La comida deliciosa pero debo señalar que no tenían disponible el vino y el pescado que me gustaba del menú. El mesero amablemente nos sugirió otras opciones pero es inaceptable que no garanticen lo ofrecido en el menú. El ambiente y la música maravilloso

Beautiful setting, attentive service. Will be back to sample more of the menu. Salad, lobster bisque and fish were all very good. Poulet rouge was tasty but way too salty. Service was pleasant.

El lugar te motiva a descubrir la historia del mismo, de cuando era The Royal Bank of Canada.
El personal de servicio tiene un excelente conocimiento del menú y los sabores que se experiment en cada plato.
Cuentan con muy buena carta de vinos y un menú pequeño pero variado y con platos que no encontrarás en otros restaurantes de RD. El montaje de los platos y el sabor son muy buenos.
Están creando un jazz bar en el segundo nivel, lo que será un plus!
Solo le agregaría un poco de música al primer nivel.

If you're ready to splurge, that's the right place for you. Sophisticated, minimalist ambiance. We booked a table through Open Table and yet were seated at the bar. Main bartender was friendly and attentive. Kansas City bone-in strip was delicious but not enough for two people, honestly. Final tab for 1 mains and side plus four cocktails was 150$. It's different, but definitely not for everyone.

We understand how frustrating it is to make a reservation & then have to wait at the bar for a table, we were sold out that day so we told a couple of people to wait at the bar and have a couple of cocktails while we got a table ready. Perhaps we didn't communicate it effectively, so please accept our apologies. We are adding a few items to menu we think you'd enjoy.

Faltaban platos del menú. Por lo que tuvimos que comer solo lo que estaba disponible. Precios muy altos vs el tipo de comida. Deben de mejorar esos dos detalles.

Gracias, nos sorprende porque tenemos los siguientes platos aparte de lo que ustedes ordenaron (5 tipo de carnes adicionales, pork chop, pork belly, 2 tipos de pescados, camarones, 3 ensaladas, 7 guarniciones, 2 sopas y otros). Nuestra calificación es $$$$=Expensive=Caro=opentable/tripadvisor. Es un restaurante de fine dining, de lujo y ofrecemos carnes importadas de Chicago, nunca congelada, organic, y grass-fed. Nuestro precios reflejan la calidad de las carnes.

Steakhouse in la Zona Colonial of Dominican Republic with a little Cuban spice!! Entering Naca’n is a little like entering a glimpse of a glamorous place of the past. I appreciate how the building was redecorated to make it look like it was original. The service was outstanding! The food was delicious. Each of the plates we ordered was great. You can easily share a plate. Excellent place for a special ocassion or celebration! Live this new addition to La Zona Colonial!

Good service and some starters are big. However, most dishes are too expensive for what they offer. On top of that, the Wagyu beef was not good, and nothing was done or offered when we left most of it and complained to the waiter about it.

Anonymous, gracias, verificamos con nuestro equipo y no tenemos ninguna nota de platos retornados. Es nuestra política reemplazar los platos devueltos o quitarlo de la cuentas del cliente. Fine dining politica- el camarero se lo comunica al manager y el manager esta entrenado para complacer el cliente (whatever it takes). Nuestra carne es importada, grass-fed, nunca congelada, dry aged y rica en sabor. Nuestro restaurante es calificado $$$$ significa Caro en open/table.

The food is outstanding. We travel all over the world we know when the meat is good quality. The meat is grass-fed, dry-aged, and organic, you don't need heavy seasoning. We have been to other restaurants in DR and notice they pile on the oregano and other spices. The meat at Naca'n is clean and simple, salt and pepper, that is it. The price value was right on point, you go to NY and Chicago and you pay the same prices. This meat is imported from Chicago (Allen Brothers) per description of restaurant. Anyone that knows about good food will appreciate this place. We base reviews on food, ambiance, and service and this place is definitely a 10. The service is very welcoming but not too all over you. We will come back and try other dishes.

Naca'n is a world class restaurant in la zona colonial, probably the first fine dining restaurant in this area. I come to DR on business and bring my clients to the old city because it's quite impressive. This restaurant has a great ambiance and the music is not too loud. You can actually hear and you don't have to shout. That is so important for business lunches and dinners. Speak-easy restaurant/bar. That is definitely a plus.

