    Steak was not that good. Very tough for a porterhouse. No flavour at all. The salmon my wife had wasn't that great either, and the lamb chops were very very fatty. I haven't been to Neros in a while. Last time I was there it was fantastic, this time I am rather disappointed.

    I don't know how many times I have requested window seating. So far, it has not happened. And last night, it was disappointing that we were put at the far corner of the small dining area near the very front of Nero's. A couple were sat at a table beside ours, and they requested to be moved. We were with another couple, and the husband was celebrating his 80th birthday, so we did not ask to be moved. As it was, our reservation was for 6:30 p.m. and we were not seated until 6:45 p.m. and only because we asked how much longer we would be waiting. Our server was absolutely terrific and the food was lovely. But next time, I would like a window table!!!!!

    The wagyu steak was superb, cooked to perfection. The roasted carrots with crushed cashews and goat cheese was an excellent choice. Great food, great service. Nice meal before a show.

    6:00 reservation and not sat until 6:30. Server was not attentive, helpful or kind. Food was over cooked and ridiculously priced. Will not recommend based of off experience.

    Very comfortable setting, able to converse easily, friendly and prompt service, prime rib was delicious and portion size way too much! With such quality food, we really appreciated the option to take leftovers home with us. The quiet despite having a full restaurant is just so special - with our hearing difficulties, this is a rare treat to have the accoustics so well done.

    Another excellent meal at Nero’s. The prime rib and 8 oz filet were done just right and tasted great. Their lobster mac and cheese was one of the best sides we have enjoyed at this restaurant.

    Server was excellent, very attentive. Very calming rooms, food came a little late. I am unable to eat asparagus but was not able to change the vegetable that came with the meal. Only option was extra potatoes.

    Always good.We were seated at the back this time so the ambience not quite as good as usual.Very pricey also.Waitress did her job but not as attentive as we were used to.We had been spoiled.

    The food was good I ha the steak and shrimp. They wouldn't let us get a different veg. it came with the meal . It was relaxing ,clean the host to seated us was cute as could be. I loved his glasses he made the whole night. We would consider dinning their again.

    The food was great. We loved the special of steak and lobster. We were celebrating two birthdays and they gave us complimentary desserts. Would definitely recommend.

    This is a great place for a blow the budget meal. Value for money for the most part. The service provided by David, our waiter was outstanding and contributed to an all around fine dining experience.

    Made a reservation. Food took a very long time because of a party going on. This was upsetting as i had a reservation, if this was an issue, perhaps not having our reservation available. Server was very friendly and apologized.

    We enjoyed a delightful dinner for my birthday. The service was superb, the food was nicely presented, perfect temperature, and the steak was so tender. The prime rib is absolutely the best in the city. The pretzel rolls, shrimp appetizer, and the carrot cake were scrumptious. I rarely eat the whole dinner, but last night, I devoured it all. I recommend that you ask your server for their specials because they aren’t always on the menu.

    At front entrance when you ask to add another guess right away the answer nothing guaranteed when I said I take all 2 guest and go away somewhere else they added one guess always tables take 4 chairs it shouldn't be a problem to add

    The drinks are very over priced for what you get. The French onion soup and the beet salad were good. Our steaks were ordered medium and they came to the table not very hot and more rare. We sent them back and they still came back to the table basically the same way went sent it back. The desserts were okay. I think there are much better steak places in Windsor.

    Always a very good steak at Nero’s. Everything is ala carte so portions are much too large for one person. Baked potato was huge and would easily serve two. Ordered skillet corn and had to ask couple dining next to me if they wanted to have what was left with their meal. Pretzel rolls with dinner are a hit. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is that since COVID restrictions, wait time from food order to table is EXTREMELY long. Last meal was as a single at the bar at 5pm on a weekday. Not many diners were seated at that time. Took at least 45 min from order to food delivery. This was second consecutive visit with similar delay. I suspect this may be a problem with inadequate staffing, however this is unclear.

    First time that we were a little disappointed with the entres. Thoroughly enjoyed the service of Pete. Very knowledgeable and selected a magnificent wine for us that paired extremely well with our meal.

    We love going to Nero’s the waite stuff is so excellent. In our opinion it used to be a 5 Star restaurant but has slipped the past two years. The new “seafood special” is a downgrade from the previous. They removed the “halibut” which was premier, I can get salmon at Krogers, hope it come back. A Manhattan without cheries? It is still a wonderful restaurent, but no longer 5 star in our opinion. Please bring back the halibut.

    Neros is a special treat for us. I always get the steak and lobster special. My lobster was so bad I could not cut it with a steak knife. Its my fault I did not send it back. My husbands lobster was the same and his steak was not tender at all. For the price dinner was not worth it.

    We had the steak and lobster special along with beef barley soup, Caesar salad, escargot appetizer, and sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Our steaks were prepared to perfection and the lobster was so good and sweet. Everything was tasty and delicious and the service impeccable. Beautiful atmosphere ... excellent place to celebrate a special occasion.

    From the start, it was a great experience. The wine recommendation was spot on to what I told the waitress what I was looking for and what I liked. The starters were full of flavor and the presentation was beautiful, still thinking about it the next day! The entrees were fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection and the side dishes were delicious. Great place to dine!

    Lobster was soggy, crab legs were not fresh, severely over priced and their steak had no taste, had to drown it with sauces for sale???? Their dessert however took it to a new level, totally would recommend their Berry Crumble, seemed so out of place with the other sub-par offerings. They were definitely overpriced....for value and taste...ambience was awesome, but food fell way short....

    Waited 15 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and the meal, prime rib, was cold and not cooked to my order.
