We've ordered from Nic & Norman's for delivery a handful of times but tonight for Mother's Day was our first in house experience. Wonderful ambiance, great staff, and some of the best food!

Overall we had a really nice time for our Mother’s Day dinner. Had the brisket nachos and mozzarella cheese for our appetizers . I had the pepperoni flatbread, my husband had the buffalo chicken flatbread, my youngest son had the classic cheese burger and our older son had a steak. Everyone was very happy with their meal, except our order son who said his steak was a little undercooked and bland, but okay with some steak sauce. Everything else was spot on! We will definitely be back. Bartender was very helpful. Waitress was very friendly and on top of things.

It was not a full house, and maybe they were down servers; however, our server was not real attentive and forgot a lot. Nice guy, but not very attentive.

My first time there. I was presented with a rose. It was mother's day bunch for me. The breakfast, the way my eggs and toast was prepared took me back to my childhood sitting at my grandmother's table. How fitting for mother's day. Katie was our server. Attentive excellent service. The manager chased me down the street to give me my bag I left. To many mimosas I suppose. Cool laid back atmosphere. I will definitely go back

Our party of 4 was seated and after 15 minutes I had to ask where are server was as no one had been to our table. The hostess stand was literally right next to us and they can see what is going on, or lack of, not going on. When our server finally came he even admitted the servers had no clue who was covering our table. Our food took forever to come out and our drinks were wrong. My husband's pork shank was cold and partly raw - it was gray, my food was cold and potatoes weren't cooked through, still crunchy, both or our friend's meal were also cold. No manager presence at all! No one came out to talk to us about how bad everything was. Horrible experience! NEVER EAT HERE!

The food wasn’t very tasty. I had the pepperoni flat bread, it was very bland. Someone else had the pork sliders, she said they were “ok”. Someone else had the brisket nachos. They were actually pretty good and so were the sidewinder French fries. The drinks were mediocre. The service was lousy. The food did come out pretty fast, that was a plus

The drinks were very well balanced and our server was very nice and knowledgeable. We took his recommendation of the chicken pot pie entre and my husband (who is hard to please) loved it. In fact, he was still talking about it this morning! my granddaughter got a bison burger for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back again soon.

Our service was incredibly slow with servers standing around. Went early to get in and out, but the burgers ordered medium well came out almost raw and when sent back took almost 20 min to be brought back out. No apologies or manager stop in. We have dined here several times when visiting Lexington but after today I am not sure we will be returning. Very disappointing .

Decent food, good ambience. Drinks were good and food fresh. Had the classic burger and it was yummy. Daughter said Mac n cheese needed a little seasoning and husband said same about chicken sandwich. We’re looking for easy dinner after college tour and it met needs but wouldn’t go out of way for it.

Got an open table email where the restaurant said we didn’t show. Open table has corrected. But I have my receipt for dinner and a shirt I bought. We have previously been to the one in Senoia but was passing thru and wanted to check out the new location. Not sure why they said we were a no show as we checked in at host stand and they had my name. Otherwise food and service was good.

Had a great time and everyone’s food was delicious. Pickle fries were a favorite appetizer. Staff was friendly and they were very accommodating as I kept having to add people to the reservation. Large portions - no one went hungry!

Nic and Norman’s is a nice place with great food, service, ambiance and value for the money. We had the pork shank and lamb burger. Both tasted awesome. I suggest you make reservations if there is anything going on downtown. It filled up quickly after we arrived at 5:30.

Even with a reservation, we waited about 15 minutes for a table. The hostess was less than friendly -looking like she would rather be anywhere but there. The waiter was VERY friendly and did a great job. My husband order the pot pie - it was cold. I had the buffalo chicken flatbread and the chicken was VERY dry - the buffalo sauce was delicious. It is unlikely we will be back anytime soon.

We drove in from Cleveland for a weekend getaway. Nic and normans was on our list because..walking dead fan here! The service was good but the hostess kind of looked crabby. We got the pork bites and those were yummy! My husband got the fried chicken pot pie and I got the steak medallions. His food was amazing but mine had zero flavor. Was cooked perfectly but zero flavor. In general we had a great time and our server was awesome

Early 5 pm reservation with friends before concert. Pros: Waiter was friendly and efficient. Service was quick. Sweet potato fries were yummy. Window table was nice. Cocktails were interesting, but were watered down to the amount of ice used. Cons: Hostess was not hospitable. She did not speak and did not even attempt a smile. Lamb burger was enjoyed. More tzatziki sauce would have been welcomed. Fried chicken pot pie was not warm. Decided to just eat it b/c we were short on time. Burger was okay. Expected much more flavor from the proprietary blend of ground chuck, short rib and brisket. Brisket flatbread was more crust than toppings. Toppings were good.

We thought Mercedes at the bar did a great job and was very personable. We had made a reservation for our anniversary and were a bit disappointed that we were given less than a half a table to sit at, so we decided to go the bar and sit as it was way more comfortable than the half a table, in the aisle and next to the serving spot in the bar. Other than that, we were glad to have Mercedes as our bartender...drinks were great and food was good too.
