Nothing to say about the meal and the cocktails. What I really criticize is that the waiters are very, too insistent.

great first dining experience. service and timeliness stood out compared to eating anywhere else. all the food was some of the best I've ever had except the Wagyu bao bun which had a dryer and chewier texture compared to something I'm used to like yum cha

What an exceptional restaurant. The total experience was 5 star from beginning to end. The ambiance was perfect and even though we booked at the last minute and sat at the counter, the chairs were comfortable and the seating private. Not one meal was a disappointment. The range was spot on and the sizing generous. The hostess was attentive and engaging. This is a wonderful place for dinner!

A fabulous dining experience you’ll never regret. Mr. Vain never lets us down. We’ve tried many fine dining spots in Brisbane, but Mr. Vain remains our all-time favorite. My partner and I celebrated both our first and second anniversaries here. That says it all! :)

The food was terrible unfortunately we were so disappointed we only stayed for 30 mins had a few small items that all had zero flavor and no seasoning, it was our our 10 year anniversary we traveled from the Sunshine Coast to be left so disappointed and not one staffed asked how our food was when we left after only 30mins.

Mr Vain… what can we say. Every thing was exceptional. The staff, fabulous! The cocktails, innovative and so beautifully executed, balanced, elevated… wizardry! The food was beyond amazing, from the delicate touch of the salmon and yuzu to the bright but balanced flavours of The pork gyoza, to the succulent chicken. All faultless. Do not miss the chance to enjoy a truly amazing experience 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Too much focus on pushing you along to turn tables over, which became incredibly irritating after a while and took away from our experience. When you pay $90 for steak, you expect it to be cooked to your liking. I asked for medium well and it was medium at best. On a positive note, it was a good vibe and the staff were friendly.
