Not your average tea salon, Neverland Vancouver is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We also love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you.

For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries.

All children 12 and under, teens 15 & under, must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers allowed inside restaurant.

    We love Neverland Tea Salon because they give you a fantastic high tea experience. Beautifully furnished and decorated surroundings in a comfortable space. Impeccably presented and delicious tea sandwiches, sweets, and scones, and an extensive selection of teas from which to choose. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are available. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. A delightful afternoon. Also, I currently use a wheelchair and the building is level entry and fully accessible. A big plus!

    My partner and I went for mad hatter high tea and had the time of our lives we dressed for the occasion and got engaged! Chaya was our server and she was soo wonderful and made our experience even more magical! We’re from the Seattle area but we plan on coming back for the service alone! 10/10 recommend. The treats are so cute and the tea is phenomenal!

    Our Mad Hatter Tea Party was nothing short of magical!!! The place was absolutely ADORABLE and the food was amazing. The girls who worked there were very sweet and we took home the teas we drank because they were so good. Definitely recommend this experience. It was truly memorable and very special!

    Neverland Tea Salon exceeded my expectations! Not only are the food and tea offerings suuuuuuuper tasty, they also include a Gluten-free & Dairy-free option, a Vegetarian option, and a Gluten-free & Vegan option. One of my guests is Celiac and the Salon manager came to our table to ease our concern over cross-contamination, etc. It was such a validating experience! One of my guests uses a walker and requires assistance...the bathroom was large enough to accommodate us both with her walker and was very clean. The servers were all exceptional - they were very polite, knowledgeable, and charismatic. None of us could finish our food so we were given lovely little take-home boxes for our leftovers. I loved the experience from start to finish and will definitely go again!

    The food and tea were great. The 1 hour 30 minute time limit is perhaps a bit short. But even still, servers were bring bills and cleaning table at 1 hour 20 minutes in, which made us feel rushed. This is a shame since everthing else was great.

    Had a very nice high tea for our anniversary. Really comfortable ambiance, and food was delicious. They have amazing gluten free items: scones, sandwiches, cheesecake, brownies. Etc… will definitely come back

    Lovely visit for afternoon tea. We booked it the day before. Tried three types of tea each and were able to swap out one of the sandwiches that didn't appeal to us. Everything was delicious: the scones were perfect, flakey, and warm; the sweets were petite and perfect for two to three bites with good flavor and sweetness; the sandwiches were lovely albeit a little bland. Great service and lovely ambience.

    Great place to go with a friend. However, it is very expensive. The ambience was nice and the tea was sublime. Great place to go once. However, I don't believe I will return because of the price per person. The sandwiches were hit and miss. Some were delicious and others were not as appetizing. The desserts were all well done, as well as the scone. Overall, would recommend.

    Everything was really good. Service was a little lack lustre. We had to catch the attention of one of the 3 servers just to get a second pot of tea and there were only 2 other tables occupied at the time.

    Four of us went for afternoon tea and it was wonderful. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was great as well and we were able to pick different teas each time we got a refill. You will love this restaurant.

    Our service was not up to par. We had to ask for everything. For a 50$+ high tea experience, we were disappointed with many things . At first we were given a table in the back corner even though i specifically asked to have a good table as it was a special occasion. The girls who work there were super sweet but just not attentive to customers. We had to get up and ask them for clean plates for sweets after savoury, hot water, more tea cream for tea, the bill. We asked for everything. It wasn’t busy as only 3 tables total in restaurant. On a positive note, the scones were delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.

    The high tea was very enjoyable. We had booked in Naramata this weekend. Unfortunately with the fires and the equipment breakdown at the cottage, we pivoted and decided to go to the Broadway location. Also, with allergies the menu can accommodate us.

    Such fun themes! My friend and I both got High Tea, her the traditional and myself the dairy and gluten free and both were fantastic! Its not very often when you get GF baked goods and bread that can described as fluffy or rich. They also have vegan and vegetarian options for those of you with other allergies or preferences!

    We did feel a little rushed throughout our time there. The staff kept pushing us to order extra tea and 50 minutes in, told us we only had 30 minutes left. While I understand that the seating was for 90 minutes, there were lots of empty tables so the pushing wasn’t necessary. However, great food, nice ambiance, lovely collection of teas. I’ll go back

    Wonderful as always! My sister, nieces and I enjoyed our sitting and our high tea. Always interested in the new desserts with each season, though I wouldn’t mind seeing something new on the sandwiches menu portion of high tea. I understand there’s no lunch served on weekends, which is when we went, but being able to have that option for something a bit different would be nice as well.

    Great service. I excellent vibes. One dessert tasted a little old. The crust was soggy and crumbly and the top was starting to dry out. Aside from that one dessert. Perfect outing.

    The food was delicious, one of the pastries was a little stale but other than that it was very fresh and tasty, excellent choices tor a summer treat. The tea selection was also very good as always. I would definitely recommend it.

    I love Neverland for the food and tea, not for the experience. Came here for our anniversary, I assume they didn’t see the note as we were seated in one of the least appealing tables in the room and had minimal interaction with the staff aside from ordering and paying. Our server only became friendly when it was time to pay. I would suggest to the business to consider having all tables outfitted with comfortable chairs, as ours was a typical wooden chair without much padding. It became uncomfortable quickly. People to my left and right and behind were all sitting in antique cushioned chairs that look much more inviting. Definitely request a table with those chairs beforehand. I will hesitate to book here for another special occasion as the cost now doesn’t justify the overall experience.

    Although I had a lovely catch-up with a girlfriend, when I compare Neverland to other high teas - it could be improved upon. Decor and staff and food were good. On the not so positive side there was an adult alternative music selection (from Nirvana to John Mayer) playing a bit too loud…just not the right place for it, and the teeniest pot of cream for scones to share (whatever size you are imagining- it was smaller). In particular the music would be something to keep in mind if you are hoping for a serene afternoon tea….

    I took my Friend for her birthday and it was a lot of fun! The decor was fun and the tea selection was great; I got to try two teas. The food was delish and fresh. The service was great and we didn’t have to wait long for refills.

    I've always had amazing experiences here but the price has gone up a lot recently and my party waited over 30 minutes for a tea refill even though it wasn't that busy. I also made a reservation stating that it was my birthday and they didn't acknowledge it until we were paying.
