    Service fabulous. I was confused however when i made the reservation 2 days prior with a credit card that they couldn’t 100% confirm the special table I wanted for our anniversary. Wierd considering the place was 1/3 full. As for the food the starter was excellent the bread amazing, the scotch and wine amazing and desert amazing but the main course was lunchbox let down. I had the special pork loin with stuffed mushroom w sausage and honestly the pork was like a store bought piece of meat w too much brine. It was so disappointing. My wife had the sirloin and it was average as well. Too bad as that’s really what you look forward to. Our waiter Kristie was fabulous and we still love the place. Obviously money wasn’t an issue paying over $400 so make sure the main dish is spectacular.

    Naramata Inn maintains it's architectural heritage very well as a bookend to the well established Bench. The restaurant meals were exceptional. Compliments to the Chef. In a word, memorable.

    Absolutely amazing food in an absolutely warm and inviting setting. We sat on the veranda on a warm evening and it was quiet and private. Our server, Michelle, was attentive and engaging. The meal was creative, interesting, and absolutely tasty. We had a cocktail at the bar Eliza, in the same building, earlier....perfect. Excellent service and selection of local wines and ciders. A wonderful evening all around.

    We have previously loved this restaurant and have been return customers, but this last meal was such a disappointment on both the service and food fronts. One meal was inedible and while they made something different, it came out after the rest of our party had completely finished. I had asked for a salad to avoid this from happening (it's awkward to eat on your own!) but this was ignored in place of a hot meal after everyone else was done. THe appetizers and deserts were good, but the entrees all around were a disappointment. It was as if the chef forgot to season the dishes. We kept waiting for an exciting taste to tickle our taste buds but it just never arrived. Everything was bland. Presentation of food was beautiful. Desert was good. For the prices this food did not come close to meeting the mark. Our drinks were forgotten and the lack of addressing our concerns with the meal fell short. Overall, there are so many great choices on the bench and in town, we will not be back!

    A beautiful spot for a very special dinner! Beet appetizer is a “must have”, the steak was rich and delicious, and the desserts divine. So highly recommended

    Food, service, and atmosphere were awesome. It's in a beautiful old house that has been fully restored. Also, the head chef came out to our table to both present and explain our dishes to us. Highly recommend!

    The food was fantastic! Good wine list that covers a good selection of the local wineries. Service was excellent as always, again some people might find it a bit slow but that is the pace in Naramata.

    Our dinner was amazing. Ambience is wonderful, looking out at the stunning gardens. Staff are so friendly and helpful and our cocktails and dinner were outstanding. When I consider the quality of the food and experience the value is very good compared to other restaurants in this Penticton area. This is the only restaurant here with this level of consistent culinary expertise. Thank you Naramata Inn!

    A visit to the Naramata Inn has been a dining experience that we greatly looked forward to every summer when visiting the Okanagan. We loved everything about the Inn, from food, to gracious service, to ambience. Unfortunately, there have been many changes and we were disappointed this year. The food was good, but not spectacular. It is only personal preference, but I found the flavours of the sauces and spices overwhelmed the delicate flavours of the burrata and halibut. That said, change is hard and we look forward to dining at this special place again.

    We stayed at the inn. It would be helpful to remind guests to close bedroom doors quietly. Also the breakfast was great however by the time we arrived around 8:30 the charcuterie disappeared just ahead of us and it wasn’t replaced. I’m not sure “charcuterie” is in fact the right term for a few slices of Swiss cheese and one type of cured meat. When we asked whether it was going to be replaced we were met with “we’re trying our best”. Dinner was great but breakfast didn’t meet expectations - service or food.

    We were disappointed this time. We have eaten at the Inn a number of times before and the food was exquisite. Really unusual item like beets in a delicious foam. I had pork and it was tasty, but that’s all it was, a big old plate of meat. At a high end restaurant I expect some side dishes. My husband had a steak and it was a little tough. I u Der stand Ned Bell is no longer the chef. It shows.

    The tuna was excellent flavoured and wonderful as appetizer. I must say the portion of my main course(pork) was more than average. I could not finish it even it tasted so great. Thank you very much for the best dinner I had for years.

    For years we have been overcoming Naramata Inn’s vast service issues and pretentious attitude because the food was some of the best in the Okanagan valley. We were recently turned away from our patio reservation for two on my wife’s birthday. We could have arrived much earlier to ensure our preference in seating however it has been my experience as an OpenTable user for over 14 years that if Indoor/Outdoor seating is an available booking option, restaurants comply with that request. It would have been less offensive if the Maître d’ hadn’t ignored us at the check in to seat someone else at our table. Or less offensive yet if he had been even remotely civil about his inability to deliver on our reservation. Knowing that Naramata Inn is plagued with the inability to properly stock dishes we knew that waiting an hour to be sat for our meal would certainly offer a limited menu and completely defeat the purpose of booking a reservation. Luckily even though we were now challenged by limited options due to the hour of the Inn’s failure we were welcomed with open arms at Poplar Grove. We were thrilled to then further find that the head chef who had made the Inn famous had moved on to Poplar Grove and that we no longer need to suffer their ineptitude when dining on the bench. We will spread word to all of our friends in the valley as we did when the Inn was in its former glory.

    We were so happy with the food and service, the duck liver tart was absolutely delicious and each main we tried was just as tasty. Great wine pairings recommended by our server and to finish we tried a desert feature that was corn based and it was so unique and different. This is the 5th time we’ve eaten here and. Between their brunch and dinner we’ve always left so incredibly happy with everything. This is the BEST restaurant in the Okanagan period.

    All three courses were excellent for both of us, the kitchen was happy to make a sauce substitute for my meal and proteins were cooked to our specification. Server was personable and service excellent. Wonderful pastry chef, don't skip dessert!

    The server seems very busy and perhaps overload so I felt the level of service was not great. She didn't even tell me about any features until I inquire. The food isn't as good as precious years I've been there. There was a table of guests that were extremely loud next to us so it was difficultto have a conversation.

    Its a good restaurant and the food has improved noticeably since our last visit just after new hands took over the kitchen. The food is more confident and well rounded in flavours and style. The wine collection is excellent.
