First time at Nobu. I had a great dinner experience. Amazing food. I really enjoy the Yellowtail Jalapeño rolls and the spicy scallop rolls. We also tried the Rock shrimp tempura and the Wagyu Dumplings. Both were also good. Great customer service and attention to detail.

Not your typical Nobu experience. I took several people whom had never been before and the whole experience was a bit lackluster. Nobu in Vegas used to be a sure thing when it came to the food, service, and transparency when dining. Example…We let him know one diner didn’t do sushi and they said they would bring out a variety of dishes with a couple Sushi type. 6 of the items were sushi. I would be ok with a sup par experience but paying what we did for this food was robbery. Please tell me this was a one time one-off. .

It’s been a long time since I’ve received service to remember. The staff at Nobu Las Vegas were exceptional. From first entering the restaurant you are greeted and made to feel welcome. The attentiveness of the serving staff was tremendous and they worked together to provide a seamless dining experience. I will not forgot how this made us feel during our visit. As for the food, it left us extremely satisfied and in awe of the flavours they have created.

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a less than satisfactory experience. Despite spending around five hundred dollars on six dishes, the portions were disappointingly small and not enough for two people. On the upside, our server was polite and friendly. However, the pacing of the meal was quite frustrating. It took nearly three hours for all six dishes to be served, leaving us waiting and staring at the table for most of our time there. We frequently had to look for our server to check on the status of our food. The long wait times coupled with the underwhelming dishes made it difficult for us to feel that the price we paid was justified. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account and makes improvements in the future, as the potential for a great dining experience is there.

We were in Las Vegas for one night waiting for a flight home. We went to Nobu for the miso cod - so good - and ended up ordering Omakase which was customized to us. We were able to ask for specific dishes to be included and then they created magic with the courses around it.The waiter was delightful and made our experience feel special. Five million stars.

This was among one of the highlights of the dining experience in Vegas. From drink to apples, dinner and even dessert, not a morsel was left. Each item was unique, the creativity, skill and precision that everything was made with is what makes Nobu stand alone. The ice, in my old fashioned, as so brilliantly explained by our outstanding server, is brought I. From Japan as it is made from the water from Mount Fuji. Again speaks to the detail. Outstanding!!!

Sushi was not thawed. Overrated and expensive. Order a lot of food thinking Nobu would be a great experience, but it was not what I expected, for the price I could eat high quality sushi at my local sushi restaurant. Nobu sushi was tough and cold. Did not melt in your mouth, bet it was pre frozen not cooked in real time.