Steaks are exceptional, cooked to your liking, they actually understand what med rare is. Quality is A-1 . Portions are large so it's better if you share the side dishes with another person. Service was very good and attentive but not too pushy. Notable wine list, love the Caymus. It's a place I would recommend to my colleagues and friends.

La experiencia en el bar es super, las sillas son cómodas y te sientes bien si vas a cenar solo, no te sientes intimidado. Comida de calidad, carne anejada es espectacular, abundante comida, platos están diseñados para compartir, nadie se va con hambre, te lo aseguro. Ya he venido varias veces y cada vez que vengo aprendo algo nuevo de la historia del edificio y su restauración.
La hermosura del Venetian plaster finish (acabado de yeso veneciano hecho a mano) en las paredes es el arte. No necesitas colgar nada en las paredes. Me fascina ese tipo de acabado.
El servicio es eficaz y caluroso. En fin, este restaurante es un lugar perfecto para una cena romántica, un get together de amigos, o para disfrutarlo solo en el bar. Es una experiencia gastronómica inigualable.

Las carnes son las mejores que he comido en la Republica Dominicana. Simple sazón, la carne es importada y el sabor riquísimo. Nos comentaron que la carne es grass fed, seguramente la razón porque se siente ligera. Las porciones son grandes, 2-3 personas pueden compartir un plato de guarnición y un plato fuerte, esto justifica el precio. El Lobster Mac & cheese es espectacular. Cuando divides el precio por 3 personas, es un buen valor del precio. El ambiente es acogedor, con una selección de música increíble. La verdad es que pienso regresar con otros personas porque me gusto tanto la elegancia, el buen servicio, y la calidad de la comida.

No. The food is really bad. We ordered two entrees, one was a salad that was ok. The other one was pork belly and we couldn't eat it. It was all fat. The meat we ordered as a main course was also not particularly tasty. For the price we paid I would not recommend it.

Excelente servicio por parte de Jonathan, comida muy rica. Precios algo elevados sin embargo los platos pueden ser para 2 personas (no especificado en el menú), las guarniciones dan hasta para 3 comensales.

Dined on New Years Eve! Food was incredible, the energy and ambiance were more than we expected. We had a fantastic meal of Pork Belly & Wedge Salad for appetizers and Lamb Chops & “Surf & Turf Special” (Wagyu & Crab Cake) and the warm cookie & ice cream for desert.
One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time and the wine list and sommelier are better than anywhere else in Santo Domingo!

El lugar es grande y majestuoso, a la llegada uno se queda wao cuanta elegancia, con un sumo cuidado de cada detalle.

We found Naca'n restaurant by chance. After visiting the Colonial Zone every year for the past 17 years, we have witnessed all the improvements taking place in the zone and the addition of a beautiful restaurant with great service and delicious food is much appreciated. We walked into a space that's beautifully designed, grand - yet welcoming, with a staff to match. We sat by the bar and ordered two drinks: El Conde and Revividor which were amazing and the first of many. While at the bar we met one of the senior managers who was delightful and introduced us to the owners of the restaurant. The food in this place is five star quality. It is family style so portions are meant to be shared. You must try the mac+cheese and the pork belly. It is important to note that a great dining experience is not just the food and the space, but also the staff and at Naca'n they work very hard to make you feel welcome and at home. We went back multiple times including for New Year's dinner and Jazz performance at midnight on their second floor lounge where the owners welcomed us to their table. When our holiday was over and it was time to return home we had shared many drinks, great stories and amazing meals with our new friends in La Zona Colonial. The staff knew us by name and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Es un lugar muy fino, elegante, cuidan de cada detalle, siempre enfocados en hacer que uno se sienta bien, es como estar en un palacio.
Me dieron un recorrido por el lugar, la historia del edificio y lo que han hecho con el es increíble, es como un museo, bien cuidado, acogedor, histórico.

Los empleados son muy atentos.

Los camareros super atentos, una comida exquisita, un lugar tranquilo. Naca' n es simplemente perfecto, pienso volver.
