Location, atmosphere, friendly staff and diverse wonderful food sums up the vibe at Nolo. I had a gnocchi dish and it was one of the most flavorful and delicious entree I’ve had in recent memory. My wife had the Coconut Curry Seafood Stew and she said it was amazing. Highly recommend Nolo.

Service was really great. Restaurant is loud, difficult to have conversation. I wish the pasta we had would have had less sauce, was kind of soupy. Otherwise everything was really very good. We will be back.

My first visit. Food offerings are interesting, presented well, very tasty. Servers are professional, exceptionally friendly, and respond promptly to requests. Our only annoyance was the "energetic" sound level which made it very difficult to converse without shouting. I would definitely go again, but would try to pick an "off peak" dining time.

The food and service at Nolo's were wonderful. We had the burrata for a starter, and I had the cheeseburger while my wife had the salmon. Both were absolutely delicious, as were the accompaniments. It was noisy, but a great environment in a trendy part of town.

Great place to hang out and chat with friends. The server seemed busy but the support team helped cover as necessary. Everyone really enjoyed their food and time together. My only suggestion would be that the salmon entrée could use a little bit of sauce with the noodles. I'll come back again as I enjoy the space and really have enjoyed several meals here.

Went to Nolo's before a concert at the Fillmore. It was quite busy and loud, and we felt rushed by our server. The potato chips with prosciutto were good, but I ordered the ricotta gnocchi and it was extremely salty. My companion had the walleye sandwich which was OK. I would have mentioned the salty dish to our server, but she never came back except to drop off the bill (which we hadn't asked for yet). Overall, a disappointing experience.

Really nice spot in North Loop! Service was slow, good food and drinks, but I didn’t think it was totally worth the price and the hassle of going downtown. I would also steer clear of Saturday afternoons/ evenings if you are looking for something more chill. It felt like more of a party in there and I could barely hear my date!

We went to Nolo's after a sisters morning. It was great. Parking wasn't so good but we were able to park in a ramp just 1 1/2 blocks from there. We did have reservations for 1pm. Didn't have to wait at all.

Nice cozy spot for a bite to eat. The kale Caesar with roasted cauliflower was very good. My husband enjoyed his walleye sandwich. We will be back to try your brunch! Friendly service and nice location in the North Loop.

Lively and fun atmosphere. Good bowl of wild rice soup and tasty glass of cab. The aioli on my walleye sandwich was filled with jalopeno's. The menu should have specified this as I would not have ordered. Also the fish itself was not mild, but heavy and greasy. It was basically inedible. I told the waitress but she didn't offer any amends. No desire to go back.

We went to Nolo’s for dinner on a Friday night. The vibe is fun & trendy. Throwback 2000’s music was playing to add to the young-feeling ambiance. They have unique cocktail recipes on the menu, and they are very tasty. Limited wine list but that’s okay! The food is American comfort. We started with the Yuca fries served with a mildly spicy avocado aioli & they were delicious! I had the ricotta gnocchi & the mushrooms in it were divine. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Nolo’s. Would go back for sure

I’ve been coming to Nolos for over a year now and LOVED IT. The crispy chicken sandwich and breakfast fried rice got me hooked and I would visit weekly, but it seems as this place gets more popular the more the overall quality and service goes down. I hadn’t been back in a while and this last time solidified that I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. The noise level was very loud that I was barely able to hear the person across from me unless we were almost yelling at each other and even then couldn’t catch everything. The server seemed annoyed when we didn’t order drinks and order our food right away. My boyfriend got a pizza and the center was soggy and not fully cooked. I got the chicken and waffles which was just a salty, spicy waffle with chicken. I got extra syrup and still couldn’t taste the sweetness of it after drenching the whole thing. When we told our waitress about the pizza she replied “well why didn’t you tell me? Whatever I’ll just take it off the bill” and proceeded to toss the bill on our table in annoyance. Poor service and the price point for the food is way too high for a very mid meal. Very sad and disappointed about the whole experience. No desire to return even for my staples if this is how the experience is going to go.

The food was great, and well priced. It's perfect for a date night or just to grab dinner with some friends. The servers were attentive and knew the menu really well. The food came out a little quickly so definetly don't order right away if you want to sit and chit chat before eating.

Food was excellent. We had turkey burger and crispy chicken sandwich plus the yucca fries. For sides we had the house salad and seafood chowder. Had extra to bring home. Definitely would eat here again. Wait staff was courteous.
