Our table was ready on time and the staff was very friendly but it took a long time to order. When we got our food, steak was cold, but the rest of the meal was tasty. We ordered tea and dessert. Brought us our tea which was cold and forgot our dessert. By the time our waiter came to see us, with the bill, we had to remind him we hadn't recieved our dessert yet. They had to remake our dessert as the ice cream had melted. Fixed it. The dessert was the best part of of the whole meal.

We really enjoy going to Mr Mikes. We invited our neighbour’s out for her birthday( they had never been ) and they enjoyed it as well. When I reserved the table I had put “ birthday” in the comments and a beautiful desert arrived at our table ( with singing) after our meal. Our friend was really impressed. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. I also really liked that the hosts and hostesses open the door for you and are very polite and attentive as well. We are really glad Stony Plain has a great reasonably priced place to go and eat - the menu never disappoints!

I was surprised that the Ribeye Steak Dip was only a half of a sandwich. I would have expected that for a price point around $15, but for $22 I would expect both halves of the whole sandwich. The sandwich itself was good but also should have had more meat on it for the price point, the amount of meat was pretty sparse. The kitchen gave enough au jus in a huge pot that takes up 1/2 the plate, for 1/2 a sandwich? Doesn't make sense. Also the fries were not at all plentiful. I might have had 10-12 on the plate? I was disappointed and did not find this menu item to be fairly priced for what was received and therefore it is not a good value at all.

This was my first time at Mike's SteakhouseCasual, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The service was excellent, our server was very good and on top of everything. Even the manager went around and talked with every table to make sure that everything was up to par. The food that my wife and I ordered came out perfectly and it was delicious. Definitely would recommend this place and I will go back for sure. Thank you!

This is the second time for me at this location, our family has been to several other locations as this is our favorite place for steak or any food for that matter. It was quite busy as it was fathers day that is why I made a reservation. We were seated right away. The waitress was great. There was a bit of a wait for our food but like I said it was busy so we completely under stand definitely we will be back!!!

We went for dinner to celebrate Father’s Day. The staff was so friendly and great with the kids. Our food was so delicious, we all ate everything and even had dessert! The kids loved the addition of board games, what a great idea! For sure will be back

We were greeted & seated promptly. We arrived at the same time that our server was starting so were a bit delayed in ordering drinks, but the manager on duty took care of that. Food was ordered and we had a fun game to play while we waited. It was nice to not have our teens on their phones. Everything tasted great. We will be back.

Drinks and food came out fast. Waitress checked on us and we never ran on empty before a drink was offered. Multiple people checked how our meal was. Good experience for the first time we've eaten there. Will be back again.

Excellent service from the second we walked I. The sore, all staff are friendly and welcoming. Food was outstanding and service was quick. It was my sons birthday and they made is special for him. I will defiantly be back with family and friends

Even though it was exceptionally busy due to it being Mothers day the service was prompt, food took a bit longer than normal to arrive. We used that extra time to enjoy our drinks and just chat.
