Great Californian style rooftop Terrasse. Beautiful looking and delicious cocktails. Recommend the cod in banana leaf for your main course. A place where you feel you are on vacation in your own city.

Hello, 1. I think you can turn on more light at night so we don't have to use the light of our cellphone to read the menu if you see what I mean. 2. I think what makes a great ambiance: nice venue + alcohol + music...I think on the alcohol side you can have less ice in drinks and actual more liquor since drinks are more than 16$ each. But your weak link (according to me) is music...you should have a good dj for urban music; like right now you can't go wrong with Afro beats and Amapiano. Everyone loves it...people should be able to vibe after one or 2 drinks if you see what I mean 3. Last point I think the wait for service is a bit long. Thank you. Great great spot

we booked for a standard table and ended up having a bar place which made us very uncomfortable to eat as the bar is not large and people were walking by around all the time. Overall, the service was great, food and drinks as well.

We were at Muze a few times during the pasty few evenings. As many have mentioned, service is inconsistent. On Friday night, seated inside, in the round upholstered chairs, located opposite the bar, we waited 30 minutes for a server to come by. On Saturday night, seated outside, service was great at the beginning. But an hour after being seated, our server did not come around for at least 30 minutes. I saw her at the bar, picking up drinks. I went and paid. Hire more staff. It would really help.

Very very bad service. First the waitress got our drinks and she poored them on the floor by mistake, she went to change them and brought them back dirty and all wet ( didn’t get the time to clean them). She took a lot of time to come to our table so we had to call the manager that took our food order. Then she passed to the table once to check if everything’s alright. We then waited more than 40 minutes till she gets us the bill. This is unacceptable! I wouldn’t recommend this terrace to anyone of my friends. We were very disappointed.

Overall, a great discovery. Everything looks and smells brand new. I had no expectation and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the staff service and the menu. Had a great time. This place will not be a secret spot for too long. It's a nice little place to take a break from downtown. Another great option downtown if you're looking to enjoy the day on a terrasse without feeling the busyness of downtown.

I had made a reservation for Muze, as we got there, they had no space on the terrace and we were seated at the bar to wait for a free table to go sit on the terrace, we waited half an hour and then we were seated. Upon ordering, I specified which dish I wanted however I received the wrong one after I mentioned it to my waitress she was very kind and understanding and after a 20 minute wait I got the dish I had actually ordered. Portions are smaller than expected, after ordering a 30$ dish I would’ve expected more than just one skewer on my dish however it was good quality.

Sound system was awful, spitting out faint and grainy music all night completely killing the vibe. The hotel/terrasse is beautiful but poorly lit, no ambience. Drinks were watered down. This spot has great potential but it is just not there yet.
