The food and service was excellent. We will return. Timothy was our server and he was superb.
Good food and fun service. There was a disconnect between what was on their website and what was the reality in terms of half price happy hour food items. Our server said she would pass it along to the web people.
Great service and food choices - the Father's Day special was awesome and should be permanent on the menu - thanks.
Went on Father’s Day and found that we could only order from a special brunch menu. So our choices were very limited. Ordered eggs crab Benedict and nothing else came with it. Tasted good for what my husband received but for the price, it did not match expectations from a high end restaurant. The shrimp po boy was ok but fries could have been better and hotter.
Delicious Food and Wonderful Service. We had a very nice Father's Day Brunch!
Love love this place! Great food and service always.
Thanks Moya - Hope you and the family had a great time! Congrats on your new position!
I’m it’s great
Food was excellent and reasonably priced! The lump crab was just that! Delicious! The fried oysters were lightly breaded and cooked perfect. Great wine selection too!
Great Service. Excellent food. We were celebrating a special occasion, and were very happy with the entire experience. I look forward to going again soon.
I am a stickler for customer service and a clean surrounding. I loved the customer service, the food was amazing and finally I experienced a clean environment.
The meal itself was fine. My grouper had bones in it, the calamari had more fried little pieces then actual calamari. The biggest issues was they advertise a lobster dinner, however they ran out of lobsters by 7:45 on a Saturday?! The restaurant was half empty too! This was extremely disappointing. This was the main reason we went. The waitress never offered us bread when other tables had. Then, they brought my credit card back bc they couldn’t run it, then my wife’s, wouldn’t work, (we just used it 2 hours before across the street) then I gave a back up card and that didn’t work, finally 25 minutes later they said the Visa lines were down. So we had to wait an extremely long time, wound up using a card I never use all because their machines didn’t work. The food was good, nothing amazing, but good, but the experience was the worst I’ve had in ten years. The manager never apologized, he wasn’t there at the end of the night 9:00 during the credit card issue, was too busy entertaining his son who was sitting at the bar section eating. I have already told numerous people about this disaster and will absolutely never go there again. This place is another one that will be closed in a year.
It is reviews like this that make the restaurant business so challenging. Justin, while we do sell a lot of lobsters, as we mentioned to you, this was the first time that we actually ran out of lobsters. We apologized and offered you two lobster tails instead, which your wife happily accepted. The storm did knock out our processing for a bit. I hope you enjoyed the extra lobster & complimentary dessert that we sent out, and hope that you will change your mind and give us another try.
Would recommend for special occasion but too expensive and not enough food for money.
I had the lobster special. What a wonderful treat!
Always great to see you and look forward to seeing you again.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our 15th anniversary. The owner, Cliff, greeted us and the rest of the evening was perfect from there on. The food was great, the wine list gave us a great variety of choices from the half bottle of champagne, Perrier Jouet, to some great bottle options. The Ramey Chardonnay was perfect with the our entrees, the Scallops and Halibut. Service was top notch, Michael gave the perfect level of service of engagement without being obtrusive. I highly recommend coming here for a great evening!
Thanks Jeff - Hope you had a great night!
Crab dip is served cold. Steak was ok. Salmon was dry.
Will recommend to all our friends. Food, service, ambience all excellent! Kudos to Mr Carl
Thanks James, Hope to see you for Happy Hour.
Amazing experience! Julian was a fantastic server, very knowledgeable and with impeccable manners. Extremely personable, as well! Food was divine, atmosphere was elegant and relaxing; peaceful. Thank you for a special evening!
We celebrated our daughter's graduation with her friends and family. Noble Fin had something for everybody and we really enjoyed our variety of adult drinls. It is a great restaurant to have so close to Chamblee where we kive.
Noble Fin is our go to place for this area. Always great seafood fares with nice specials that keeps options open. The rolls and butter served before meal is freshly baked and addictive like crack. Everything is good. Must save room for the English toffee cake.
Started out great with happy hour oysters that were excellent, bar staff was helpful , attentive and friendly. The actual meal however took a hit. Although my scallops were Devine, my wife ordered the 6 oz filet which was coolly perfectly medium rare. Unfortunately, it was Waaaay over-seasoned and uneatable. The staff and chef came to the table to apologizes. I was grateful. The manager offered a gift card to come back but did not follow through. We left with nothing and my wife left hungry. Crap dip was exceptional by the way! My wife will never go back. Bad follow through cost them a new patron.
Thanks for your feedback. We apologize for your overseasoned steak. It seems that we did apologize and went to the table, and our staff cared a lot however we failed to get your information to get a gift card to you. Since your name is not shown or know here, we would love to have you send your email and address to us so that we can send out a nice gift card to help on your next visit. We look forward to hearing form you.
