious too 😋 We loved the atmosphere, not too noisy and lots of fun tables around us! And a wedding reception upstairs! And the food still came out pretty quick

These guys & gals are amazing! We frequent the Kamloops location and rave about the great service and bang on food but they have some stiff competition with the SA location. WE are evacuee's from Adams Lake and have been treated with the utmost care and attention, even our dogs are welcome :) Service is second to none and the food is, as always, perfect to order! Happy hour items were delicious, as were the main orders. (Did expect more than one piece of fish, though, with Fish and Chips order....) Parking, building access, seating, general ambience was very good. Service was excellent, very cheerful, helpful waitress. Food was excellent.

We were seated promptly and our request for preferred seating for handicapped person addressed with a smile. Service was awesome with Shelley. She is quick, high energy and efficient. She remembered and delivered on our special requests. A non gluten bun would have made it all perfect, but alas the need for gluten free had to be addressed other ways. It was noisy because of music and families nearby. Always love coming to Mr . Mikes

The food was okay. I had the fish and it was over cooked to the point of being thin and dry. the Caesar salads had more croutons than lettuce. The garlic toast was more like warm bread with only butter. The service from the waitress was fine, but the person who brought the silverware was not friendly and just dropped off the silverware at one spot for us to serve ourselves. The appetizers were very good.

We don't get out much so our dining experience was a treat. The restaurant was busy but there was plenty of staff to look after us. We waited quite a while to place orders and that was ok, we were not in a hurry. We all finished our meals which surprised me as I don't eat much but scraped the plate! The steak dip was tasty, but smol. I felt for 20 the side should have been a little more generous as it was just fries.

A bit noisy for us older folks. I don't like tables with high stools/chairs. I asked for a table as opposed to a booth but would prefer a normal height table with normal chairs.

I reserved a regular table for 5.30.It was busy so we had wait quite a while . We decided to have wine while we waited. They were out of clean wine glasses. Wine finally arrived withe food. Food good as always.

We love Mr.Mikes. it was my wife's birthday. We both ordered the most expensive steak. Thinking it would be a wow. Don't waste your money, $47.99 ea. Hadcto send mine back. Way over done. Service was excellent as usual.

Overall a quite enjoyable meal we were apprehensive at the number of small children however the screechers ended up at the other corner of the restraunt. The food was good with the exception of my wifes filet meal where both the carrots and brocolli were barely cooked and quite cool and our gravy boats had a nice thick skin congealed overtop.

We went to Mr. Mikes Salmon Arm for a nice steak dinner, very nice atmosphere nice clean restaurant with great service. We had the NY steak cooked to perfection juicy tender tasty steak with all the trimmings I would highly recommend Mr. Mikes in Salmon Arm 5 Stars

Service was a little slow this time around. Almost like we were forgotten here and there. Also we had 3 or 4 different servers come to our table throughout the dinner which was a bit weird too. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't really matter to much.

Food was terrible: was an hour before we even saw our appetizer, which was immediately followed by our mains (which had clearly been under the heat lamp for 20+ minutes) steaks were dried out, mashed potatoes had crusted over and garlic bread was ROCK hard.. drinks came watered down from sitting on the bar for so long. Server? What server? We saw the one in the section next to us at least 3x for every once ours appeared.

We had a reservation and were seated promptly....good. Server waited on us promptly and with good demeanor....good. Took almost and hour to get our food....poor. Very noisy as it was busy....fair to poor. Food was excellent.....great. It was my wife’s birthday as was written on the special occasion section of the reservation. There was no acknowledgement of this special occasion during our dining experience....poor. CG

Food was decent. Our kids chicken fingers tasted burnt however. One child wouldn’t eat. Waitress spilled beef dip on my husband. A little disappointed no compensation was offered.
