   Just the light over the table started to bother my eyes and give me a headache after a little over an hour. Everything else was top-notch and up to expectations. Perhps would have been nice for more appetizer options.

   Waitress seemed distracted. Hollandaise sauce on the Oscar Lobster steak was curdled and extremely thick. Have had way better dinners at Mr Mikes so was extremely disappointed.

    It was a busy time, took a bit for our food due to a mix up but it was communicated and dealt with. The food still came out hot and tastey.

    Was looking forward to a good meal on Father's day, and was disappointed in the overall experience! The stuffed mushroom caps were hard to find the mushroom pieces and so small a serving for the price! Rest of food quality was good. The ambience was more Denny's than Keg! Not what we expected for a supposed Steak House! The $110 price tag for a poor experience may keep us from returning! Mr. Mikes needs to train there people properly and adjust the prices in this area!

    Amazing service. My girlfriend and I went out to eat with my 9 month old. Service was amazing and they even had the highchair ready to go as requested. The food was pretty quick and our server made sure to check in and let us know how everything was coming along. Like I said amazing service. I will be back again.

    Service as ok, food was solid and good. Table was sticky and we had to ask for it to be cleaned and washroom was disgusting, looked like it had not been cleaned in a long while. Overall less and less appealing with each visit. Started out so strong, disappointing to see it go downhill.

    The food was delicious, the service was good. The music was just a hair too loud. All in all my friend who is 75, and I enjoyed our Mother"s Day dinner outing. Thank you for showing us a great time!

    Server was very busy and forgot our second beverage request. We were just about to get the bill and call it an night when another server brought the drinks. Realized it was busy, but who ever is behind the bar should be keeping on top of orders and getting them out pronto.

    Had the Seafeast Fettuccine and it was great, Came out hot, lots of prawns and scallops in it! Server was attentive and the meals came out fast. I am never disappointed there!

    My husband and I came to Mr Mikes Merritt for our anniversary. We arrived on time and were seated right away, Our dinner was absolutely delicious. We will dine in again! Love the ambiance and casual feel to it.

    Well staff were pleasant. When our server came over to ask us what we would like to drink, I asked her what kind of IPA Beer did they have and she said she did not know, but she will ask. After coming back from the Bar she told me they don't have any. So I looked at the menu then for another Beer, and I find that they have Alexander Keith IPA beer..... When our drink order was brought to our table and our server left we noticed that the Wine glass was dirty, so I took it to the Bartender as she was close for a clean glass as it would of been faster than waiting for our server to come back. The Bartender would not give me a wine glass back so we had to wait for our server to bring us a replacement. I had the Ribs and found the meat to be very dry and hard to put a fork into it, good thing I was given a Steak knife to cut it, but it was not to much help cutting it. I did find the BBQ sauce to be hot spice and sticky thick. The Tray that food was served on had paper on top of it that was a pain in the but as I tried to cut the ribs on it as it was ripping and sticking to my food. After the servers brought our food and left, I had to go find a server to ask if we could have some condiments brought to our table. The others did say their meal did taste good.

    Love Mr. Mikes in Kamloops. Great steaks every time, which is how a steak house should be. Had steaks at the Merrit Mr. Mikes. Steaks were terrible. Ordered medium rare steaks and one came totally well done. One came well done on one side and rare on the other side like one side was only seared and the other side over cooked. Service was good but the quality of the food was extremely disappointing.

    Great addition to Merritt. Only complaint we had was our service. While understanding that this is a new restaurant and employees are still learning we found there could be better utilization of time. When someone orders coffee, ask then if they need cream or sugar, not when the coffee is brought(another trip back to kitchen). Order came without gravy for fries, that had been ordered, had to ask for it, no salt and pepper offered for table, no ketchup.....minor things but frustrating. Overall, the server was pleasant and friendly while disorganized. Will return to Mr. Mikes in Merritt - so nice to have a great restaurant to enjoy in our little town.
