   I ordered the filet mignon, medium. It came out raw. I sent it back, it then came back burnt on the outside and still raw in the center. I told the server (Stephanie, who was great btw!!) and then they tried charging me for it.

   Excellent restaurant to go with the family but also very romantic ambience for a date. Service was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful and also the view to the golf course. Food was delicious, loved the Grilled Chicken teriyaki with sautéed vegetables, the filet mignon delicious also. The appetizers weren’t my favorite nor the desserts. But it’s definitely a place we will visit again.

   Use to be our favorite - not anymore. They eliminated key dishes from the menu and the staff now has no idea how to serve customers or even know their limited menu. Extremely disappointed.

   We arrived early before our reservation to have a drink at the bar. Upon waiting 15 mins to be served, we were told we could just find a table. At the time of our reservation, we again waited 30+ mins to be seated at our table (reserved for 9pm). Stood at front of house without any service. There did not appear to be any member of staff willing to act as Maitre D and left guests feeling embarrassed and unwanted stood at the front of the restaurant. The food was nothing else but poor; the mashed potato was undercooked and for that reason, very lumpy. The steak was also undercooked (albeit a generous portion). We were more concerned about fellow diners. One couple that was sat ahead of us hadn't received more than water before our food arrived. The couple sat after us received the wrong food order twice, leaving the wife in tears on their Valentine's Day meal. You should be conscious that the restaurant is open-plan and customers were aware of what was going on around them. I was informed that whilst 6 people were waiting to be sat, the 'owners' family were sat. This is understandable, although they appeared completely ignorant of the problems. Utterly disappointing for Valentine's Day and was unfortunate that the restaurant was unapologetic about the food or the service, assumedly because many of the customers are visitors/tourists who offer very little (if any) repeat business.

    Great meal. I had the shrimp scampi that came with mamposteo, my wife had the rib eye which was also good. Service was good. Indoor was a bit cold, so we chose outdoor dining. Caught a little rain but nothing unmanageable. Overall comes recommended

    They didn’t have a lot of the things that we actually wanted. Barely didn’t have anything kept coming to our table telling us it was out even a steak. But the food we wind up getting was very tasteful

    First time in the restaurant. Wine selected not available but the host inform us about the shortage. First selected main dish wasn’t available, had to change. We order two different cuts of meat, we were very clear about the term of the meat because my wife and I like different terms. I order medium rare and mi wife medium. I got my meat medium well and my wife rare. Service was good and also the restaurant and the ambience.

    Excellent menu! Very good ambience. Kind of slow in the service. But they got better in time. If you want quality in the meat, this is the place to visit in Dorado. Always have a good time.

    I travel to the area on business about every 3-4 months and stay at the same hotel, conveniently located across the road from NY Steakhouse. The menu has decent selections and all the food I’ve had has been wonderful! The steaks cooked to perfection and the seafood was just as good! The drinks are well made, overall a great experience- which is why I was so disappointed last night when I had to leave before getting my appetizer. You may not agree with me, but I am tired of hearing other peoples telephone conversations- I don’t want to hear someone yelling at a video call and having the screeching noise of the phone. Yet, I’m the one who is rude?! So, i decided to leave.

    Food good, service OK. We had a burger, short ribs over risotto, shrimps and risotto, fried calamari and tuna tartare; the only dud was the calamari (tough and dry). Waiter needed a few reminders. I expect the place to improve with time.
