We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tell the story of our island and the history behind it. A vegan tasting menu is also offered for guests with plant-based dietary preferences.

**Our Regular tasting menu is 6 courses for $120, and Plant-Based tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.

Nae Ogawa
Her career starts at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after she was flying to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe Waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

We selected this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday because it has one of the best vegan options on the island. Unfortunately, my wife who is vegan, was served fish after specifically ordering a vegan menu and making our waitress aware of her dietary restrictions. This was addressed as a mistake by the waitress but it ruined our dinner, her birthday and worts of all it made her sick overnight. On top, I was still charged for my menu and wine pairing ($199) which I didn’t finish because we decided to leave after the second course. Not the experience we were hoping for to highlight our trip.

The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious. All of the drink pairings were perfect and complemented the flavors of each dish exactly. The service was impeccable and incredibly detailed and knowledgeable. We left the restaurant feeling absolutely content and satisfied. I would absolutely love to come again.

As always, bravo! Every visit is amazing an amazing experience from Chef Nae Ogawa. You have to try the wine pairing, since they usually have unexpected picks that surprise and delite the tastebuds with each pairing. You want local ingredients? They got it, and they do it so well. Wild boar from the Big Island served as a kakuni in a crepe. Or maybe Kauai grown sweet shrimp or amaebi in a watermelon, cilantro gazpacho sauce. Also kudos to the bartender for beautifully handcrafted cocktails that not only match the farm to table feel, but encapsulates everything Hawaii has to offer. A must go for anyone and everyone that supports local.

Based on the reviews for natuRe Waikiki , I was expecting a fabulous and delicious dinner . The food was salty and the brisket I ordered was NOT tender . What a disappointment !!!

This restaurant is a special place. Menu very creative and food sourced from local area. Wine pairings also very nice. Love being able to learn about each course and where the food is sourced. Did not at all feel rushed and servers were excellent. I do think that a desert could be included for the price of this tasting menu but I never hesitate to order one or two for the table. So nice to leave a tasting menu, with multiple courses not totally stuffed. Highly recommend this establishment.

I can't believe it took me so long to get to natuRe Waikiki especially b/c I live 4 blocks away. The food is AMAZING, the service is great, and the winelist is excellent. There were many options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat/seafood eaters. I can't wait to go back.

We had 3 vegan tasting menus and one non-vegan tasting menu at our table to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Rose was amazing, and the vegan tasting menu was inventive and outstanding. We are natural wine drinkers, so having some included in the wine pairing was wonderful. Thank you for helping make our anniversary so special!

Cocktails and ambiance were amazing; the pasta was the best of the a la carte dishes. I went with a big group so maybe we wouldn't have noticed this as much, but since we got lots of plates to share we noticed an abundance of the shrimp/prawns in a lot of dishes; more protein variety and more garnishes would be welcomes (e.g. the okra on the pasta could have been way more abundant). This was a good meal, but if I were to come back I would probably come for the cocktails and see what's different on the menu, since they said the menu was seasonal and changes frequently.

Fun for date night with one veg and one non. Interesting and unique options. I LOVED the heart of palm app and my hubby loved the bolognese (he was able to order w/o garlic for a food intolerance). I loved that they had a mushroom wellington option but I didn't love the dish itself. Bartender's choice drinks were EXCELLENT. Service was quite slow and waiters could have been more attentive for a better experience. Overall a unique spot to try.

Amazing customer service. We underestimated Waikiki traffic and they were flexible to change our reservation so we would get there ‘on time’. Service is top notch, very attentive and formal enough to give privacy if you wanted more of an intimate experience with who you’re with. My partner and I were both surprised by the very lovely unexpected gift for our anniversary from the kitchen… it was adorable and made the night even more special. I will be dining here again!

One of the best extensive vegan friendly restaurants, period. Presentation, taste and originality make this a Michelin candidate which should not be a surprise for the Michelin trained executive chef in the kitchen. Since Hawaii does not get Michelin rankings, this place is a great opportunity to get access before it is discovered. Glad to have this restaurant in my backyard.

Ambiance and service was excellent. Drinks 10/10 We got shrimp hot appetizer and truffle fries both were delicious. Our main dish, local fresh catch and rigatoni was not good. Rigatoni was undercooked which we asked and found out that’s the way it’s normally served. Mahi mahi was also a little undercooked for our liking and dish was salty. Overall ambiance was nice but the food is not worth it.

i’ll keep it short and sweet. parking at the hyatt centric is 👎👎👎. don’t waste your time going. kinda pricey and although the appetizers were decent the mahi and bolognese entrees were terrible. shout out to madison though for great service. service was excellent, ambiance is pretty decent, and the food is meh for the high price tag. it was a one and done for my family. i’d recommend something like senia or nanzan giro giro instead of nature.

My husband and I went to natuRe waikiki for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! No exaggeration -- this was one of the best meals of our lives. We did the Chef's Table option, which we would highly recommend. Our server, Devin, was super attentive and knowledgeable about all of our food, and about local cuisine in general, and was happy to answer any questions we had. Watching the chefs hard at work putting together the mouth-watering dishes in front of us was an absolute joy. Every dish and paired drink was a stand-out -- we are still talking about the beef, eggplant, and lamb dishes today! The sweet potato and cashew ice cream dessert was mouth-watering all the way through as well. All night, we felt well taken care of by the wonderful staff and enjoyed being in this space where every aesthetic choice felt geared towards creating a wonderful dining experience. We can't recommend natuRe waikiki enough and hope to be back on our next trip to Hawaii!

Some of the dishes were very inventive and tasty. Others were downright gross. A few of the natural wines in the wine pairing were awful and the others were passable. I’ve never left that much food and wine behind at a high end meal.

The food wasn’t all that great! 2 of my friends that were with me, their shrimp wasn’t cooked all the way and blood was oozing out of it. I feel like the table top menu should have better choices, the only thing I did like were the oysters and my drink. The restaurant and ambience is cute but that’s not enough for me to go back.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was a great experience. I got the regular tasting menu and my wife got the vegan tasting menu, with along with the natuRe alcoholic beverage pairing for the both of us. It was a novel culinary adventure with each dish and drink. Every thing on the plates tasted like it was carefully, methodically, and intentionally planned out.

Brilliant, inspired tasting menu focused on local, sustainable, seasonal ingredients in a beautiful cozy ambience and great service. Each dish was well explained and interesting. Highly recommend getting the local spirits pairing - it really celebrated small creators and all the island has to offer.

Excellent mean and presentation. I did the course dinner and the food was awesome. Each course was pretty small. I wasn’t hungry after dessert but I would not have minded if the portions were a little bigger. But I did not expect the portions to be large so I wasn’t disappointed. Dessert is not included in the price of the meal. Neither are beverages. I chose to do the wine pairing and each wine paired very well. I would definitely dine here again.

Absolutely loved our experience! Thankful the restaurant also helped with creating a special surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday at the end. I truly appreciated it!

Amazing food and outstanding survive, can’t recommend enough. Vegan options were amazing and the cocktail list was impressive
