    Our server was so nice. She was very busy with multiple parties and during the OSU game it was crazy in there. She handled the craziness very well. Don’t expect fast food and drinks during a game though.

    We attended in Nashville Underground for The Ohio State football watch party. It was an excellent fun experience, the DJ was great also. I highly recommend it. Especially if you’re a Buckeyes fan. OH!

    The food was good not great. The service was awful. It was the first day for the server as it was labor day weekend and TN Vols played UVA in town. Very Busy weekend. Be mindful to check your receipt before paying as we got over charged. When trying to correct this issue, the management was very difficult to work with.

    I wrote them in advance of our daughter's 21st birthday weekend to make sure that things would go off without a problem. They were immediately responsive and made sure our table for 11 was in a prime spot, top of the rooftop. The girls felt like they were being treated like stars. The food was good (big portions! we couldn't possibly finish our meals), and the drinks were good as well. The service was outstanding, especially considering it was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, with a college game having just been played across the river that day. Broadway was packed everywhere. Somehow, with all that business, they made us feel special.

    I made a reservation here a month in advance for a party of 8. When we arrived, there was no one to great us. Staff did not care that we had a reservation, told us to go try to get a drink at the bar and they would find us to try to squeeze us in somewhere. The place was packed and the man who we were told was the manager then hid from us and never found us a place to sit. The blonde woman working the 'prize' area was extremely rude as well. There was one dark haired waitress who was trying to find us a place to sit but never did. After waiting 30 minutes (20 minutes past our reservation time) & the manager continuing to duck or run away when we would try to approach him, we finally left. .

    The service was horrible, none of the employees acted like they wanted to be there at all - the bloody Mary’s were thick soup in a glass, and the food was not great at all. Overall very disappointing.

    Should be removed from Open Table. No greeter/hostess other than hand stamper. Zero welcome. Everything was order at bar only. Bartender laughed when I mentioned having a reservation. Food is overpriced.

    Server did a great job. The food service was a two hour wait and the place wasn’t busy. They did try to to make right with discounted bill. The manager never apologized or offered an explanation. The server kept her smile and did her best given the circumstance. Would not go back.

    Made a reservation for 4 to dine but there was no host or hostess to seat you. Had to find someone to say where to go and then had only bar service no table service. It seemed as if they wanted first come first service versus having reservations set up.

    I made a reservation through open table only to find out Nashville Underground doesn’t actually take reservations. We showed up expecting a table that would accommodate 13 people and were told to just sit anywhere. Not surprisingly there was not a table large enough to accommodate our party available. So we sat what we could, and bussed neighboring tables when they came available. There is also no service to speak of at Nashville Underground. I would not recommend for anyone regardless of the party size.

    Our very first interaction here was with a rude security ID checker. Server was good. Food was ok but for a $25 bbq pork plate, you shouldn’t be up charged for potato salad. We also were not allowed to leave with our waters which is a dumb city ordinance or bar policy. Won’t go back.

    The food was really good. The service was really bad. The staff was not friendly at all. Our server did not know the soup of the day and was asked again during ordering and she still did not know. She did not know when drinks were not available so we had to reorder. When we sat down, we had to ask the host for our server to come to our table. Our food came out and we did not have any plates or silverware. We asked the gentleman if we could get those items and he did so but was not thrilled about it at all. If the food wasn’t good this experience would not be worth it

    Was treated terribly by both the manager & server. One person in our party with Celiac disease received a meal with gluten and had a severe allergic reaction. Never going back.

    So first off, the food is great!! Pub grub at its best. Hot chicken Mac and cheese, chicken and waffles, and pulled pork fries were excellent. Food was out quickly and correctly. Our server was right on the money. That being said, and to the defense of the restaurant it was Saturday night and Beyonce was in town, the noise level was over the top. So, word of warning, if you are looking for traditional Nashville food in an atmosphere that allows normal conversation, look elsewhere. If you want a party including a mechanical bull and great food and service, this is a must do! We are old, well much older than anyone else in there. We were in our way to Rudy’s Jazz Club. Had I known that Queen Bey was in town, prior to making reservations a week ago, I would have chosen differently. So it really just wasn’t our crowd. That’s nothing against the restaurant, bar, owners, cooks, waitstaff, bartenders, and security. Again, food and service were outstanding. Noise was too.

    Food was good. A bit pricey but we wanted Nashville hot chicken and we got it! Be mindful of what spice level you choose. We like spicy but hot was so hot that we could only eat half of our meals as it was too much on many levels. It was loud but most places downtown are so don’t go if you’re looking for something quieter. Overall ok.

    We reserved a table for 13 for dinner When we arrived they told us it was first come first serve There were no tables available so we were told to wait. We left and had to find another venue at last moment. The guy at the door was nice and apologetic

    Terrible experience!! We had a large party reservation, when we arrived they said “sorry it’s first come first serve tonight and we’re full”. I showed him my reservation confirmation and he just shrugged. Ruined our first evening in Nashville. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

    The food was good. The atmosphere was very nice specially on the rooftop where you can see the sorrounding area. Service was okay. There was a miscommunication between the front attendant to the rooftop attendant. They said underage wasn't allowed on the rooftop, they could have mention that on their website but overall it was a nice experienced.

    The Nashville Hot Chicken Flatbread was amazing!!! Even though we were just there for a quick dinner, the atmosphere downstairs looked fun but I did think upstairs in the dining area it was extremely loud and we could barely hear each other talk.

    We ate here because they accepted reservations and we were waiting out a thunderstorm. That being said, I was really quite surprised, the food was really quite good - southern, chicken, BBQ and a menu variety that met our needs. Service was also pretty good despite how busy it was. The only thing that irritated me was when I saw the bill after my original server had gone off her shift, I was charged an upcharge when I asked to switch out fries for potato salad (never mentioned ahead of time) and well as a fee for "grilled chicken" when I had ordered Nashville Hot chicken for my wrap. I am sure it would have been rectified had I mentioned it but we were in a hurry to close out the tab. The ambience - there is none, same as most places on Broadway -kind of a run down sports bar.

    Take the brisket off the menu. It’s terrible. I don’t think it was brisket. Every else was OK. Need more waiters/waitresses. Our person was hustling.
