Not your average tea salon, Neverland Vancouver is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We also love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you.

For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. The idea is to have those with dietary restrictions not just feel included, but honoured for their differences. Eggs, diary, gluten? We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries.

Please note our patio is not heated or covered, if you book a patio seat and it rains please call to see if an indoor table is available, we do not guarantee indoor seating if booking outside.

    I visit Neverland every time I’m in town. They’re my favourite high tea place and I love that they offer gluten free and vegan options. I also love the bottomless tea, so I get to try different tea.

    Food was good. The savoury ones especially. The sweets are ok. My glass had lipstick mark on it. Server gladly changed it to a clean one. The servers are lacking warmth. The time slots were convenient. Cute decors.

    customer service one of the staff was poor, we finally got in and seat down, but didn't know how about the high top person on the weekend policy? so we couldn't order anything else, which was bad- then we saw the cake and sandwiches and was in shocked- your over charging for something this tiny? so we left and will cast bad review on mystery parent.

    Savoury foods were ok. Desserts and scones were delicious. Service was underwhelming - food came before tea, ice water only refilled when requested, no inquiries as to if our food was good or if we wanted more tea (a second waitress finally asked us about more tea). My first pot of tea was under steeped and almost tasteless. The second pot was over steeped so also disappointing. Overall, it was an ok experience but likely won’t be back.

    Food was great. Crispy croissants, lovely scones, fresh tarts. Flavours are good, portions are fair. However service was NONEXISTENT. Staff did not want to make eye contact, no periodically checking in on tea levels etc., when bottomless tea was a selling point. Noise level was high, and it’s not just from other customers. You can hear plates and pots banging in the background with no conscious effort to keep it down. I’d say for $40 it would have been great, at $50pp I’m expecting to not have to try and catch a staff while they were walking so I can have more tea. Even a casual meal at Cactus Club staff check in on drinks. If I want to have afternoon tea again I’d go to Fairmont or wait for TWG to reopen.

    The Spring menu was disappointing compared the our experience for the Mad Hatter. The savouries were not as flavourful as the previous High Tea we had. Small touches need addressing - one of our seat was scattered with crumbs (likely a child sat there prior) and the tea temperature could have been hotter. What was once a 5 star experience sadly has slipped to a 3/5.

    Nice ambiance, yet food quality went down from a few years ago. Not worth what you pay for, but my 84 years old mother in law was very happy to be there. That’s all matters. I don't have to go back there again.

    Great service, the servers came frequently enough and were very friendly. We had the spring high tea. Food was great! Each item was delicious, and as a whole it was the right amount and filling enough. Loved all the teas I tried (I ordered half pots so I could try a wider selection as there were so many great sounding ones!) Still think a little too pricey though. Would like it to be about 35-45 per head for more regular visits.

    The foid was perfectly prepared and plated. The tea choices were really fun to pick through. The food was so good and the tinkerbell tea was so cute and the perfect size for my daughter.

    Absolutely loved it! Very cute decor- the high tea was delicious, lots of food so arrive hungry! Lots of tea options and loved that they had vegetarian, dairy free and vegan options!! Will definitely go back!

    Exceptional! From the moment we were greeted this was a true delightful afternoon. 90 minutes is your pre-booked time at your table , and we enjoyed high tea for two with no rushing at all. The quality of the food was very good. It was really a nice treat to order half a pot of tea, and that way experience numerous different types of tea! Very wide choice of tea is available. We purchased two packets of tea afterward as they were that good! Can’t speak highly enough! Very much looking forward to going back again soon…

    I cannot believe how incompetent our waiter was at asserting the 90-minute limit on lunch seatings. Having been a waiter in my past, I know many ways to turn a table -- and telling guests every time you visit the table how much time they have left starting with the first time they sit down is NOT the way to do it. It's rude and insulting. The price-performance ratio on the food at Neverland is not high enough for that kind of treatment, so the splurge of a high tea will be somewhere else from now on.

    The food was okay, there was one server who came by multiple times to hurry us up to order. Even saying it is just the same just order. Even though I asked her to give us couple more minuets since it was our first visit. From the start, I was not very happy with her service and manners. I hope she has some patience with her customers.

    We came here for my wife’s birthday on our family vacation and it was our first time in Vancouver. The ambience was so nice, the server was so helpful and fun, the food, teas and presentation was amazing. It was really nice to just sit, eat and relax after doing several active activities. Really was a great time here.

    Neverland is my go to tea place. Disappointed by the service this time round. Server informed us that it was 1.5hr reservation. At the hour mark she reminded us again. Repeated this 3 more times. Made us anxious and checking our time constantly. She said it’s reserved back to back. Totally understand & happy they have the business. Server said she likes to get everything cleared up, so she ready for the next guests. Sadly, this was at the expense of us.

    Took my mom here for a belated Mother's Day celebration and I understand why Neverland is so booked up ahead of time! The service was impeccable, all the ladies are lovely, the ambience is absolutely adorable and the food and tea is delicious. Don't let the finger-food sizes fool you -- it is actually very filling and we ended up taking half of it home to snack on later! We will be back for sure.

    Neverland is such an amazing high tea salon. It is like being in a magical place where your stresses are completely relinquished! In a sense, you are returning to an adventurous & happy place in your childhood while you are here. Such a happy and fun place! The finger food is delicious and the servers are very gracious! Why would you not want to check our this gastronomical adventure for tea lovers! You just may see Tinker Bell flying over your tea!