The service was excellent and my husband and I enjoyed our meal. However, the whole Maine lobster I ordered was very salty, and so were the potatoes, which otherwise would have been delicious. Although the lobster dinner special was a good value, their pricing is a bit over-the-top.
Thank you for your feedback and we hope that you had a great birthday
Food was good but the service requires a lot improvement!
Great local restaurant with incredible seafood. Very nicely designed and the owner and staff are always welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant for either a business lunch or a night out.
Thanks Chris. We hope to see you for a corporate lunch or dinner.
Noble Fin has great service, fresh food and nice cocktail options. We always take friends here.
Food is very good but on pricey side especially for glass of wine
Meh. Loooooong wait for food. Yes- it was mother's day but that didn't seem to affect the surrounding tables. Food was just mediocre as well.
Thanks for your feedback. Mother's Day was a tough one and it is difficult to review a restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year. Please accept our apologies and we hope that you will give us another shot on a slower meal period.
Is this even a seafood restaurant? After a disappointing experience shortly after this restaurant opened, we decided to try again on Mother’s Day. We selected this restaurant, in part, because one of our party is prepping for a competition, and fish (with the exception of salmon) is one of the few things she can eat. Should be a slam dunk, right? The only fish on the menu was salmon. Shellfish, but no other actual fish of any kind. With a name like Noble Fin, shouldn’t there be several fish options?
OK, so do you have chicken? No, not today... um, but what about the Chicken Caesar? Oh, that’s fried. We got up to leave, and suddenly, they were able to make grilled chicken. Two others in our party had the salmon - plain, bland and undercooked. Service lackluster and unenthusiastic. Too bad, because the area needs a great fish restaurant. Sadly, Noble Fin is not it. Will not return.
Please accept our apologies for your Mother's Day brunch experience. You are correct to say that the menu was limited yesterday, because it was a "limited Mother's Day" menu. We have plenty of fish and steaks on our daily dinner menu which includes Salmon, Grouper, Shrimp, Halibut as well as five different steaks. Mother's Day is a tough day to judge a restaurant and we hope that you will give us another opportunity to show you why our guests become repeat guests. Thank you.
Mother’s Day was very busy and I believe this affected the food quality. Still one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Having to write 50 words makes this not worthwhile for me so this may be my last review. Bad form to require this. Not the restaurant’s issue but Open Table. Definitely my last review.
Lobsters were enormous - came steaming hot to our table!!
Thanks for your feedback. We hope to keep the lobsters arriving at tables as long as they keep growing in the ocean.
Absolutely loved it! Wonderful time with our family, and great food.
Thank you LuAnn. We hope to see you for a happy hour or two at the bar.
We’ve been before and enjoyed the Noble Fin. Mother’s Day was a different experience. I think they were overwhelmed. Service was congenial but slow. 45 minutes for drinks. Appetizers were flush with fillers but short on content. My Mom’s salmon was overdone. They did comp a dessert for this. My dessert was scant and underwhelming. For premium pricing, disappointing.
Unseasoned food, cold tough lobster, no substitutions or modifications like a side of scrambled eggs or bacon when both are clearly on the menu in other dishes.
Chzlvr, Thank you for the feedback. Mother's Day brunch is one of the busiest restaurant days of the year. Our brunch menu is definitely set and we try to make all happy, but we definitely do not do eggs to order, and we are sorry for that. We did do everything we could to please you and we hope to see you on a slower day. We will review this information with the kitchen.
Excellent Mother's Day Brunch. At our table we had the shrimp and grits, Maryland Crab and poached eggs, shrimp po boy, clam chowder and shrimp cocktail. All delicious. Bloody Mary's and wine great too.
Seated 20 minutes late. Incredibly rude person working out front. Smirked and laughed at my complaint about late seating.
Soup without a spoon, cold lobster, lobster without butter, waited an hour after ordering food, dessert got sold out
This is our second time to this restaurant. Service has fallen off from the first time we were there. We waited unattended at our table for a fair amount of time before a waiter from another set of tables came by to take our wine and appetizer order. Our scheduled waiter showed up later and excused his tardiness getting to us. When our oyster appetizer showed up there was no horseradish in the tray, and the crackers were brought a few minutes after we started. We opted for the lobster dinner special and again service was weak. The clam chowder was brought to the table without soup spoons. The lobster looked good on the plate as it was a whole Maine lobster but the shell was not cracked either on the tail or claws which, depending on your point of view, either enhances or hinders the enjoyment of the lobster as a fair amount of work is required. When it came to dessert our first choice had run out before it got to us and we were limited to the other choice. Overall, the food was good, the service was weak. Disappointing and I hope this was just a bad day at the restaurant.
Great place, love the oysters. Good value. Will come again definitely.
We celebrated a "new job" with family members. The experience was special to all. The crabcake was exceptionally delicious!
