   If you like pizzas, you'll like Nicli's. Pizzas are good sizes and easily shareable. Fresh and cooked to perfection. Only thing I'd do different is add some additional spices to open up the flavours a little bit more - a bit bland for my taste which can be balanced some with the chili oil that they serve! The Tiramisu is outstanding so don't miss it - they do run out of it, it's that good.

   This is one of my favourite pizza places. Actually my favourite pizza place but haven’t been for quite a while. Sadly, I was disappointed. The waiters took at least 15 min to take our order or even ask us our drink request. To add, we had a reservation and the place wasn’t full. We had to call them over to us to order our main. We shared a delicious pasta to start and had each a pizza after. Unlike my previous experiences, the pizza was very wet on the bottom. It made the thin crust very saggy and hard to cut. We had to call them over once again to ask for another drink and fork. At the end I asked for an Affogato, which they said they had. Instead of a vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso. They gave me a full espresso and dropped in the middle was a little bit of ice cream which was melted. I haven’t been to this location in over a year. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning.

   The ambiance was nice but we waited over an hour for our food with barely any service throughout our dining experience. The pizza was ok but not worth the price compared to other options available in the city.

   Food was cold, and didn’t like the taste. My food was put on someone’s else table and they returned it back to me without my consent. Not a friendly environment.

    The food was great, as usual, but they service was not. The servers seemed indifferent to us and did not approach us to seat us or take our orders. It’s a shame because we love Nicli, but some of our party are suggesting a different venue for our next meet-up based purely on service.

    A couple of small problems. When we got there the music was so loud we pretty much had to shout, but the staff turned it down immediately upon request. Then they got my colleague’s order wrong and it took a while to get the right meal. Fortunately we could split the other order while they were redoing his. Otherwise, really good food, value, ambience. Friendly staff. Would go again.

    We had a lovely dinner at Nicili. The atmosphere was lovely. My only hesitation for a 4.5/5 star would be that they forgot two parts of our order. We didn't bother saying anything as it wasn't super important. It was adding chicken to a pasta dish and a pizza to go.

    My family and I ate here while we were in Vancouver on vacation from the US and the food was extremely tasty! The pizza resembles authentic Italian pizzas that we ate in Rome! Very yummy and cute restaurant.

    Room is small and music was 80's bad and very loud. Salads were excellent and pizza's were ok but nothing special. Service was good but again just enough to get the job done. The biggest issue was the staff from the servers to the people working in the open kitchen were all just doing their jobs...nobody seemed to be having a good time and the vibe was non existent. After we paid the bill we just got up and left without anyone even acknowledging we were there. Really wanted to like this place but won't be back.

    The manager on duty, John, is amazing. He's happy; he's outgoing; he's friendly - it truly makes all the difference when you are a diner in a restaurant. He was attentive during the busy lunch rush, and ensured everyone was looked after.

    Warm and friendly atmosphere. Gracious welcome despite being 15 minutes late. Salad was crisp and fresh and a very generous portion. Delicious salami and mushroom pizza. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

    No flavour in shortrib pasta..asked for some sauce for some flavour to have somethong edible to eat..and server brought it over cold. The mushroom pasta was ok. When looking for waitress or someone to address it was too . 1/2 Pizzas not cooked right and soggy. With the exception of warm olives and yummy drinks Don't go...this place went downhill.

    The servers were very friendly, accommodating and quick. When i asked what a good dry white wine was on the menu, the server offered a little free tasting with generous amounts of wine. The pizzas were good but a little cold. And the music was too loud for my liking.

    Service was excellent. Pasta dishes were pretty good - a bit dry though. But the 80's classic rock music was way too loud - had trouble hearing our table talk.
