   Overall, had a lovely dinner. All staff were excellent, couldn’t ask for better. My only negative comment is regarding the artwork in the dining room. I found looking at dead fish on the wall, rather off putting. Why wouldn’t you either stick to them theme throughout, or have local areas depicted?

   Visited for lunch in May 2023 on a Sunday at 1pm. Noble was not busy. Food and service was ok. Portions large. Value good. However the food was not great - could have been what we ordered. Food is fairly priced for the location but the drinks are expensive. To make a reservation on OpenTable is easy - but to modify the reservation is a nightmare. I could not change it on OpenTable so I had to call. I left numerous phone messages and an email and no one returned my call. Finally someone answered the phone and I was able to change my reservation after 10 minutes on hold. Regardless - I would go back and would recommend you stop in for lunch!

   The entire experience was awesome. The wait staff, Kathi, Bill, and Reid took excellent care of us and met our every need. Everything we picked to eat was outstanding. From appetizers, to main courses, to desserts, each item was properly prepared and served. We will definitely be back for more!

   Took a chance on a dish and it was poorly executed and not fit to be served. We ate most of it and figured if they could not get it right the first time, there was no point in sending it back for a do over. Will never go back.

   Truly an amazing experience. Classy and decadent dinning experience. Food was beyond our expectations. Definitely a tier 1 professional shef that cooked our meals to perfection. Quality, portion size, and presentation was above gourmet quality. Hotel staff and accommodations were Excellent. Definitely a top pick and will come again without hesitations Thank you

   Restaurant was excellent in terms of the food itself. We ate both breakfast and dinner and enjoyed our evening waiter, Neil, much more than our morning girls. We just felt they were speaking to us in a contrived tone that it was a turn off. The clientele that frequent this restaurant are quite the spectacle as well. What an entitled bunch!

   Asked for a window table for our anniversary, got seated by the door. Overpriced food was not edible. Potatoes were undercooked. Altogether a horrible, horrible culinary experience. Service was great, once we got sitted, but that was it.

    Restaurant was unprepared for brunch and we waited 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Food at the buffet was already cold when we got there and the buffet had just opened. Drinks were good. The best part of our experience was our server Reuben. He was phenomenal.

    The POW team really seemed to struggle with the execution of their plan; specifically time and stakeholder management. We had a reservation for 11:00 am and theatre tickets for 1:00 pm. Even though we saw lots of staff members moving around, it didn’t actually look like any work was being done. Since there was NO COMMUNICATION from the POW staff, it became unnecessarily stressful to be kept waiting until 11:30 am, when we were finally seated. In addition, we had specifically asked for a table close to the buffet, in order to accommodate our mother’s mobility issues. Instead, we were seated by the entrance, forcing our Mum to either walk through several rooms and corridors (with assistance) or having either myself or one of my sisters fill her plate on her behalf. Regardless of who was getting their breakfast or why, by the time we ventured back to our table, the food was cold. There are a number of opportunities for improvement for next which I hope you will take the time to reflect on.

    Wow, what an incredible dining experience! We had dinner on a Saturday evening and everything was perfect. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a fine dining experience right in the heart of downtown.

    Great service on a not so busy night. Ordered the aged Ontario beef rib eye medium rare, it came medium and was tough and fatty (not marbled),but the flavor that the sauce lent to the meat was good at least. The veg were undercooked and under seasoned (carrots were still very hard). The spring onion pudding did not make an appearance on the plate, instead there was a basic version of a Yorkshire pudding (done well at least). All in all very disappointing for the entree! I did enjoy the Grilled Colossal Shrimp from the starters menu and so did my wife.

    This is the second time we visited Noble in the last six months. Both times the servers were wonderful and attentive, however, the staff at the sign in area of the restaurant were rude and inattentive both times. They ignored people waiting without any acknowledgment to continue on with their private discussions for several minutes on both occasions. If you can get past the front desk without any issues then the rest of your meal and experience should be wonderful. Unfortunately, for myself, I don’t think I will be going back.

    My husband and I took our friends to celebrate her 70th birthday, From the time we entered the historic dinning room it was relaxing. Warm greetings were extended. Our waiters were friendly, professional and extremely attentive. Two of us had the rib eye steak that was outstanding. my husband had the seafood pasta which he had was very good. My friend had a burrata deconstructed lasagna which she thoroughly enjoyed. Absolutely no complaints. No constructive criticism needed.

    We had a lovely birthday lunch for a dear friend who turned 98 recently at Noble restaurant. As life turned out, we were 20 min early and the restaurant accommodated us right away. We all enjoyed the fish and chips (wow!) and had a lovely table by the window. Thank you for a memorable experience Noble!!

    On April 15th on the occasion of our Anniversary, we enjoyed a wonderful meal there. We were served by Victoria, and we would like to highlight that she was very nice and helpful with my wife's vegetarian needs by making arrangements with the chef.     Service here is consistently exceptional. The staff make every effort to ensure the experience is a pleasant one. We went for the Easter prix fixe. Cocktail//wine was very good. There was a change to the online menu which was disappointing. Mushroom ravioli was supposed to be an option which is why I made the reservation. They served a pasta that had mushrooms instead. It was OK. The spinach, pear, blue cheese, candied pecan salad was excellent as was the corn veloute. Salmon dish was very good. We enjoyed the platter of desserts, especially the chocolate covered brownie.
