   Service was excellent. We had the steak and lobster special with Caesar salad. The meal was so delicious and serving sizes perfect. I will definitely visit again.

   I loved the versatile atmosphere. Its a perfect place for a business dinner, date night, family dinner, or girls night out. The service was impeccable, the server made some great recommendations which is always a great thing for first timers. I will definitely be visiting again on my next trip to Canada.

    Was extremely disappointed. The steak was medium-well when asked for medium rare. The server tried arguing that it was just the blue tinge on the windows that made it looked more well done since we sat close to the windows. I had cut into the steak in the middle and both sides, tried pieces from each section. I don’t base my steak off the colouring, I base it off how it tastes. 100% it was not medium rare. Sat with the steak at the side of the table waiting for the server for about 10 min. Then when she came back, she was argumentative saying it was just the window as stated above telling me I’m wrong. She said if I wanted a new steak I should ask for it to be made rare next time then. I asked for it to be remade. Took about 25 min. My wife waited to eat her meal with me out of respectand hers was ice cold by the time the new one arrived. The steak was not rare, it was on the more done side of medium rare— but we wernt about to argue again for something so minimal. My wife got the portobello mushroom dish as she’s vegetarian. She said the mushrooms were so acidic from the balsamic glaze that all she tasted was a vinegar taste that overpowered burned when eating. So unfortunate. The mac and cheese is what she dies for, it was cut up macaroni noodles with some cheddar cheese chunks. Very disappointing as well. The Brussel sprouts were amazing and mashed potatoes tasted like were out of a box. French onion soup was great along with the potato chips. Sides were all cold by the time the steak arrived. Being parents we rarely get to go out to eat alone. We go to the keg typically as it’s a family inclusive place and I tell ya, I wish we had. We went to Nero’s as we stayed at the hotel. It put a bad taste in our mouths literally for a place that is so highly rated for making steaks. We endedup going to the diner place in the casino later on as we were still hungry :( The $220 meal wasn’t worth the price— the 60$ meal at the other was.

    Always a pleasant night out at Neros, staff is awesome and personable,food is always tasty, a little expensive but the staff has to get paid I get it, all in all we enjoy going a few times a year since we're pensioners on a fixed income.

    The last few times the food has gotten bad, the cooks they have cant cook a consistent steak especially when your paying $60 for just the steak.. When you ask for a medium rare steak and 1 steak comes out 1/2 the steak is well done and the other 1/2 is rare and the whole steak on the second one comes out well done and the waitress says it is all because of the tint on the windows it will look cooked more then we requested. You're a steakhouse that cant cook steaks properly, don't tell me green window tint is going to make my steak well done. there was no pink in my steak at all even when I pulled the curtain to block sun so I didn't get the green tint. You use to be so good , not so no more. Also get waitresses that want to work and not bothered to be at work. Bad night out for over $200, the only good thing was I won that $200 back at slots in casino!!

    We had the Surf and Turf on a Wed night. The food and atmosphere was excellent. The service was a bit slow. When we asked about steak knives, the answer was "I only have 2 hands". We had to ask another waiter to refill our water glasses. There was nothing terrible about the service, I guess I just expected it to be little better at the prices we were paying.

    Steak was tough / chewy an fatty…. Extremely disappointed in the meal. ( appetizers were delicious)… waitress took our bottle of wine off the table before it was even emptied- save your $$$…. Go to the Keg, better food , services and prices

    We both were looking so forward to having dinner at Neros, however our meal was a disappointment this time. We both ordered the special which is served on Wednesdays and Sundays. The steak was cooked like we wanted but came with this type of sauce on top that tasted awful! I have never tasted a flavour like that before and couldn’t even eat it. The potatoes were mashed and came lukewarm. The lobster was delicious and asparagus was also great. So for 68 dollars a plate I was hoping for a much better meal. Our service and atmosphere was also perfect, just very disappointed in the meal. My suggestion is don’t put that sauce on the steak, just put it on the side which gives a person the option to have it or not.

    Nice setting very relaxing and quiet setting, server was very knowledgeable and helpful with the wine selection. My 9oz stake special with lobster tail was good but overcooked for medium rare. Great job by all the staff for making a birthday celebration for my wife a enjoyable experience THANK YOU

    Nero’s Steakhouse is fine dining at its very best. Our waitress (Cathy) was extremely pleasant and attentive. The food was superb and timed perfectly so that each course was enjoyed without being rushed. Nero’s is a must to experience while visiting Caesar’s Windsor.

    Halibut was way over cooked and we waited a hour and a half for our entrees. Very expensive for the quality of food. Our server was apologetic for the delay and offered complimentary desserts which was appreciated. But overall would not recommend.

    Our group of four all enjoyed enjoyed our good. Seats comfortable. Spacious setting, so not too close to other tables. array of meals choices. The lobster tagliatelle was fantastic. Good wine choices by the glass and friendly service. Will be back!

    We were staying at the hotel and decided to celebrate my birthday dinner at Nero's. We were promptly seated at our reservation time and were fortunate to have a window seat with a view of the river. Our server was delightful. She was attentive and friendly which only added to the positive experience. We ordered the Ribeye and the Filet with a loaded baked potato on the side. While the food was excellent, the prices are higher than I have seen in similar settings. With the tip, our bill for 2 people was $200 and we had no appetizers, desserts or alcoholic drinks. However, I did have $100 comp to use which helped offset the bill.

    Best night out in a long time! The food was excellent, both the steak and seafood. It was cooked to perfection and the wine that was recommended was superb. The staff were attentive and let us set the pace for our meal. We can't wait to return on our next trip!

    It seemed as though the waitress was rushing us. We had a $375 bill and we were in and out around 45mins. On $50 tip you would think that the waitress could have been bothered enough to not make us feel as if we werent being rushed. Maybe she had too many tables or something but it didnt appear that way. It felt like we were bothering her if we asked her something. Im sorry but when Im spending $100 on a bottle of something .. yeah I may ask a question or two. I recognize that everyone has bad days and I really hope that was the case because if that is her typical attitude you will be encountering more complaints.
