    Sat in the main dining area. Not too noisy even though the restaurant was full. It was my husband's birthday and the staff brought him dessert and sang to him

    I booked a table upstairs for 6 people. We were put in a booth instead! 6 large adults are quite tight in a booth. I realize upstairs was not open, but there was a table available downstairs that we were not offered. Also, the steaks were less than the best, as they usually are!

    Our waitress was very good. Bruschetta and stuffed mushrooms were also good. Ordered medium well steak and got rare steak. Smugglers Cove Chicken was burnt on outside and was very hard to cut into. Seafood that came with it was very salty. Total cost of the meal was around $100, so quite a bit for not great food. The waitress did offer to return it, but they were busy and we didn't want to add to the hassle. We have eaten here in the past and it was good.

    I am a vegetarian so when I ordered the noodle bowl I asked for the chicken in a to go container and not in my meal. It came with the chicken in it. The restaurant was slammed (vday) so to save them time I said I would pick the chicken out (not ideal). The server indicated she would request a discount be applied but the manager said no. I thought that was pretty crappy considering I was saving her kitchen time by not sending it back. Also got billed for cheese toast that wasn't received. Server was great and fixed the bill when I pointed it out. Our server was really great.

    Excellent customer service from Danny, Robert & Virgil. Staying at the hotel directly across from Mike’s. The staff is very accommodating & friendly. Salt n pepper wings with hot sauce on the side were amazing! Great patio!

    Always enjoy good food & consistent service, it was super busy on this day, so glad we booked ahead. The only thing I would suggest is at the entryway during this pandemic, to avoid bottlenecking , once people are checked in waiting for a table people should wait in their vehicle and they get a text when their table is ready. Overall, so happy to be dining in again.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at Mr Mikes. We did find the music too loud to visit at first. We had a couple of seniors in our group. We asked if the music level could be adjusted and the staff was gracious and accommodating. The food was excellent as was the service.
