Great pasta, Carbonara was lovely and the Octavia salad (Ceasar ) was excellent. My partners pizza was not up to their usual standards, it was actually a little undercooked I think. It’s a noisy place which is ok but not relaxing, kind of fun. They seemed understaffed but the sevice was good nevertheless. A good evening all in all. My Negroni was excellent.

Lovely Place to eat in Edgemont Village. Food is delicious Camparelle Pasta very tasty. My friend had spaghetti and meatball which he really enjoyed. He followed it up with cheesecake and I had ice cream with fragapani syrup. All delicious. Lovely lunch.

Food is outstanding, try the warm olives. They also have a local North Van lager that is very good. Had the Octavian salad and the Diavola pizza - both excellent.

There is no lunch menu - what you pay for dinner is what you pay for lunch - unless you go at happy hour. Wrong pasta dish was delivered. Service initially was fine and we were slow to order - however once food was ordered it took forever to come and wrong pasta order was placed with kitchen. My son had to wait another 20 minutes. Had to wave down server for the bill.

I always love Nicli Antico. Great staff and great pizzas. And the salads are amazingly good one of these days I’ll have to try the pasta but how can I when the pizzas are so good?

If you like pizzas, you'll like Nicli's. Pizzas are good sizes and easily shareable. Fresh and cooked to perfection. Only thing I'd do different is add some additional spices to open up the flavours a little bit more - a bit bland for my taste which can be balanced some with the chili oil that they serve! The Tiramisu is outstanding so don't miss it - they do run out of it, it's that good.

This is one of my favourite pizza places. Actually my favourite pizza place but haven’t been for quite a while. Sadly, I was disappointed. The waiters took at least 15 min to take our order or even ask us our drink request. To add, we had a reservation and the place wasn’t full. We had to call them over to us to order our main. We shared a delicious pasta to start and had each a pizza after. Unlike my previous experiences, the pizza was very wet on the bottom. It made the thin crust very saggy and hard to cut. We had to call them over once again to ask for another drink and fork. At the end I asked for an Affogato, which they said they had. Instead of a vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso. They gave me a full espresso and dropped in the middle was a little bit of ice cream which was melted. I haven’t been to this location in over a year. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning.

The food was great, as usual, but they service was not. The servers seemed indifferent to us and did not approach us to seat us or take our orders. It’s a shame because we love Nicli, but some of our party are suggesting a different venue for our next meet-up based purely on service.

A couple of small problems. When we got there the music was so loud we pretty much had to shout, but the staff turned it down immediately upon request. Then they got my colleague’s order wrong and it took a while to get the right meal. Fortunately we could split the other order while they were redoing his. Otherwise, really good food, value, ambience. Friendly staff. Would go again.
