   We missed Sashimi dearly after living 7 years in China and couldn’t find a spot halfway decent. This one went over all expectations, the plate presentation was fabulous (you can’t avoid snapping a picture) and the raw fish so fresh it quite literally melted in the mouth. Same for the beef ! Definitely will visit again, especially as the chef is just a super chill dude. Thanks for the treat if you’re reading this man !

   If you're looking for some of the best sushi around, look no further than Norigami's. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. But it wasn't just the ambiance that made my experience so memorable, it was David himself. David is truly a master of his craft, and his expertise in sushi-making was evident in every bite. From the delicately sliced sashimi to the expertly rolled maki, every piece of sushi was a work of art. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. It's clear that David has a deep appreciation for the art of sushi, and his passion shines through in every dish. But it's not just the food that makes David's sushi place stand out. The service was impeccable, and David himself was a delight to chat with throughout the meal. He was happy to answer any questions I had about the dishes and was genuinely interested in making sure I had the best possible experience. In short, if you're a sushi lover, you simply have to visit Norigami's. The food is divine, the service is exceptional, and David is a true master of his craft. I can't recommend it enough - it's an experience you won't forget!

    Absolutely amazing, high quality sushi for a fraction of the price you'd expect to pay at other high end sushi places. Both chefs were friendly and approachable, definitely listen to their recommendations and you can't go wrong. That popcorn hamachi was delicious.

    The Plant Market is fun and lively and it's great to have a sushi option in that environment. The service at Norigami was prompt, pleasant and attentive and the concept great, but the food was just average. The omakase was a nice variety of fish and preparations, but most servings were presented with a light soy sauce wash of some sort that just covered up the fresh and potentially distinct flavor of each fish presented. Of the 10 items in the omakase, there were only 2 that I thought we excellent and distinct, and the other 8 meh.

    Upon first bite, I could not help but smile. Everything was so delicious and expertly crafted. From the tastes of wasabi to the perfect rice, to the seafood so fresh and full of flavor. I cannot stop thinking about eating here again. I’m constantly trying to find ways to run away from my children and grab a Sea Bream bite of nigiri at Norigami.

    Chef David was a phenomenal host. I gathered 5 friends to join me for Chef David’s incredible delectable experience. Each friend has raved about it days after.     I had some appetizers, aburi pieces, and omakase. Although this was my first Omakase experience, I doubt that I’ll have another experience as pleasing as Norigami. There was not a piece that I didn’t like from the chef’s selection. I’m definitely going back soon. Highly recommended for sushi lovers in Orlando 😍
