Nomad was a perfect spot for us to dine in Berlin on a Saturday night. The food was terrific. Perfectly sized portions to fill but not stuff ourselves. We enjoyed, respectively, the duck and the seabream, which were both delicious and perfectly cooked, as were the accompaniments on the plate. We were greeted warmly by Sarah, our host and server, and chose to sit outside. It was quiet, as Nomad is the only restaurant on one of four corner buildings on the street. This made dining the focus over the noise of some other locations. We simply enjoyed some locals speaking German at a nearby table (we are always attracted to places where locals dine as it is an indicator of a good place to eat). We dined a bit early for Berliners on a Saturday, apparently (6:45 arrival), so the restaurant also wasn't full yet. My guess is it had a lot more life after we left. They are apparently known for their Brunch, so we'll have to return for that!

I was there with some friends and we all loved it. The new dinner concept they now have is amazing. You can order vegetarian or vegan dishes as a maincourse and if you want you can order meat, fish or pork as a side. We shared all of it and it was amazingly delicious!

Wie immer super! Das Team bei Nomad ist so so nett und entspannt, man fühlt sich jedes Mal als würde man in sein Stammcafé kommen. Das Essen ist auch immer top :) Kann es nur empfehlen!

Ich war heute Vormittag das erste mal dort und werde definitiv noch öfter kommen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und schnell, das Ambiente lädt zum entspannen ein und das Essen war nochmal ein Riesen Pluspunkt on Top. Kann jedem nur empfehlen einmal selbst vorbeizuschauen.

found the place over instagram and went there for dinner with some friends. i have to say the food and cocktails were amazing. the barman told us that they have seasonal special cocktails. we have tried the summer ones, really good! the food was delicious as well. a special for us was that one of our courses was brought out by the chef, so we could chit chat a bit. i have to say the service is doing an awesome job as well, never felt more welcome in a restaurant. kudos to the whole team. next time we’re trying the brunch, heard its good too. definitely a recommendation!

Man kann draußen sitzen, das Ambiente ist schön, das Personal super lieb. Wir hatten die experience auf Empfehlung einer Freundin gebucht. Leider wurde ab August der Preis teurer (49€) und die Gänge weniger (4 Gänge statt vorher 5). Das Essen war an sich nicht schlecht, aber leider sehr langweilig. Es gab zuerst Dips mit fladenbrot, ceasar Salat, Risotto, Kuchen. Nichts neues, überraschendes, leider keine experience. Für den Preis auch hatten wir mehr erhofft. Der Service war aber wie gesagt super lieb!

Waren heute mal wieder nach längerer Zeit da. Das Konzept hat sich verändert, die viel kleinere Karte verspricht frische Zutaten und spannende Gerichte. Was soll ich sagen: Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Man war das lecker!! Sicherlich ein anderes Preisgefüge als vorher aber dafür auch einfach geschmacklich eine andere Liga. Der Service ist wie immer einfach eine 11 von 10. bis nächstes Mal!

The multi-course experience was extremely disappointing. It should be discontinued until the restaurant has enough wait staff and kitchen staff to provide better/quicker service. We waited an average of 45 minutes between courses. And there wasn't enough food for four people to taste each dish. One taco for four people. One half of a small romaine lettuce for people. And the cuts of lamb we got were almost entirely bone. Extremely disappointing. I have been there on other occasions when one could also see that they were understaffed, but it really was evident during a multi-course menu. It should no longer be offered.

In general, all the food was very tasty. Portions are definitely to share. We were a group of 4, and we ordered 10 dishes to share and 3 dips. The restaurant inside had a nice lighting, an intimate vibe. Prices are fair. I would go back :)

Insgesamt war alles gut, außer der Preis für ein Gericht - der war unklar bzw. inkorrekt. Auf dem EN Online Menu stand "2 Pancakes" für 7€. Auf dem DE Menü im Restaurant, gab es nur 1 Pancake für 7€. Das habe ich den Kellner gesagt und gezeigt und er meinte das Menü würde neulich überarbeitet und wir müssten den DE Menu Preis bezahlen. Na gut, das habe ich hier so oft erlebt. Aber dann am Ende auf dem Kassenzettel war der Preis für nur 1 Pancake sogar noch 2€ teuerer als auf dem DE Menü, d.h. 9€! Ich hab's leider erst später bemerkt nachdem ich das Restaurant verlassen habe. Ich bin enttäuscht weil ich dahin gegangen bin mit dem Eindruck dass das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis gut stimmt, leider war es im Endeffekt nicht der Fall.

Das Essen war super lecker. Es hat nur leider sehr lange gedauert, bis dieses kam. Der Service war bemüht. An einem gut besuchten Sonntag sollte man einfach ein paar Minuten Wartezeit mehr mit einplanen. Die Location sieht schick aus und man fühlt sich dort direkt wohl. Es gibt im Außenbereich auch einige Sitzplätze.

We had heard lots of good things about Nomad, so expectations were high. + nice and quick staff + glutenfree bread + drinks were yummy and great overall + food was plated nicely and looked good What was less good: - none of the bread had butter on it? Weird thing to save on - absolute lack of salt and pepper - taste was overall very plain, we all had different bread dishes and none of them were well seasoned

Der bestellte Kaffee kam nach 30 min lauwarm an den Tisch. Alle bestellten Gerichte kamen nach einer Stunde ausnahmslos kalt an den Tisch. Das Essen insgesamt war hübsch angerichtet, leider aber sehr fade. Kaum Geschmack. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren lecker. Insgesamt waren wir nach den gelesenen Bewertungen schon sehr enttäuscht. Weiterempfehlen kann ich das Restaurant beim besten Willen nicht, auch wenn das Personal super war.

Es war sehr schön. Super kinderfreundlich, wir haben direkt was zum Malen bekommen und den Babychino muss man nicht extra zahlen sondern bekommt ihn kostenlos. Das Essen generell war super und es gibt tolle vegane Optionen. Wir kommen wieder!

Tausend Dank an Paulina und ihr Team. Waren zum ersten Mal da haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Really great vegan options. Pricey for small portions but overall worth it. Quality of ingredients is good, food options are healthy and delicious and service is excellent. They even brought us a vase with water, to keep the flowers I had just bought at the market fresh :)
