   The service was very attentive, and the people are nice, but the food was really bad. Really. The ribs were super fatty and the potato salad was swimming in mayonnaise. The only thing that was enjoyable was the cornbread. It’s sad because the restaurant is in a great location for pre-theater dining and if they had better quality food it would really be a popular place.

   We were the only table there, and our server was MIA, our order was messed up and missing items, we were charged for a drink we sent back - and the wait was horrendous. I'd expect this if the place was crowded but there was no one there on a Mothers Day afternoon and now I know why.

   Cat was our waitress, she was great, very friendly & recommended the amazing specials and drinks of the day. It was our first time here they had live music which was awesome. We got a bunch of things to share on the menu like the Mac and cheese, nachos, and burger sliders. 10/10 the food was amazing. I also had strawberry margs which were also really good. I’ll definitely be coming back

    Came for VPR night and it was so fun! Trivia was a blast and we ended up joining in on some dancing downstairs on our way out! Thanks for hosting VPR night, we will be back!

    Server brought our wrong item. We sent it back. Took over 20 minutes to get it correct order while my husband ate his dinner. Was told it was a tapas style restaurant and that it would come out when it was ready. Cancelled my opentable reservation even though we were sitting right there and then they had to reinstate it so I would get my points.

    Went for a birthday dinner with friends. Booked a hightop and was put in the corner at a regular table next to the function room. Food was decent, priced reasonably since it wasn’t the best. The first half hour was decent although once the function room had the guests show up we didn’t see our server often after that since it seemed like he knew the party. Once we got a box for our stuff we waited over 40 minutes to be asked “everything good over here?” With a cleared table and no check. Finally he brought it over after another ten minutes and then waited another ten for a different server to come over and grab it. The party in the function room was ONTOP of us and behavior was rude since they surrounded us, no one from the restaurant said anything to change this and over all was a terrible experience. Could not contact the restraint afterwards and was unable to message on Open Table. They either need different management of servers. Not worth $83.00.

    We had fun sharing the food but it was just ok. I sent back my tasteless drink (which I’ve never done). It was very cold inside because they left the door open. Our waitress was great. The singer was also very good but not Country at all which we found odd.

    Portion size for once in a restaurant was perfect. I would much rather a ‘normal’ meal size serving than a portion big enough for 2+. I don’t want leftovers! Only negative was music was so loud couldn’t talk to others at the table

    Highly recommend the shrimp & grits, the cornbread side dish, and the chicken & waffles (gravy on the side). Service was very good. Went on a quieter day/time on a weekday around 6-7 PM. It was a great pre-Wilbur Theater dinner for us!

    My fault for not realizing the portions would be so small. Food was very good. It was slow at the time we went but our waitress seemed to almost disappear sometimes.

    Service is horrible. I reserved a high top table and was told I won’t get one after we walked in the door because they had been reserved by someone else. Funny thing is, two tables sat there empty for the next 1.5 hours. Meals were tiny but delicious. Food was brought out at all different times for the four of us and before we were finished eating we were told our table was being taken and we’d have to move. Other than the service absolutely sucking, the place is kind of nice and the entertainment was good.

    We had a reservation for 6:15pm. We ordered drinks, and a bit later, ordered our meals from our server. Then we never saw her again! A different server took more drink orders from us, but it wasn't clear he was her replacement. When we realized it was nearly 7:30 and we had tickets for an 8pm show, we asked to see the manager because we hadn't yet gotten our food. The manager did take care of us by having the kitchen whip up some quick foods so we could eat something (nachos, cornbread, beignets) and I think took them off the bill. However, we were very disappointed, and would not recommend this place if you need to be somewhere afterwards on time.

    We were there to see Rob Joyce perform. He is an excellent guitarist and singer! An up and coming talent. Will definitely see him again. The bartenders and wait staff were prompt and friendly. Lively atmosphere. Food was bar food for the most part but fresh and delicious. My son said the pulled pork nachos were “the best hes ever had”. We’ll be back for sure😊

    We went for the line dance lessons....two 'older' couples. Went for dinner first. Service was friendly, but considering there were only two tables, a bit lacking. Food was excellent! And very moderate prices. Cocktails excellent as well. We were thinking we would be the only people there for line dancing but was very wrong. By the time for that, there were alot of people, but I think we were the only newbies. The instructor was great! And it was fun. It pretty much turned into a line dance night as everybody there knew what they were doing and it was fun to watch. Many of them also tried to help us. Very friendly people, and line dancing is NOT my thing. I would recommend giving this night a try for something different.

    Great place!! I’ve had it on my “list” for a while and it lived up to what I was hoping!! We went during the week as a mid-week date before the Celtics game. Had the whole upstairs to ourselves and the food and drinks were great!!

    Would absolutely recommend this place for a fun night! The food and drinks were great! They have so many different fun options for drinks! Loved the music and overall decor! Our waiter was so personable, but definitely overwhelmed due to how busy it was and forgot a few things we ordered, but we were okay with that because the place was packed and we were having a great time! The only thing I would recommend is to definitely make a reservation!!! We had one and still had to wait a decent amount past our reservation…. This place is super crazy busy, but a place you would definitely want to visit for a good time!

    Food was absolutely incredible and overall we had a great time. Only complaint is server was not very attentive and was often slow to return to table and restaurant was not very busy. Also, restaurant does not advertise that they do an auto-gratuity on the checks, so we almost missed that. They should list that on the menu or their website. The cornbread was mouth watering and hit the sweet and savory notes perfectly. Chicken & waffles were absolutely incredible and had so much flavor. The steak tips were good but I would skip them next time for something else on the menu.

    Cool vibe. Food was pretty good. The food was portioned sharing style, which was kind of odd. I would have preferred to have an actual meal. It seemed like it took a while to get drinks. We were at the restaurant at 5:30 and it was not very crowed. I enjoyed the place and the food was good, but wouldn't rush back.
