Food was exceptional. Service was exceptional. Food delivery to table was timed perfectly. Highly recommended.
Waiter was friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent. Not to fussy on the tiramisu creme brûlée. Prefer the traditional creme brûlée. All in all was a special dinner for a special occasion; my daughters bday. Thanks
The food, visually and taste were exquisite! The only critique I have, is that the short rib dinner I ordered, needed more greens or vegetables. It was a large piece of meat and there wasn't enough sides to offset the hardiness of the meat. I know this may be subjective, but it is my review? All in all a perfect meal and I will definitely return!
Na it was tea not dinner. I brought guests from out of town. Two four year olds for their first tea
The atmosphere was quite nice with the table by the window. The winter menu was limited as expected and the food was very good.
We very much enjoyed all the meals we had there - the experience was wonderful!
Victoria our hostess was simply awesome & outstanding. She went above & beyond to make us so comfortable, gave us such a memorable & lifetime experience. Keep it up Victoria. Cheers!
Loving experience. Fabulicious Prefixed Menu was a great value and the food was delicious!
The soup was good. The main course defied believe. Cold. Paper thin cheese runny egg and hard rock bacon. Please!!!
And no choice on dessert.
The food was amazing. Each course was perfect. I can’t say enough about how delicious it was. Our server was wonderful (sadly I have forgotten his name) I enjoyed everything about our evening from start to finishing with a drink in the bar every step was perfect.
Fantastic food and service! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The 3 course meal was delicious!
Beautiful location, outstanding ambiance. Gerard and all other servers were outstanding. Personable service, great humour and warmth made the celebration with my daughter all the more special. Modifications and knowledge for Vegan options was amazing. Great evening!!
We loved the Victorian charm of the Noble restaurant located inside the Prince of Wales hotel. We were seated in a section of the restaurant with plenty of natural light, although we felt a bit out in the open in the centre of the room as there were two other tables fairly close to us and a bit of a busy spot for servers. We started with the Oven Warmed Cheese and the server offered to bring extra bread since three of us were sharing. The pickled vegetables and jam were delicious. Our mains were the Haddock and Chips which was outstanding! Flaky with a crispy but light beer batter and a very generous portion. The Sirloin and Mushroom Pie was very tasty and was a decent portion for lunch with a choice of salad or fries. The salad kept it light. One guest had the Steak Burger and Fries, extra fee for cheese and bacon, he found it filling and tasty. They forgot the bacon which we advised the server who apologized and offered to bring some but half the burger had already been eaten so she simply removed it from the bill. One vegetarian guest chose the Harvest Bowl. There is the option to add chicken or salmon. Once again a generous portion. The server was attentive without being overbearing. We treated ourselves to dessert. The vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter fudge cake was delicious and the favourite among the three. The lemon and Elderflower cake was ok and the Tiramisu Creme Brûlée was tasty if you like coffee. Overall a positive dining experience, but you are definitely paying for the ambiance! Not a cheap lunch, but would definitely go back for the Haddock and Chips.
Beautiful place, good service. The food was good not great. Over priced for what it was.
Great overall experience. Although we were there to celebrate Valentines Day, we decided to order from the general menu although I’m sure either would have been good. The food was delicious; we also received a sampling of a new appetizer which was interesting. The service was very prompt but did not rush us. The server Kathi was very attentive and ready to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back
We have been to Noble on several occasions and totally enjoy the atmosphere, the food and the service, this is a place where one can sit and enjoy a meal while being full relaxed, the staff is very friendly and fully capable of answering questions about the menu, if you need something special they can help, if you want white table cloth service, great food and all for a reasonable price then the Noble is for you. Just an all around great place to have dinner or celebrate any occasion.
Expensive AND amazing!!!!
Very good food.
The food and the service were excellent. I would prefer that the champagne was next to our table, but the waiters tried her best to keep our glasses topped up.
The ambiance at Noble is quiet elegance. Sitting next to a window overlooking Simcoe Park across the street in the winter is one of the great pleasures of life in Niagara. The service was attentive and never pushy, with our server Page being the epitome of quiet efficiency. The food, while not inexpensive, is well presented and excellent quality. That's what you are here for - quality not quantity anyways. The room was pleasantly quiet during our Friday lunch so no issues there. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch experience.
Food was excellent, atmosphere was really good but the service wasn’t the greatest. But thanks to George the manager he fixed everything and made the service excellent.
Our server was fantastic. He was very accommodating and moved us to a window seat when one came available. He was very professional and knew his stuff! The food was okay. My sole was done very well but my husbands bison rib eye was very fatty and not done to his liking. I was also disappointed that you could not substitute dishes in the tasting menu. I would of loved to have done the tasting menu with the wine pairing but I don't enjoy red meat. I would try this restaurant again to give it another shot but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
Stayed at the hotel for the weekend and dined here for Breakfast and Lunch. Service was excellent and the food was amazing!!
I think our server was Evelyn? (can't be sure of her name), she was lovely, and the hostess at the front who sat us was also lovely (it made for a pleasant and enjoyable evening)
Everything was lovely and delicious! Can’t wait to go back.
Everything was great! Very good place in a historic part of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Quet, tasty, best service.
We will come more.
Great afternoon tea service. Lovely decor.
The New Year’s Eve menu was excellent. The chef accommodated our dietary issues, the wait staff was professional yet personable. And the breakfast menu was very good, with reasonable prices.
Beautiful ambience good food and excellent service. Will definitely return to try the lunch menu. Breakfast is a definite
Winner, and they are open early.
Service staff were pleasant and tried to make up for the late food. But we did have to wait very long after ordering, over an hour. We kept getting bread and water, and an apology from our server. We were not in a hurry, but after a while the delay become long and we started talking about it. The dining room was not full when we came, even though we were only give an 8:30 time slot for the 5 of us. It was apparent we could have come earlier. In a dining room of this quality and expense, we did expect more.
We went with great anticipation after having a great meal at the Cannery restaurant, unfortunately the food and value did not compare.
The steak was very fatty and tough. The potato cake was burnt to the point it crumbled apart. The pasta sauce tasted like it came directly from a can.
Beyond over priced for the incredibly poor quality of food we received.
Great ambiance and setting. We were welcomed when we arrived. Our waiter was outstanding and clearly explained our choices, the meals and the wine list. We never felt rushed but were served when it felt right. The meals were well presented and lived up to their billing. It was a wonderful experience and one we would recommend.
Phenomenal meal, exquisite preparation in an intimate atmosphere.
It’s a beautiful restaurant, the servers are really kind and nice, food was awesome, the only thing missing is more options on the menu
Went for 11 am breakfast before a Shaw show. Food was abundant and hot! Only one other couple in restaurant so the ambience was lacking in that it felt a bit dead. One week before Christmas I thought it would be a bustle of activity. Room was decorated beautifully.
Server was very good and made every effort to provide service of a high standard. The room was quite cold. Out entrance doors held wide open and every time some opened inner doors it was draft and cold. Reception said they could do nothing about it but that people in the tea room across the hall were complaining it was cold in the afternoon. Menu is limited but fine. Dinners are over priced
Holiday Inn show at the Shaw festival theatre
The food was awful and sad for a birthday celebration.
What a fabulous experience. Our main courses, Dover Sole, were wonderful. The wait staff Frank, was very attentive and the Sommelier Fred - was superb. A very memorable evening. Thank you.
Nobel has been one of our favorite special occasion restaurants, and it never disappoints. This last visit we both had the tasting menu, which was recently re-introduced, and it was superb. The service was perfect, the food was outstanding, and we appreciate the quiet, sedate atmosphere and unhurried pace. Thanks for another memorable meal.
