This is our third time here and the food seems to be consistently GOOD, but portions VARY w EACH visit. (this time rec'd much less food). I had made reservations a few weeks back, the place was pretty empty at 5pm w 3 hibachi tables open. They tried to seat us Four adults w a family of 5 screaming kids at the table. Its stuff like this that will make them loose regular customers. I asked if we could sit at another table, we waited (which is fine), but isnt that common sense NOT to crowd 4 adults into a table w very LOUD small children/toddlers? we did enjoy our meal, one table over, (and glad we asked for the move, as that original table was VERRRY loud! Food was very good. but we did notice that there was half the amount filet mignon than what we usually get here!

This was our second time here and we really enjoyed our dinner! We were celebrating two 21st birthdays for my daughter & her best friend! There were 5 of us total. The food was well cooked. Chief was entertaining but not annoying . ( I hate when they try to throw food at grown adults!) will definitely be back. Food is plentiful and very tasty. Great spot!

EXCELLENT dinner at this first time NEW restaurant. Food was delicious, service was very attentive and prompt. Chef was entertaining, without going crazy. Food was delicious, filet mignon, scallops, shrimp, scallops, and noodles and even soup & salad were all wonderful and very filling! (took rest of meal home for tomorrows lunch!) YUMM! Already planning to go back for more celebrations!. Just soooo HAPPY this place moved into our area after losing our favorite Hibachi place a year ago! We wish them MUCH success! This Place was beautifully decorated, I like the smaller hibachi rooms made it more intimate feeling. The bar area looked comfortable, as did the non- hibachi dining tables near the front of restaurant. Just a WONDERFUL atmosphere, EXCELLENT food, and just so happy w the service as a whole!! SPREAD the word! GO eat here!!! You will LOVE IT!!!

I love hibachi and Nikkos did not disappoint. I had the filet mignon and lobster and it was fantastic! The chef was fun and engaging. The lychee martini and sake were delish! The bar area is sleek and the happy hour menu looked promising. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the sushi!

Had the hibachi with chicken. We asked for no veggies, so the chef gave us extra rice, chicken and noodles. Way too much food for one person, so we wrapped it to go and had it for dinner the following night.

This has to be the best hibachi restaurant I have ever been to. The food is delicious, the drinks are great, the service is excellent and the location is perfect. My favorite drink is the lychee martini and they always make it great. For the happy hour they have a variety of drinks to choose from all for awesome prices. If you haven't been to this restaurant please check it out you will not regret it!!

Group of 7 on Mother's day.... had great time. Didn't have any sushi, but hibachi dinners were all tasty. Service was pleasant and the chef was very entertaining. Had 545 reservations but were seated at 600. Will return again, recommend as well

The food was good and server friendly. However, I had told them it was my daughter's birthday both on the reservation and a server and they forgot and didn't do any celebration. :(.Also, my table wasn't cleared before they served desert and the service post-main meal was VERY slow.

Great hibachi spot in the Westchester area. The food was delicious and the customer service was impeccable. They also have happy hour from 4-7pm at the bar with fantastic drink options. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great place to experience a hibachi meal. We thought that the servers were very attentive and accommodating. Overall the meal was rather quick from start to finish. The portions are generous for the price.

The newly renovated restaurant was beautiful. The sushi was good and beautifully presented. Management was very accommodating and pleasant. Our waitress, Tina, was one of the worst servers I had ever experienced. She was rude- we had to ask her repeatedly to take our order, avoiding checking on our table, no "you're welcome" or anything that resembled common courtesy. The only thing she was fast about was giving us the check.

The service was non-existent. There is also a very clear language barrier. The waitress had to grab the manager to understand simple orders, and they still came out incorrectly. Patience is needed when eating here and you have to ask for even water refills or anything you may need. Don't expect them to ask you.
